Execution grounds of Body and Soul

Over the past Three Hundred years the previous execution grounds was reduced to little more than rubble marring the Mountainside on which the Imperial Court was set upon and was as such removed without delay. Another grounds on which to perform these gruesome tasks was set up below the Seireitei just beyond the Fifth Division Head Quarters, mimicking other underground chambers applied by Urahara Kisuke, The chamber is virtually impervious to blows. This, aside from the Gardens is the only chamber to have grass, however it's set on a nearly limitless expanse as it's true extent is unknown to all but the constructors and while it's estimated to extend as far as the outskirts of Rukongai, it's unknown for sure. The context of the grounds though is for the most part save for a perfect circle measuring a mile in diameter set at the very center of this room. Around the perimeter of this circle are immense archways in a semblance similar to Stonehenge but are made of wood, evenly spaced and have an acting ability. To completely cancel out the powers of those detained within their center. And while it's based around Shinigami powers it will greatly decrease the powers of Hollow and consequently Arrancar and Vizard to those of an un-seated officer.
The Kido Division, since disbanded in the past two centuries has been re-assigned to this portion of the Seireitei, it's upkeep and as such their Headquarters and practicing grounds are located here as well. Only members of this small group, also known as the "Execution Squad" Similar to the Exequias of Hueco Mundo, this group is yet un-named and isn't officially a Division, yet they are equipped with the only piece of equipment that allows them to function within the execution grounds at full power.
