[PRP] Double Trouble (Finnian and Settami)

Finnian ran through the forest as fast as his little legs would carry him. He had snuck away from his mother and he knew that she would freak out once she found out that he was gone. She was extremely over protective of him and his siblings and he really wasn't sure why but it was beginning to make him feel all caged in. Being so young he wasn't at all to thrilled with being controlled all of the time. He began to slow down to a trot now that he figured he was far enough away. He was hoping to run into one of his siblings. There were hardly any foals his age at the place he and his mother lived at and it just wasn't fun being with adults all the time.

Settami ofcourse always had his fun sneeking off to go on some grand adventure unsupervised or causing his poor older sister tori to go chasing him down cause he would take off. having over protective parents was nice to a point where he felt too confined so he wanted to wander off and explore without being supervised. ears perked as he heared hoofs running about and was glad to see it was he brother finnian. "HEY BRO OVER HERE!!" grinning, he wondered if his brother would be up for going on some adventure or something.

Finnian's ears perked up at the sound of his brother's voice. He got a big grin on his face as he raced over to where his brother was. "So you snuck away from Dad? Nice job!" he exclaimed in delight. The two were like double trouble. He wasn't sure how long they would have before either their parents or their older siblings came to retrieve them. In any case he hoped that they could get some kind of adventure in with the time they had.

Settami laughed at his brother. " no i snuck away from our sister tori when she wasnt looking. im sure she and dad or even mom and jazz will come for us if we don't keep moving." grinning like a goof, the two really where double the trouble when together and settami was not above geting them both into trouble if it ment some fun in the process. " come on lets find something to do before they find us." tossing his mane and giving a flick of his tail, he went to headbutt his brother playfuly.

Finnian grinned back at his brother. "Your right. They are sure to be one their way to finding us so lets get moving. Where are we going to go by the way? Do you have an idea?" he asked as his brother playfully headbutted him. He made a move and nipped at his brothers mane giving it a tug. If he had done the same thing to his sister, he was sure she would have cried and called him mean.

" nope we just going to randomly wander but we need to keep from geting lost or we will get into more trouble than we already will be." settami laughed and nipped at his brother for nipping at his mane and tugging on it. " aww come on Fin dont do that you know i dont want to lose any of my flowers." huffling a little he was overly protective of his flowers cause they where special to him.

Finnian rolled his eyes at his brothers protectiveness of his flowers. They hadn't fallen off yet and he was sure they never would. "Don't be a sissy, Set. They aren't going to fall off and if they do mom and give you new ones or I am sure they probably would grow back or something." he said with a huff and then he turned to look about the part of the forest they were in. He wondered how far away it was to the beach. He had heard one of the adult Soquili is mother lived with talk about it and wanted to go visit it himself. "Hey, lets go to the beach. I have heard about it and it sounds like a cool place to go and we both have never been there. So what do you say?" he asked his brother.

Settami did care because he always was careful about them. sticking his tounge out at his brother, he ignored his comments on his flowers. " sounds good to me Finn. i bet we can have major fun there." grinning, he took off as fast as he could and knew his brother would follow right behind him. "come on slow poke!" laughing, he had no care or worries right now and definatly wasnt thinking about the lecture he was going to recieve when he got home later.

The red colt took off after his brother, laughing as well and also kicking up his back legs every now and then. It was good to just run and have fun with his brother without worrying about anything. Later he would worry about the scolding he too would receive upon going home but that wasn't until later. Soon he caught up to his brother and was running along side of him. "Who's the slow poke now, Slow Poke!" he taunted.

" you are!" Settami ofcourse took the race as a challange now and tryed to pick up the pace as fast as he could go. in his mind it would be insult to his pride to not try to out do his brother in this race since thye challanged one another. though since they where brothers, he didnt care too much if he won or his brother won at the end but that didnt mean he couldnt try to purposely win. " come on make this an actual challange Fin!"

At his brother's challenge, Finnian tried to pick up his pace and pumped his little legs as hard as he could. He never backed down from a challenge and was sometimes told he was stubborn in that way by his mother. But he didn't care, he never liked to seem like he was afraid to do anything. "Why don't you make it more of a challenge, Set!" he said back to his brother. It wasn't that great of a comeback but it worked. He imagined that if their parents were there they would have been scolded for misbehaving and picking at each other.

" alright Fin." smirking, pinning his ears back and stretching his neck out full length, he attempted to go faster than he already was but there wasnt much more speed he could put into this race when he was now gong all out. "come on dont lag behind!"

Finnian also pinned his ears back against his head and was trying to gain more speed but like his brother, he was at full tilt and couldn't go any faster than he already was. His only chance now was to be able to out last his brother and wait for him to get tried before he did. "I think your the one who is lagging behind!" he called out.
