For reasons obvious to everyone, the thieves guild cannot let their location be known by just stating it as the Thieves guild due to their occasionally thefts or other criminal activity.
And so for is why the Thieves Guild of Ricell operates out of the cover name of Seki's Juice Bar down in the Market Square. Unknown to its customers and the local law, a large underground entrance is in this Juice bar which leads to other exits around the city. Unbelievable at first, the underground of Ricell is actually a nice place to be with its casino connections and the Thieves connections with craftsmen throughout the city, they have turned the underground into a lovely living quarters for its members.
But equally impressive is the popularity of the Juice Bar, as it runs as a perfect business and has good number of customers, all adding to the illusion that nothing else goes on there.
The Thieves Guild and Shadow Guild are hostile towards each other but interact out of different cities so rarely meet one another.
Though the Divine Guild takes a ill taste with thieves, they arent considered hostile towards one another because the thieves have a good 'code of conduct' in which the members still generally from those who are greedy to begin with and most of the time they use the money from stealing of selling stolen items towards a good cause and even often donates to the church.
