Yukina's real name was Anade Madara, but she changed it when she was 13 to rid any suspisicion of her.

Yukina started school later than most children, age 7 in kindergarten. She was the oldest, but not the smartest, she couldn't even spell her own name. Since she was still being abused, she often showed up 2hours late for school. The teachers failed to notice the marks, scars, and bruises on her arms and legs, disappointing her even more. She was also bullied in school. A few years later, her parents came back home from a vampire hunt, bragging about how her mother had chased down a little vampire boy and killed his baby brother, who was still on his back at the time. The little boy was Fenrir, who would later become one of her friends.

She lived with her parents who were very abusive, just heartless in disguise. They were also vampire hunters, and they had wanted to make Yukina a vampire hunter also, but she was fasinated by vampires and didn't want to hurt them in anyway. When she was 9, her parents came home after killing thousands of a vampire family and became so abusive that she snapped, killing both her mother and father. They did try to kill her first. She had no known living relatives. She dragged their bodies to the backyard and buried them. After that, she made a pact to herself that she would kill any adult that caused her harm in her life. She has killed teachers, care-takers, and even innocent bystanders. She scares herself sometimes, knowing that she has killed her own classmates when she was 11. She is still living with the pact she made. Since her boyfriend is 18, which technically means he's an adult, she almost killed him when they were on vacation with friends, fueled by when he beat up her childhood friend Roxas. She knows that heartless can't have kids, so she is still looking for her real parents.

Let's get into a little more detail.

One day in school when Yukina was seven, she was running away from some boys that were teasing her. She skidded to a halt and saw Roxas, completley beat up. After finding out the culprit that sent a heartless to beat the s**t outta Roxas was Marluxia, he bound her up and took her to the O13 hideout. After getting there, she was given an amulet that contained a demon, Annyute. ((you all remember her dont you))
Axel explained to her that the demon blood had already been used on a young man and she had to take the amulet. She was left at the park by Larxene. She found Roxas again and helped him out, since he was knocked out.
