Physical Description: Nenda's most notable feature is her height. She is astoundingly short, which is unusual considering her father's height. In fact, she doesn't even reach five feet, and she is slightly heavyset but not overweight. She is curvy and has waist length brown hair she keeps in a tight braid. Her eyes are hazel green and her looks are rather plain. But she likes being plain, and does very little to dress herself up. Her skin is light and burns quite easily if she doesn't take precautions to prevent it. She generally wears rather simple clothes in neutral colors, and is rarely found without a pair of boots on. It is rumored that she has a vaguely dragon-shaped birthmark on her shoulder.
Personality: Nenda is a polite and perceptive young woman. She has a knack for telling if something is wrong with a person or creature, and almost always tries her best to fix anything she can. She is sweet and kind, but has a notably strong fear of disappointing her parents. She loves her home in the Weyr and can't imagine living anywhere else. Then again, she never has lived anywhere else.
History: Nenda was born in Ista Weyr to two riders after a rather intense Mating Flight. Her parents are M'hend of Brown Bevelith and Nesaia of Green Lelith. Although fostered as a child, Nenda's parents took a keen interest in her upbringing and spent almost as much time with her as her foster mother. Because of this, she grew up with a rather close bond with both of her parents and has had the opportunity to be close to the magnificent dragons she so admires from an early point in her life. She has recently obtained permission from the Weyrwoman to stand in the most recent Hatchings for a chance to impress a dragon.
