Imperial Garden
A general garden, despite its name the garden is open to all Divisions from any court, a peaceful, serene place it is amongst all the locations within the Court of Pure Souls, otherwise known as the Seireitei that employs grass and soil rather than the sterile white tiles that adorn and cover the remaining areas with clean precision. Benches made of Japanese Ash and marble are spread in a semi-circular pattern upon entry and spread out to nearly four acres of serene, lush landscapes of Sakura trees and wooden platforms raised in seemingly randomly selected locations, this area is best known for communicating with one's Zanpakuto and where most Captains spend their leisure time.

Raiden sat in the farther back of the garden in a meditative position. Raiden had his zanpakuto laying across his lap as he spent his daily time with his zanpakuto. If he didn't, she'd yell at him and probably wouldn't help him in battle. Besides meditating, he was also here to try and escape. So far it was working.

((Just had to post...))
Shinji walked casually into the Gardens. He wore average shinigami clothig with a Lieutenant's badge on his left arm. He was quite young in appearence along with his relative age. He had short, black hair with black, facial hair on his chin and upper lip. He was neat in appearence, leaning more on the good looking side. He had dark, green eyes with a constant hint of seriousness residing within them. Shinji's zanpakutou was placed in his white belt, hanging on his left side, signifying he was right handed.
As he walked throughout the gardens, he immediately recognized the Riatsu of Raiden, being the Lieutenant of the Ninth Division. The Ninth and Tenth Division were both forms of Judiciary divisiions, which most would consider being allied; however, Shinji had is own personal thoughts, only looking at them as competition. They were allies in th ebattle between Soul Society and all other threats, but in the battle within Soul Society, being between the Divisions, Shinji looked down on the Ninth Division as mere competition.
As Shinji passed by Raiden, he stopped, not looking over to him and simply looknig forward. The tywo seemed to immediately have tension between one another. It need not be spoken; the feeling within the air was enough to prove that.

Raiden's zanpakuto let him leave for now. She'd have them continue their session later. Raiden's eyes fluttered open lazily. His mismatched eyes turned to Shinji with a lazy. Raiden never really cared about the whole division competition thing. He just wanted to live a pretty good life. Unfortunately for him, being dragged into joining Soul Society because of his reiatsu level as a kid was not part of that plan. Why'd he have to be lazy genius. He never really meant to get this far. Stupid higher-ups seeing through his facade. Raiden finally broke the silence, "Yo. Anything I can help you with?"

Shinji continued looking forward, taking several seconds before replying. "Shut up. You're ruining the peacefulness of this garden..." Shinji's voice was calm, yet deep. Once again, he simply stood there, looking forward as if nothing else around him mattered. Soon after, he slowly closed his eyes and turned his head more towards the ground.

Raiden merely raised an eyebrow at Shinji's response before letting it fall and turned to examine a nearby flower. 'Whatever,' he thought to himself, 'Not my problem if the guy's got a stick shoved up a certain region that needs to be removed.'
After a long pause, Raiden sighed and decided to ignore the man. It was too troublesome to try and talk to him. Maybe the guy would eventually just go away. Raiden then relaxed and tried to continue meditating.

Shinji removed his sheathed zanpakutou and sat down on the ground, crossing his legs. He removed the blade fro mthe seath and gently set the seath on the ground next to him. Holding the hilt with both hands and the blade facing the ground, Shinji stabbed the zanpakutou into the ground in front of him, just barely missing himself and his clothing. He then placed both hands over one another on the end of the hilt, looking down towards theground as if was in some kind of pray.

A tick mark appeared on Raiden's forehead and his face contorted into a frown with his left eyebrow twitching. Not only did his zanpakuto refuse to continue their session, but she wanted him to talk with this newcomer. That and she was poking fun at his eyes, a feature that Raiden was really sensitive about since it unnerved a lot of people. Seriously, were mismatched eyes that freaky? Instead of listening to his zanpakuto, Raiden sniffed and sat there stubbornly, pretending to still be meditating (which he was obviously not).

[Akuma]
Having finished his organization and decorating of his new office, Akuma found some time to observe the Imperial Garden. Looking around at the trees and lush green grass, Akuma took in a deep breath of the fresh air. Feels good to be outside. He thought to himself, as he walked around. Noticing a few fellow Gotei members he didn't intrude on their activities. It was rude to but in to other peoples activities or conversations.

Despite having his eyes closed, Shinji could tell Raiden was troubled in a way. He could easily tell that he did not have much cooperation with his zanpakutou. It was as clear as day. Shinji could also tell that another Shinigami entered the gardens, one that was fairly stronger than himself. Despite Shinji already obtaining Bankai, the newly-arrived captain was still much stronger than him. It would take a while before Shinji could master or even come close to mastering his Bankai.

Shiro walked through the garden lazily, his white cloak hung only on his shoulders. Though he was an lt he was given one because he was 1st division. And it seemed that soon he would take the generals position. His red katana of a zanpakutou rested on his left side. He wasn't there for any special reason, he just wanted to relax. Which he would do under a huge tree, he rested lazily in the shade waiting for anything to happen.

Shinji once again, noticed a new form of Riatsu. He decided it was too crowded in the garden, unlike most of the time. He stood up, grabbing the hilt of his zanpakutou as he did. He removed it form the ground, bending down to pick up his sheath as well. He placed his zanpakutou within his sheath and placed it in his white belt-like sash that wrapped around his waist. He began walking away, and just as he got to the exit of the garden, he noticed who the new source was: Shiro. He stopped, glancing over to him. "Hmph" Shinji looked away, closing his eyes as he continued walking.

Even with his eyes closed he felt and heard the mans annoyance in an instant he was on his feet, and it seemed that in less than another second he was over to Shinji. "Show some respect for others, keep your antagonistic attitude to your pathetic self." He was right in Shinji's face his left hand resting on his Zanpakutou. His voice was direct and authoritative. As Lt of 1st division he was ranked as an ordinary captain.

While keeping his eyes closed, Shinji simply walked around the Shinigami. As he continued walking, he calmly spoke. "I showed no disrespect. I simply wanted to know what the face looked like of the guy who disturbed my peacefulness. Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't you the one being disrespectful by calling me pathetic?" Shinji stopped his slow-paced walking, awaiting a response.

Shinji along with everyone else in the area would fell his massive Riatsu falling on them. "I would mind your tongue or you may lose it." His left hand held his Zanpakuto at the ready on his left side.
