PART I. PHYSICAL
Full name:: Nasrin-Kismet
Reasons for the name(s):: Persian, meaning "Wild Rose of Destiny". She was intended as a trade gift and had been named in advance, with the promise of being a female. Fortunately, she turned out that way.
Sex:: Female
Apparent Age/Approximate Age:: Born several years after the massacres, Nasrin-Kismet's egg was recovered by a Jivvin patrol, along with a chest of gifts, near the dead body of a messenger charged with the duty of delivering her to a trade ship, a gift for a foreign nobleman. Her egg, however, did not hatch for another five years, after the establishment of the village.
If he/she was alive during the massacres, was he/she bonded? To whom? She was an egg during the massacres, en route to her future bond, when she was recovered by a group of Jivvin survivors. So, that would be a no.

Skin Tone/Apparent Race:: One cannot be sure of Nasrin-Kismet's ancestry, however, she appears of an exotic ethnicity, perhaps the Persians she was named for. Her skin, while not dark, is clearly non-caucasian, and a light, natural tan.
Height:: 5'8"
Weight/Body Build:: While in shape, from patrols and dancing, Nasrin is definitely curvy. Wider hips, full lips, and a wicked smile. Drop dead, without a doubt, Woman.
Hair:: Thick, down to her lower back, and slightly curly. She generally ties it up during patrol, and lets it loose in her 'downtime'.
Eyes:: Almond-shaped, sultry, and generally outlined with dark liner. An hazel-ish pale green.
Ear colours/markings:: a deep red, with a few pale greenish marks toward the ends, nothing overpowering.
Tail colours/markings:: a deep red, with a few pale greenish marks toward the ends.
Peculiar Physical Traits:: Her wings, which aren't the largest, and are a mix of reds, gold and black.
Distinguishing Marks:: A nose that is definitely not standard european. A slight bump on the ridge. Her hands, legs, and arms have black and gold, henna-like tattoos, and her wings, which unless she is on duty, appear as swirling, dotted tattoos. Beautiful and unique, she enjoys showing them off, moreso than she enjoys her actual wings.
Other:: A small nose piercing in the form of a golden stud.
Health:: She's never had a serious illness, only a minor cold here and there.
Senses:: Not outstanding in any sense, she's simply learned to use them well and pay attention, due to many years of patrols. Nasrin-Kismet also seems to have a sort of 'sixth-sense' about her personal self, seeming to always know when she's being watched. Still, that too can be chalked up to training.
Voice:: Husky, throaty, raw. Her voice ranges from sultry to dangerous, depending on her mood.
Mannerisms:: Nasrin-Kismat is very free with her facial expressions and body movements, showing emotions without reserve. She does, however, tend to speak quietly, enjoying the way in which others fall silent to hear her words, and tends to keep her thoughts to herself, careful about maintaining a persona separate from her personal self.
Clothes/shoes/accessories:: While on patrol, the Uuthli's clothing is professional, logical, albeit more attractive than some. She sticks to reds, golds, blacks, and the occasional green. In her free time, Nasrin's clothing tends to be as stunning as she, and although in the same colors as her day attire, consists of daring dresses, excellent fabric, and gold jewelry.
Eating habits/mannerisms/tastes:: Nasrin-Kismet is not shy about her love of food, the woman works hard and eats about five small meals a day. She enjoys almost every meal with some type of grain, ideally rice, and loves stews, she particularly enjoys the combination of fruit and meat. Adores honey and pastries.

PART II. GENERAL
Occupation/Social Status in Rank:: Nasrin-Kismet is, of course, one of many Uuthli assigned to do patrols, however, she is quite good at her work, bringing to it a passion she also employs in each of her hobbies. Due to the fact that she keeps her social and professional lives quite separate, as well as pressure from her best friend, Margo, she maintains a high rank position. When not on patrol, she can be refered to as a sort of... Jill-of-all-trades. The chest of goods she arrived with was kept for her, and she has devoured its contents, as well as continuing in her quest for knowledge. Nasrin-Kismet trades in body modification, such as tattoos, the reading of fortune and, occasionally, dance. This is done in the strict confines of the Game House, and to specific clientele. While this does generate her own, private, revenue, she does it more as a hobby, and intends on stopping once it no longer amuses her.
Views on Rank responsibilites:: She believes they are incredibly important, and attributes her own 'rescue' to them. Therefore, she works hard to uphold her own responsibilities.
Education/ Intelligence:: Very intelligent, Nasrin-Kismet has never had formal schooling, and therefore wouldn't be able to tell you many facts. The book knowledge she does have covers a strange range of topics, and is quite extensive, however, it is her natural intelligence, common sense, and dedication that has caused her to rise in her rank, nothing more.
Marital Status:: Available.
Where does he/she live?:: She happily shares a home with two other Jivviness Patrolers, although only one of them shares a patrol with her. She enjoys the social aspect of her homelife.
Political Thoughts/ Views of Ranks and Vhaid:: Although playful, she does not disobey her superiors, and that of course includes the council. Nasrin-Kismet respects her current superiors, and therefore has not had a conflict in herself about whether or not to follow any orders. As long as her personal views coincide with their public views, she has no issues.
Beliefs/ Values/ Strength of Beliefs:: Honesty, Loyalty, Respect, Honor, and Duty. Nasrin holds these close to her, and would die to protect them, however, she is very much her own being, and often finds that her moral code can be slightly different than others. Living so long has put a passion for excitement into her, which combats her professional life.
What is his/her usual disposition?:: Energized. Nasrin-Kismet has a lot of hobbies, which change throughout the years, and throws a lot of energy into each. She's a very passionate person, and has the time to be.
Optimist/ Pessimist? :: Optimist
Confident/Self-conscious? :: Confident. She's been alive and taking care of herself a very long time.
How does he/she feel about his/her appearance? :: Nasrin-Kismet knows she's attractive, and appreciates the looks both male and female members of the village give her, however, she often has to stop herself from wishing she looked slightly less exotic.
Most important possession:: The Chest her egg was found with. It contains as much as she'll ever know about the future that'd been intended for her. Full of books, incense, tools, and other small trinkets and gifts. Some clothing. It also contained a missive concerning her, as a gift, as well as her name.
Talents :: Combat, Strategy, Dancing, Cooking, Party Tricks, and People-Reading [for her fortunes]
What is a normal day like for this Jivvin?:: Nasrin-Kismet wakes with the sun, does her routine of preparing for the day, stretches and works out briefly before going out on patrol. When clear of patrol, she often eats dinner with her housemates, and if there's time, entertains herself at the Game House or a tavern, all dependant upon her mood [and whether or not she wishes to put up with Royals].
What is a normal rainy day like for this Jivvin?:: Her day is generally the same, however, she prefers to stay home rainy nights and entertain herself and housemates.
Greatest Fear:: Losing her passion for life.
What does he/she want most?:: To be content. Nasrin-Kismet is always striving for something she doesn't have, although what that is, she has yet to discover. A housemate suggested 'Love' once, but such a frivolous idea makes the exotic Jivvin laugh.
Major Goals::
1. Find the perfect hobby.

PART III. RELATIONSHIPS
Significant Other/Relationship:: None, though she does have a particular fondness/interest in several Jivvins, one of which being the handsome Captain Prince Fluffy.
Who does she live with?:: Margo and Devon, Sargtlin and Uuthli Jivvinesses, who are also avid patrollers.
Who does she spend the most time with?:: Margo, Devon, Captain Dodona, and others of her patrol. Also Colby, of the Game House and her twin sister, Josslyn. When off duty, she can often be seen with the former Jivvins, as well as Kamin, who she [perhaps surprisingly] has only a platonic, admiring friendship with.
Father/Relationship with him/Rank/Current Status:: No one in the village knows Nasrin-Kismet's parentage, however, she did view Lysius's father as a sort of male rolemodel in her younger years.
Mother/Relationship with her/Rank/Current Status:: She also has no idea of her mother, however, Aleda, if stern, has always been there for her rank, and Nasrin views the Uuthli as her superior in many ways.
Siblings/Ranks/Current Status:: None that she knows of, other than her 'brothers and sisters in arms'.
Best Friend/Rank/Current Status:: Margo / Sargtlin / Roommate, though she is also friends with Devon, and has an interesting relationship with the twins, Cole and Joss, having played with them when they were children.
Feelings toward animals:: Nasrin doesn't have much thought for animals. She usually only handles them after their dead and butchered.
How does she view her family?:: Not applicable, though she thinks children would be a fun adventure some day.
How does she view her friends?:: As they're the only family she's got, Nasrin is very loyal to her friends, treating them with great humor mixed with obvious affection. She can be a slight prankster, with her closest friends.
How does her family view her?:: N/A
How does her friends view them?:: Nasrin, even on patrol, can be a lot of fun, and is great company, whether it be with the perfect 'look' in the wee hours of the morning, or a quick smile and smooth comment to settle tensions between ranks. Loyal, she's often trusted with secrets, although it is known that she keeps her own, as she does with others', to herself.
Who is her hero?:: This changes every few decades, depending on her latest interests, though she is forever thankful to the patrol that brought her egg to the village.

Um... *thinks*
You've still got an 'insert name here' near the top of the second post... And as for her considering Aleda as a mother figure, as far as I know (and I may very well be wrong, Moooooo finish filling out the npc forms XD) I don't think that Aleda is a mothering figure... O.o ... as far as I know she's stern and puts up with very little that's out of place. That doesn't mean that someone couldn't see her as a motherly figure, but I think there could be more mentioned as to how having such a demanding 'mother' could affect someone's upbringing....
Also, on that note, I think Moo said once that Jivvin children without parents are fostered to a family where the parents have the child's rank.. so if she was found as an egg and hatched in the village she'd have foster parents who very probably would have been her foster parents for her enitre life...

That's all true, I know there's a lot of kinks.
XD I didn't say she was a close, or good, mother figure. Just a... Female rolemodel. *will edit to be more specific*
I wasn't sure if the foster system would be up and running, so close to the massacres, I thought it'd be more of a community upbringing, especially since she took so much time to hatch. I will ask Moo. :O
