The land is vast and has three different areas. There's the swamp which is the main land, then an open field, and last but not least a forest with trees thick in certain areas and a lake right in the middle.
The Swamp - Underneath one's paws the ground will begin to turn soft. The whole area is covered in shallow water, but throughout the swamp there are large islands. These islands hold caves, but the main island, which is the biggest is situtated smack in the middle of the rest. The main island is where the Head family lives.
Even though it seems like the most unusual place to live it has its own beauty. Exotic birds fly among the low trees, and during the night, soft light reflects back on the water. Fireflies dance around in the dark, as lanterns line a path among the trees for the lions to find there way.
The Forest - Here is the best place to fly among the treetops if one would wish to do so. Birdsong can be heard every morning and sweet scents are all around, as flowers bloom every spring. Paths are carved from many paws making their way through.
A lake can be found in the middle as well, and if you follow a path straight off from the lake, to the very end, one can find a beautiful waterfall. A paradise for one to relax. Here is where all Tribe meetings take place.
Open Lands/Fields - The open fields are a good place to hunt atelope and elk just before Spring starts. It's not just for hunting though. Members of the Pride go here to spar with one another and train. Or it's the perfect place to go and play with one's cubs and teach them how to be sly and quiet when hunting prey.
The grass is green, long and lush. It waves in the wind following the currents in the direction their blowing. So you'll always know which way is North, South, East or West. Wild flowers bloom randomly over the big field, filling it with colors of blues, golds, pinks and various other colors. So it's a sight a lion can look forward to.
