SPI -14 One could argue that WoW is somewhat steamy... Engineers unite! I disagree, other then the engineer skill, a few zeps and a couple almost steampunky enemies and dungeons it really isent. It has elements of lots of genres, alittle steampunk, lots of fantasy, some indiana jones style adventure (thinking of a few places specifically for that one), etc etc. So Wow its self isent steamy. just parts. But it dose have steamy elements, yes. And I was an engineer myself XD

I'm an Engineering Deathknight.
The Gyrocopter and Mechano-hog attracted me to the profession in game instantly...
I intend to have the steamiest Deathknight ever.

I was in the closed-beta tests for both NeoSteam and Flyff. I played Flyff for almost a year afterwards before I quit.
I didn't even play NeoSteam for a month. Then it disappeared, and now apparently it's returning.
Flyff is okay in terms of gameplay, but in my experience once you get to level 60 with some classes, it becomes much harder to level. Since I left they have added more content, so the game may be much better now.
As for NeoSteam, the graphics were amazing, but the game was rather boring. Hopefully when it's re-released it will be more fun.
A really steamy game I am waiting on is The World of Gatheryn.

No idea yet, cos as far as I know it's still in the developmental stages (which could take a year or more); but I am signed up for the newsletter, and as soon as I have word I'll let everyone know. (^_^)

No idea on that either, but it seems they're letting people register for the beta-test.
I'm going to wait for the open beta cos right now I'm playing Mabinogi fulltime again, and I was quite disappointed in NeoSteam when they had their other host. XD
