I don't know if this thread will stick or not, but I thought that it would be cool.
I was just watching The Hills Have Eyes the other day and saw that the guy who plays Luke is in it. Also, I'm positive that the person who plays Maya is in the third X-Men movie. I've also seen the guy who played Ted on House.
Post if you have seen the Heroes in other shows/movies!

I know Hayden Pannetiere was in Bring it On 2 i think . . . and Ali Larter was in the first 2 Final Destination's, and the first Legally Blonde

I know Milo (Peter) used to be on 'Gilmore Girls.'
Micha used to be on 'My Wife and Kids.'
And yes, Maya is in the 3rd X-Men movie (Although I refuse to believe X-Men 3 exists...)
Matt Parkman was on an episode of 'House' as well. He was also in Mission Impossible 3, but had like 5 lines.
Sylar is in the new Star Trek movie (as Spock... how awesome is that?)
I think the Charlie chick that Hiro fell in love with is on 'Ugly Betty.'
Hiro's had was Mr. Sulu on the original Star Trek. (Duh.)
Micha's grandmother was Uhura from the original Star Trek. (Again, duh.)
Elle was Veronica Mars.
Linderman was in a crap load of stuff, including a South Park episode.
Claude Raines was The Doctor in Doctor Who.
West is in the new movie 'Fired Up.'
That's all I can think of for now.

Actually Matt Parkman was also on ALIAS with Jennifer Garder. Linderman was also in a Star Trek Film. Hiro was on Scrubs for a few episodes. Both Daphne and the dude who fed on Fear was in the movie Max Payne. Other than that, I think everyone mentioned everything....

Matt Parkman was on Alias along with Adam Monroe.
Claude was the 9Th Doctor.
Adam Monroe was in the new show on fox called Lie To Me. Only one episode though.
Matt was in Monk.
Adam and Sylar were both in Charmed.
But in different episodes.
xD
And Matt is in the band Band From TV along with Hugh Laurie, and two other actors whose names I cannot remember.
And Noah Bennet and Adam Monroe perform with them sometimes, cause they're all friends. xD
Adam and Matt are more so, being in several shows together, as well as having youtube videos together. xDD
