So, Obama's plan to improve health care is to tax it? Taxation is an expense. Most likely, this would make coverage more expensive for employers to provide, and therefore the amount of coverage provided would decrease significantly. I find it hard to believe that one can improve healtcare by reducing coverage. Its clear that Obama is stuck in the Tax and Spend philosophy so common among Democrats, only its more like a Spend then Tax policy, by the looks of it. Spending large sums of money, then scrambling to impose new taxes and raise existing ones to pay for it, seem to be his M.O. so far. Its certainly not any kind of change I can believe in, I'll tell you that.
