Nino sat on the floor. She stared at the door in front of her. She didn't know if she wanted to open it, or if she even could. How many worlds are behind the door? If she could go back to when she came from, could she bring Jaffar and both of her children back with her? What would that do? If she left, she could never come back, though.
Why did she even want to leave? For just a few people? She might be able to save Jaffar, or Lucius, or someone. Or not. Or she could go back and be killed.
Confusion set over her.
I have work to do. Why am I doing this to myself?
She put her head between her knees and wrapped her arms around herself. On top of everything, Rath still hadn't come back... Rath...

Fefga watched as the tiny magegod approached The Door. She couldn't help but read her heart. She spoke from a distance, to not completely startle the girl. "He'll be back one day, y'know, right?"

"Party? Party party! Yep, yep, party is good~! Hee hee hee!" Fefga grabbed Nino's hands and lifted her up in the air and spun her around. "wheee~! Partyyyy~" She let Nino down again and giggled softly. "Y'know... there's a reason why YOU are the captain. Remember that.. and come back and play with me again someday, kay? Until then... have fun! Later~" Fefga then disappeared from sight.

Nino blinked in surprise. "Yeah... I'm the captain... I can't sit around moping I have to go lead~ And that means I should go party. Haha~" She ran off to rejoin the party.
