Come on, now. Everyone's band is unique; they have their special little quirks that make it fun.
My marching band has a tradition of going to Harris Teeter (grocery store, for anyone who doesn't know what that is) for dinner on one of our festivals, because that's what ended up happening in my freshman year (bus broke down and stuff happened and we ended up eating at like midnight...Harris Teeter was the last place open) and it was so fun we just had to go back again. And we'll probably go back every year since it's always so much fun.
The bass drums also have a new tradition of pink shorty-shorts. And when it gets colder, pink sweatpants! Only one guy, the senior, looks good in the shorts. It's hilarious since he knows he looks good. XD
The pit has started a new tradition (I think) of Pit Olympics...and I'll let them do it next year again if they don't lose drumsticks on the roof again. We only have so many of those, you know. >>
So, guys, what're your band's traditions? Good, bad, or just plain ridiculous: post 'em here!

The drumline has a lot of traditions that take place mostly outside of band and are questionable in morals so I won't discuss those... XD
But a particularly funny one that we share on gameday is that our staff goes and buys a loaded up hot dog and gives it to us right before we're about to march onto the field. And we each take a bite of this hugeass hot dog and pass it on and the goal is to have the hot dog gone before we set into the opening chart. It's funny when someone gets stuck with a big piece right at the end because then they have to hurry up and chew it fast and hope they don't end up on the Jumbotron.
Another one we have is called Cookie Sheet Day in which we smuggle a cookie sheet into the stadium and we pair off by age and take turns smashing it over each other's heads. I'm not sure where this tradition came from, but it's oddly fun once you get past the pounding headache you get going into pregame.

I'm a freshamn but I do know of a few traditions that have been going on since the band first started.
A superior means getting naked on the bus.
After every home game, win or loose, the band kids go to a plac called Mama's Pizza next to our rival school. Their pizza is delicious, and they stay open late just for us. You don't have to go, but it is really fun and even if you don't have money the pizzas are huge andf delicious. People are willing to share.

During Pep Band season every time we score a touchdown the drummers must strip one piece of clothing. They can put a piece back on when the other team scores. At our last game of the season last year it was 30 degrees and the drummers were standing there shirtless for half the game. XD

This is a very sad tradition, but I wouldn't give it up for anything. At the end of the year, we begin practicing Pomp and Circumstance for graduation. At our very last rehearsal at the end of the year, we play just that song, and then BD stops and says in a very serious tone "We (referring to the graduating seniors) started on a concert Bb (which is the very first thing we play on the first day of rehearsal), and now we will end on a concert Bb" And that's the very last thing our seniors play with the band, although most of us can't even play it because we start crying. It's extremely emotional, and very heartwarming. I'm about to cry just thinking about it. crying

@Everyone: I'm glad everyone has such unique traditions, it's good to see that mine isn't the only one. XD
A lot of our band guys have a mini-tradition of football before the football games. Unfortunately, they broke a guy's ankle and he couldn't march the show that night. Boy oh boy, director was mad.

Early morning monster chugging done by a bari sax and some trumpet guys.
We have this dance called Bula, its a drum cadence and we shout until our voice is gone during the football games. The trumpets have this weird dance move were they move their leg up and down and sometimes it goes little bit too pg-13.
oh, got a good one! every year we have ihop early morning abductions. tradition only in the clarinet section.
