
.:: Concerning all active members of Squad 13 ::.
As of Yuki's transferal to Captain of 1st Squad and my promotion as this Squad's Captain, I'll spent the next few (I hope) days making some changes and modifications to this forum. As obvious, the major changes will be made to the Squad's roster since many former squad members will follow Yuki to squad 1, I believe.
I apologize for my recent absence, but I've been dealing with some RL stuff. Hopefully everything has been taken care of, by now.
Starting tomorrow I'll begin making some changes in this squad.
First off, I want to say that I'll try to make the changes as smooth and gradual as possible. But keep in mind that the Guild as underwent many major changes (as the time skip) and some of you may still be a little bit unaware of what's been going on. So, let's all try to work together on this!
.::The changes I'll be making are as follow:
:: Starting tomorrow, I'll begin cleaning the forum. Since I don't like mindlessly erasing threads, I'll move old ones to the Thread Archives. Anyone who wants to notify me of a thread he/she wishes to keep or create, please PM me. I'll only erase threads after notifying who created it in the first place.
-- Once the forum is "cleaned" this squad will be running once again. In the meantime, feel free to continue any RP will might have at the moment - I won't touch those threads.
-- Regularly check the announcements to stay informed of deadlines and major changes that may occur.
:: As previously stated by me, I'm expecting some of you to transfer to squad 1. For the rest of you, who intent to remain in this squad, I'll need your cooperation. All you need to do is PM me and let me now if you intend to stay on this squad or not.
-- All former members who PM me in due time will retain their current seat.
-- Since I'm at a loss for time right now, due to deadlines on several papers, I will not be checking who's in or out of the squad. If you do not PM me until I'm finished with the forum clean up I will assume you've left, or that you simply are not an active member and remove you from the squad roster.
-- Removal from the Squad's roster can be only temporary, in case the member in question later on let me know of his/her intentions of remaining in this squad. Be aware however, that his/her seat, may be permanently removed if in the meantime it has been given to someone else. (Of course that decisions like this ones, will never be lightheartedly taken by me).
:: After cleaning the Squad's Forum and setting the roster, I'll begin recruiting new members and selecting my Vice-Captain. Don't forget to check the announcements to see when this will be happening.
