Now, I love to read. to a point of obsession actually - hell I might lose the contest between Eragon and I because of this. Anyway, I'm FINALLY going pay the damn library for what I owe (******** library makes money with that late crap) so I can go get some books (on average, I would get about 10 a month - not counting manga)

Now our library is really ******** big, so it would take me forever just to look through every goddamn book in there for one I like, so can anyone recommend me a good book?

I don't read non-fiction, because it's always about the holocaust or one of the damn wars - unless it's really really interesting. I'm not to picky when it comes to my reading material otherwise. Just no dirty books or anything like that.

Oh and chances are if you guys like it, I will too. XD

Nothing dirty? gonk Awwwww, man.....well apart from Eragon, and random manga....... maybe the Pendragon book series? Tis got an interesting plot I believe, and shifts from 3rd person to 1st person storytelling, which makes the storytelling a bit more interesting.....apart from that all I can come up with is porn and hentai @_@

Dirty books aren't very good books imo. XD

Besides this one hentai-manga (I forgot it's name) It was actually so good that I would skip the parts they got down and dirty to get back to the storyline. O.o

Christopher Paolini -
Eragon
Eldest
Brisingr
*Forth one on the way*

Chris Wooding -
Poison
Strom Thief
The Haunting of Alaziabel Cray (You might like this. It's end of the wordly)

Nancy Werlin -
The Rules of Survival
Double Helix
Black Mirror
Locked Inside (I loved this one. The main character is a girl that reminds
me of Air.)

Ellen Wittlinger -
Blind Faith
Hard Love

Irewin Jones -
The Faerie Path
The Lost Queen
The Sorcerer King
(Trilogy)

Clare Dunkle -
The Hallow Kingdom
Close Kin
In The Coils of the Snake
(Trilogy)

Jeanne DePraw -
City of Ember
The People Of Sparks
The Prophet of Yonwood
The Diamond of Darkhold
(Cycle)

The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank
Persian Fire by Tom Holland

All of these are extremely good books in my eyes.
There are many more but I don't know if you'd like them.
They're more...the chick flicks of books.

But, I always read the storylines and think they are good gonk

and if none of the books thus far recommended work for ya, you could always go for classics sweatdrop The catcher in the rye, Treasure island, Moby d**k, etc. Find an older novel that has been referenced in something you've read and/or watched and finally read it, iunno @_@

(P.S. dirty books are good! crying )

Well, I only got three books this time, since I didn't really know what to get and forgot to bring a list. XD Two of them are just filled with short-stories, and the other one I blindly grabbed since it said HP Lovecraft on it. >.> I'll get more once I'm done with these three, they're big enough to have taken up my whole bag, which is stunning since it could normally hold 10 books, and like, 15 different mangas. XD

Chick books? XD Ehhh... I don't normally partake in those kind of books - romance is fine and all, but I like my main characters to have penises. But then again, who doesn't get into a book more so when the character is the same gender as the reader? Anyway I'll look 'em up, see if they seem interesting. And thank you for putting the author before the books. After all they are in order of authors and whatnot. ^^

But most of them are just about ******** and not about not ********! xP The thought of reading 'classic' books or whatever it's called didn't even cross my mind tbh.

John Dies At The End - David Wong

"I opened it and i didn't move for 9 hours, the next day i was retarded."

"like being run over by a truck made of horror, hauling four tons of stupid."

And its my favorite book.
