ok i want to learn flutters. but my problem is, i don't know anyone who can show me in person.
so i know its with the diaphram, and a 'deep laugh' but anyone know how to start it slow?

Ug...we just learned these.
Ok...so here's what I know..umm...the trick is to not breath.
As for anything else, I'm not sure if I'm doing them the way they're actually supposed to be done or not. I flex my diaphram muscles rapidly...almost like doing a chest pop but not completing it...it seems to give the same effect.

oh my, i taught those to myself... i didn't even know they had a name. i thought they were just failed belly rolls. lol. i try to do a belly roll too fast and that is what happens. it flutters.

I'm working on those right now. As I was told, hold in your stomach muscles, they'll have to come out a bit, of course, pushed out by the diaphragm, but keeping the muscles tight helps immensely.

The only thing necessary for evil to triumph... I'm also trying to learn how to flutter. My teacher taught me that you actually can and should breathe through them. It's hard as hell, but she can do it like nothing. She says that when done that way its harder and will be tiny at first, but the more you do it the more it shows.
Flutters = Arrrgh!

Terrific video.
I actually caught on to starting belly flutters pretty quickly. My only problem is in maintaining the movement past a couple of seconds. This is one of those things that needs attention in the bathroom mirror every day. sweatdrop
