Rukongai District of "Bowing" Spirits
The vast lands immediately surrounding the Seireitei are known as Rukongai and is the residential place for most spirit-beings which enter Soul Society. Rukongai is divided into Three hundred twenty individual districts with eighty districts in each of the four navigational directions. Consequently the further one is away from the Seireitei the worse the living conditions, fights are a constant worry in Rukongai, thieves and beggers make their living, in accordance with the "caste" system, the poor people of Rukongai would be the lowest while those living directly next to the walls of the Seireitei would be middle class, finishing off with the "rich" class, considered to be the Shinigami.
Due to this seemingly unfair situation, the people of Rukongai are generally unkind to Shinigami and disapprove of their presence in Rukongai, very few attempts have been made to throw down the Shinigami by the people within Rukongai, though despite their failures in the past, this fact has never stopped them from trying.

Rukongai... Takashi hadn't been there in forever, not since the Shinigami Academy. It looked much the same: Snobs looking down on the poor, who then thieved from the snobs; everyone looses eventually. There were many bazaar vendors selling fish, meat, 'rare' clothing, etc, though everyone generally got out of his way immediatly; his Zanpactou hilt was showing at his waist.
A group decided they were brave, a group of kids, in fact. One attacking from behind, one attacking from the left side, and a third attacking from a bazaar cart to the right. Takashi simply stopped and watched the three butt heads. He grined and sighed, though some of the adults surrounding him saw this as something horrid.
Takashi squated, looking at one in the eyes, curious. "What makes kids try to thieve from Gotei members...?" None of them responded. They only stood and stared at him. Takashi shook his head. "Acting like that against someone who isn't as nice as I am could get ya killed. Just a fair warning." takashi simply stood and kept on the path.
He put his hands behind his head as he walked, unusually eased for being in such an unstable place. He use to sneak out to these streets when he was in the Academy, but those times have since passed. Now he had to take care of paperwork and such. It was all boring, but there was one place Takashi had to visit: his old place.
It was still there, off to the side away from everything. It was in pretty good condition, for a wooden two-story shack that use to hold six children. It looked barren on the outside, but inside a new gang took up residence, and they didn't enjoy company.
As he neared the door, he was pelted by little pebbles and such, and a voice was heard, that of a woman, clear as bells, and older that 15. "We don't like your kind here, boy!" The woman came through the door. Takashi gasped a little.
".... Yuu....ki...?"

A Senkaimon gate opened towards the outside of the Rukongai and Raiden stepped out. He whistled as the gate closed promptly after he exited, "That could've gone better. I suppose I could have left without drawing attention to me."
Raiden walked through the Rukongai and purchased a large amount of good quality cigarettes, the good kind naturally. Since Raiden wouldn't exactly be welcomed back anywhere in Soul Society once he made it to Earth, he wouldn't be able to get his favorite cigarettes from here. So he was stockpiling for his stay on Earth. Walking through the streets, Raiden looked around taking in the sites of the place where he used to live and grew up in alone for the first years of his life before begrudgingly becoming a shinigami.

Just when the senkaimon gate would open up, Tsumuro would hop from one of the worn down buildings and land in front of the man. Though he had left the Sereitei a couple of days ago, he was still garmented down in his shinigami attire. As for Lieutenant Raiden, the man looked troubled. Apparently he was in some kind of dilemma, therefore revealing himself in front of the man wasn't going to be too munch of a problem being that they were both in a situation.
"I don't mean to distract you Raiden, but it seems a far off way just to come and buy a pack of cigarettes."
Tsumuro smirked, standing a couple of feet down from Raiden. His hand resting at his zanpaktou, ready to react just in case the Lieutenant was sent here to find him. He wasn't a polite one, and so he called all shinigami by their names first without indicating them by status or rank.

"You want me to play again? Okay." Kenji says with a brief smile as he plucked the guitar with the shinigami emblazed pick as he look at the crowd that was gathering in the streets. Kenji was apart of Squad 11, a musician but he would always be a man of the people. Even though he loved fighting he loved to play his music more, and even those who hated Kenji, respected his musical arts. The guitar's strings seemed to reverberate across the sqaure as he played his solo. "I'm going to play you all a song I heard from Earth, it's quite nice too a little metal band known as..Lordi yeah well here ya go it's called Hardrock Hallejuah." He says as his guitar blared, he was like a one-man band with that thing.
Hard Rock Hallelujah! Hard Rock Hallelujah!
The saints are crippled On this sinners' night Lost are the lambs with no guiding light
The walls come down like thunder The rock's about to roll It's the arockalypse Now bare your soul
All we need is lightning With power and light Striking down the prophets of FALSE As the moon is rising Give us the sign Now let us rise up in awe
Rock 'n Roll angels bring thyn Hard Rock Hallelujah Demons and angels all in one have arrived Rock 'n Roll angels bring thyn Hard Rock Hallelujah In God's creation supernatural high
The guitar twang faded out as he looked up with a smile, the crowd was that had gathered now cheered as he winked. "That's all for now folks, people might start thinking we Shinigami are nice if I keep this up." He says as flips the guitar to his back as he bows to the applaud. "So...folks I got a question for ya...where can I buy the best cigs I need a smoke break?" He asks leaping off of the water fountain with ease as many pointed to the market area. "Ah...thanks.." He says he felt two powerful reiatsu reacting, using shunpo he dissappeared off in a flash only to reemerge too see Tsumuro. "Ah, just you two." Kenji says with a bored voice as he shrugs. "What're you two doing here?" He asked with a raised brow. Of course everyone knew Kenji would often take these trips out and entertain the locals, hell it was kind of encouraged as he would often be a nice distraction from the oppressive nature of the Shinigami and from being from part of this area in his younger years he enjoyed visiting it.

"Oh...Why Hello there Captain Tsumuro," Raiden said slowly and slightly scared as if he had been caught red-handed stealing something, "Pfft. Like I'd buy only one pack of cigarettes, I'm buying ten boxes of them," Raiden exclaimed as if it was completely obvious, "The Rukongai sells the best damn cigs. Especially the outer districts like 80 and all. I have no idea how they make them, but they boy do they know how to make 'em. Nothing like that crap in Soul Society, huh?"
'Crap. Is he here to take me in? Was word really spread that first. Damn. well death by tray it is I guess for attempting to leave illegally,' Raiden thought to himself as he conversed with Tsumuro.

"Really? You sure are strange one. Well why don't we head back over to the Sereitei. I'm curious to what's going on there. I feel Old Man Yata's spiritual pressure from a mile away. Kinda weird that you're this far from the Sereitei with this in mind, I'm sure you can feel it too."
He scratched his head snatching a cigarette from his box without even asking. Lighting it up a bit, he took a swig from the cigarette before letting the smoke seep from the side of his lip.
"AH, now that's what's sup. I quit a long time ago ya know."
He sighed, thinking about the recent chain of events that took place in the trial not long ago. If Kazei hadn't infected him with this parasitic hollow, he couldn't lived a normal life of a shinigami. He wasn't a high ranking shinigami but he wasn't low either. An average third seat who wanted nothing more than to only protect what was peaceful.
"So why aren't you there helping the old man?" He continued.

"Wait...so you don't know," Raiden asked. His face and posture fell into one that was relived to hear that, "Oh Thank god! I thought you were to bring me back to the seireitei! Well that's a relief. Here's what's goin on and why you can feel the Old Man's Spiritual Pressure. Let's just say I may have tried to resign, and upon being denied that...I may have been insubordinate to him. I think it's best that I leave him to cool off, you know what I mean? I was gonna go, take a small vacation on Earth, return later, you know? The Old Man knows how to hold grudges, I don't want to him to be so angry that he'd get a heart attack and all, so I'll get out of his non-existent hair and let everything blow over. Yeah?"
((Your character's not a captain? Huh, thought he was. That means I outrank you!
Well...sorta.))

Tsumuro scratched his head once more. Though she had mistaken him for a captain. Though he wore the haori of the captain, he was only given the position because both the Lieutenant and Captain of the fourteenth division had slayed the entire squad before abandoning the Seretei. Now it was just him, and it was the only reason he had become captain. Though by official rank he was third seat.
"I doubt the old man would raise his spiritual pressure over something little like that. I'm sure something's wrong out there. I can feel Tenrai's spiritual pressure and two more others. But theirs feels more like.....a hollow."
His voice fell. Did the others become vizard as well? He thought to himself. It couldn't be. Perhaps the seed that Kazei shot him with was a virus, something that Tsumuro would spread across the Seretei without even knowing. Then it hit him. Kazei and Oruga were close friends at once, so it wouldn't surprise him if the 12th Division knew something about this. Suddenly his mind began running over things. The two mixed spiritual pressures, the old man's, Tenrai's, and Raiden's weird absence and excuses.
"Raiden, I'd like to know if you're with those two Vizards. No one takes vacations from the Sereitei to Karakura as far as I know of. At least not during these troublesome times. So go ahead and spit it out, what is it that you're hiding. Maybe we can help each other."((Yup, rank by order if that's what you mean.))

"Aw shucks, caught huh," Raiden asked embarrassed. He then placed his boxes of cigarettes on the ground before stepping back from Tsumuro. His right hand was already on his zanpakuto in the case that Tsumuro decided to attack him. Raiden's mismatched eyes were now serious and staring intently at Tsumuro, "Look, you're a good soldier Tsumuro, and I don't want to lock blades with you. I don't what a Vizard is, and it's true I'm not leaving on vacation. Old Man Yata didn't accept my kindly written letter of resignation, so I made it perfectly clear to him that I'm leaving Soul Society permanently and abondaning my duties as a shinigami. I've been trying to get out of this service for ages, preferrably on Honorable Discharge, but if I have to leave by force just to live a peaceful life, then so be it."

Tsumuro sighed. Apparently he wasn't with those guys judging by his confused look. Taking another swig from the cigarette, he closed his eyes and blew a loop shape in the air before glancing back at Raiden. It didn't surprise him that Raiden mistook him for a shinigami captain who had come after him, however that wasn't the case. Though he still bore his haori, it wouldn't be long until he'd have to leave the soul society as well. Central 46 would call his new found powers an abomination to everything that Seretei represents.
"Loosen up a bit kiddo, it'd be a waste of my time and yours to fight each other right? Unlike many of them, I didn't gain those powers illegally. They sort of happened because of Kazei, let's put it like that. Fact is, the council doesn't wanna hear that. They'll look at us both as just another hollow."
The captain paused and then took another swig at his cigarette. The tip of it burning a bright orange, letting the ashes melt away from the end. Just before that, he tossed the bud away before smothering the tip out with his foot.
"There's no such thing as a peaceful life in these times. You either choose a side or get caught up in the crossfire. It's up to you. Fortunately for you, there's a third side.........................My side."

((HE!!! Raiden is a guy!!!!)))
Raiden relaxed and let go of his zanpakuto and stood there thinking about it, "Huh. Is that so? Well you'll have to excuse me, but," Raiden said pausing as he took at his shinigami phone and showed the screen to Tsumuro. The screen itself read "47 Missed Messages," "But I haven't exactly been up to date on what's been going on. But if what you say is true, then you're in deep s**t, and I'm in deep s**t. So what the hell? We might as well be in deep s**t together. I'll join your "side" so long as I get my own room... and I get to take those with me," Raiden finished pointing at his recently purchased cigarettes. After that Raiden tossed his cell phone into a nearby passing cart. He wouldn't need it anymore, and he was pretty sure what the latest missed message was about...

"Might as well. Though I'd still rather be back at the dormitory taking a power nap. Looks like I'm gonna be fighting for those luxuries again."
He said scratching his head now. It was about time to start heading back to the Sereitei now. Things were getting getting crazy and he could feel the old man's spiritual pressure from miles away. He had to get there to avoid anyone from being killed. Though the battle was already decided. At this point, the two vizards would be killed against the old man. And with Tenrai with him, the battle would be swift.
"Looks like we've got our hands filled. We gotta go save those dummies before they get themselves killed. They're not gonna survive if we don't make it."((edited, i kept looking at your avi. lol.))

"You mean we have to go back? Man...and I bet the Old Man has a captain already hunting me down as we speak. On the other hand, I guess the last place they'd expect us to be on their doorstep, huh," Raiden rationalized, "So who are we saving?"

"Those knuckle heads Shiro and Takashi. We're gonna go save them before Yata-sama kills them both. They're both know match for him and yes we're going back. I never left in the first place. I only headed out here during hollowfication, I don't think the council took notice of anything just yet."
He said scratching his head once more thinking on everythin. "Yeah we'll have to go back. There's no other way around it. Can't just let them die because they've been infected without knowing."
