A technician waited at the reception desk leaning against it flirting with the woman who wore a headset and was blutnly ignoring him. He was trying his hardest though it just didn't seem to be working, he was actually here waiting for a spawn to come and meet with Cestoloria the angel of the virtue humility. Though half the time he was forgotten about....the angel was quiet and shy and tended to not like to be the focus of attention, he wondered how interesting this meeting would be...and unfortunately he was going to have to linger and take notes...booooring.
Still...he shifted on the spot finally abandoning his attempts at flirting with the woman at the desk. THe kid should be here soon...

Thali walked in, leading her son behind her. "He'll like you." She assured him. "I haven't met anyone who hasn't liked you." She rolled her eyes, and looked at the technician. "We're here to see the angel of humility." She hoped the angel was at least mildly interesting, for Vinny's sake. The boy was easily bored.
Vincent looked around. He didn't like the feel of this place. "Mom, are you sure we're not lost?"

THe man turned his attention to the pair approaching. BINGO excellent a good looking woman was the one bringing in her son. He straighteend as they approached and offered a smile.
"Yes yes i will be taking you to Cestoloria, he is in the celestial compound." He offered as he plucked a pen that was behind an ear. He looked to Vincent the kid reminded him too much of his sin with the horns and rough skin...still..
"This way, he is usually in his room." He told them as he turned and began to leed them down the hallway. The facility was large and the hallways were your generic white walls with many doors. They came upon an archway covered in cherubic figures and clouds.
He led them through the archway not even pausing to look at the beautiful work, he had seen it so many times before. As he walked...he suddenly stopped turned around and backtracked.
There he was...the angel of humility was having tea out in the indoor garden. "Ah...there you are." He said with a huff, that was the problem with humility...he was easilly ignored. The angel looked up from his teacup before he set it down on the table. "I brought you someone Cestoloria." He stated as he gave a wink to the woman.
The angel nodded his head slowly blinking a moment before his gaze turned to Vincent and his mother he had a small shy smile on his face. He wasn't use to having so much attention.
"H..hello." He said in a quiet vioce.

Thali had hardly noticed the angel, and apparently the tech had the same trouble as he back tracked. She gave Vincent a reassuring smile, but the boy was busy looking at the archway. It was beautiful. Thali looked up to see what had captured her son's attention, and smiled. "We can't keep Cestoloria waiting." She reminded him.
Vinny shrugged, he was fairly sure this angel wouldn't like him. Sure he had made friends with everyone he'd met so far, but... He narrowed his eyes, he didn't even look at the angel. He'd seen the tech wink at his mother, and she wasn't doing anything about it.
No, Thali merely smiled at him, before greeting the angel. "Hello, Cestoloria." She said, "This is Vinny." She gestured to her son.

The man dressed in white robes with pale gold accents when to stand or rather float towards the three. His wings were folded in resting position as he neared. It was easy to see why he cuoldbe easilly missed, his demnour didn't call attention to him what so ever. And he was silent and you looked away you'd probably forget he was even there.
He looked to Vince though that shy smile still on his face. "Hello there Vinny.." he started off softly he offered the small boy his hand in greeting .
THe technician KNEW this was going to be the longest meeting in forever. So he despite knowing he needed to jot down notes...but bah nothing was happening yet went about looking the mother up and down.
Man...she was hot. He wasn't very subtle with his obsevation either.

Vinny took the angel's hand, and smiled at him. "Hi.. I guess you're my dad." He felt awkward calling the angel that. "Um.. Want to play a game or something?" So far this meeting had been relatively boring. "How do you do that?" He asked, noticing that the angel was floating. Vinny knew he'd never be able to do it, but maybe... Maybe the angel could show him.
Thali smiled at the tech. This meeting would be amusing, if nothing else.

Cestoloria continued to smile that soft smile of his and he too looked a bit awkward at the mention of being called...'dad'.
"Y...es I s..supose you could say that.." He spoke with a tinge of a shudder in his body. It took all his effort to see past the fact that the child before was part of a demon as well. The child was innocent...e could not fault him for being what he was.
"If you would like to play a game..I have chess...do you know how to play?" He inquired before the attention was drawn to his floating.
"O..h...well i..it is just something I w..was born with." He explained shifting on the spot looking a bit uncomfertable with all the attention.
The technician didn't seem bothered at the idea of moving to stand beside her in a casual sort of way. "So....are you a single mother?" he asked.

Vinny frowned slightly. Chess. Chess was the boring game kings liked to play. He remembered that from a story his mother had read him. Chess was the game from Through the Looking Glass. "Sure, I know how to play." He said, and paused. "Think you can teach me how to float?" He asked, with a slight tilt of his head.
Thali just looked at the tech, and grinned. She didn't say anything for a while, she was too amused. "I take it you're single." She giggled. "I don't know about single-- I'm not busy later, if you're asking."

The technician's smile only broadened as he nodded his head, he looked far too interested in the mother than he did about taking notes.
"Oh? Well I could take you out to dinner if you prefer." He offered smoothly, the sheer idea that the woman actually seemed interested in him was a unexpected bonus.
Cestoloria thought on the question, teach someone how to float? He wasn't even one hundred percent sure how he did it himself.
"I...c..can try.." he mused though he was slightly afriad that he wouldn't be able to teach him and then the child would hate him for it. He looked a bit troubeled as he pondered on it.
"I..its so..something I..was bor..born with...I..m.may ne..need time to..t..think .on ..h..how it works." He murmured feeling a bit bad.

Thali just grinned at the tech. "Sure." She said, "It'll be nice to not have to cook." Ben never took her out for dinner. This would be fun. Humans were always amusing.
"Trying's what counts." Vinny said with a smile. "If you can't, I can learn another way." He suggested. He was much too humble to blame the angel, after all, Vinny probably wouldn't be able to teach either. But if his angel father was unable to teach him--that just made the small boy all the more determined to learn how. "What else can you do?" He asked, with a tilt of his head. "Anything cool?"

Cestoloria looked a bit taken aback at his floating ability being considered cool. He fiddeled with the hem of his sleeve starting to become uncomfertable with the attention.
"..I..it's nothing...special.." He murmured his head wings coming to fold in against his head. "Uh...I am really just what you see." He said after a moment with a weak smile. The only thing that made him unique were his ear wings and his ability to float. The fact the boy thought he was able to do even more cooler things put him on edge.
The technician smiled and nodded his head at the unexpected acceptance for him taking her out to dinner.
"Oh, well then ...did you want to meet tomorrow night?" He asked as he formulated a plan to go along with the dining.

"I think it's cool." Vinny said, smiling at the angel. "But I know how you feel--you're modest. Just like me. I know. I won't call it cool if you don't like. Still--it is. I wish I could do it." Of course, if Vinny had been the one floating, he wouldn't have found it so cool. He was made that way.
Thali smiled, and nodded at the tech. "Sure. I'm not busy." She said. "Where'd you like to go? I'm buying." It was the least she could do, after all, if he was going to amuse her, he should be paid for it.

The technician looked a bit thrown off his game as she offered to buy, was...she...making fun of him? He looked a but unsure as he nodded his head, when a woman was...that accepting it made him wonder why.
"Uh...Im ..not sure." he started now wanting to flee. But he couldn't until the kid was done.
Cestoloria nodded his head glad that Vinny understood and he wished he knew how to help him learn how to float. Since so many children had asked him about it he would have to think on it some.
"If I figureout how it works...I will let you know." he mumrured.
The technician took this chance to jump in. "You have any other questions? Cause we should get going other wise."

Thali frowned slightly, the tech wasn't as entertaining now that she'd scared him. She shrugged at him. "I'm only teasing." She said. "Don't worry--you'll find someone soon. Just cool it with the flirting. It doesn't help." Now that her fun was done, she cool give him over one hundred years worth of advice.
"Thank you." Vinny said with a smile and a nod. "It was nice meeting you. I hope to see you again--soon." He looked at the technician. "Sure, I don't have any more questions."

The tehcnician nodded his head rapidly thankful the kid didn't have anything else to say. he scribbeled some half-assed notes down onto his clip board before he turned to lead them back to the entrance of the facility.
Cestoloria looked a bit saddened that Vincent was leaving but he offered the child a small wave in farewell.
"It was nice meeting you both." He murmured honestly, though he hoped to be better prepared in the future when approached about how he floated.
