For Lola and Miwa only please don't post unless you have permission. ((I'm doing a continuation from the thread rp)) Lola dived into the water after Miwa giggling slightly. Kicking up bubbles she soon caught up with little Miwa.
"It's alright Miwa, they can't swim! We're safe down here...well for the most part. Would you like to see your new home? Its a cozy place in the reef, I just know you'll love it!" Lola cued happy to not be alone. She loved having someone to care for, it was like a mission in her life to help others.

Miwa spun downwards through the tall weeds spouting from the bottom of the lake, enjoying the occasional tickle of a flush of bubbles. She went on like this until she felt safe from the intimidating land-dwellers and gracefully swiveled in place to see her "mommy". She rather liked Lola, and was ecstatic about finally having someone there for her. So, churring, she nuzzled into Lola's side, feeling safe and content.
"I kinda feel bad for them, momma.." It was with an unlikely swiftness that Miwa took to calling Lola 'momma'. But then again, Miwa was quite a brave young soul, and she was quite proud of it now that it proved its worth. "They can never see all this great stuff down here.." And this was partially true. Because, as Miwa looked around, she saw amazing things. Tiny creatures that wouldn't survive with the moistness upon their skin were drifting on the current and the seaweed moved in trance-like jerks. It was serene down here: peaceful and beautiful.
But at the same time, Miwa wondered about what kind of world they lived in. What was it that made them resistant to the lack of water? She'd have to approach one. Eventually. Perhaps when she was older. For now, Miwa just smiled up at the green and black Seathi that was her adoptive mother.
