If this is old news just forget about the thread, but I looked around a bit and didn't seem to find anything related.

I'm a wrestling fan, I'll admit it. When searching through one of the spoiler websites I came upon this.

For those who might not be able to load the website, it mentions... "Cena also said that he is already talking about a sequel of 12 Rounds and is waiting on the call from Twentieth Century Fox to do the "Predator" remake."

It would make sense to me, seeing as Cena is a decent modern time portrayal of what Arnold portrayed in his time (the don't-take-s**t-from-anybody marine gimmick), though Schwarzenegger is and will forever be a much better actor.

If it is a remake, it means FOX would be breaking their word on what the next Predator movie was going to be. "Not a sequel or a remake." See: A sequel in the Predator Universe. And most definitely not a remake. So if he spouts out truths, may he just have misinterpreted it as being a remake. Not because I'm against remaking parts of the AvP franchise with mdoern tech, mind you... But I'd much rather see something new.

Ive heard two rumours that have really any truth to them,
Predator remake which is what they contacted John Cena for.
And Predators the film will be a new film it was first a script about a predator on a ship in the 17th century.
To be honest I don't think id mind a remake of Predator (1987) but id prefer a action packed thrill ride that actually shows how scary a Predator(s) chasing you can be.

I would like a new predator movie without john cena.
and on a other note thats not related i hope they dont cast triple h as thor in the thor movie thats going to be made

It would be nice if they made the Predator more scary I mean hes meant to make you jump with his stealth and gore the latest films dont capture that at all. And it would be great if the Predator didnt die in the end as well.

On a flip side HHH wont be Thor check Marvel.com

You can remake a movie like predator and change Arnold out for john cina. Thats like making the Termanator movies with Silvester stalon as the termanator. Who agrees with me?

Actually, Cena is not going to be in 'Predators'. They've revealed the cast, and thankfully, Cena is not in it. There's been a lot of information on Predators the past few weeks.
