There are few places as quiet and peaceful as the Village Hidden in the Snow.
The blanket of permafrost on the ground effectively muffles distant noises and renders anyone wearing white near invisible.
Surrounding the village are many tall evergreen trees and further back are a mountain range. The village itself is formed by white, rounded homes that could very well be constructed of ice and snow themselves. A few buildings in the back have fires going on within them, melting the ice around the roof to show the log cabins underneath.
It would be a nice vacation spot here if it wasn't twenty degrees below freezing my buns off!

a white elk with two black six pointed horns moved slowly across the barren tundra when it had halted and dropped its head down nudgeing a small cluster of snow to reveal a little patch of grass protruding from the snowy white ground.its black eyes stared from left to right ahead moving only its eyes on the horizon infront of it keeping close attention as it ate slowly away at the small thick lush patch of grass below when a shadow had shot from the corner of its eyeto the right and the elk threw up its head craneing behind it staring at pure white halting its feast letting its unknowing eyes rest on a particular spot and descending its head down to consume more, the shadow had gotten closer to the white elk as it had once again craned it neck upward when half way five shurikan had impacted on the graceful elks neck as it dropped to the ground and contorted its body scrambleing to get up as if had been pinned down by a greater animal lurking in the snow.blood staining the pure white snow when it had looked in the direction of the kunai's origin point only to see nothing scrambleing more as the blood leaked out scarlet.
from the kunai's origin point a tattered white cloak laid flat onthe tundra behind an ankle high dune of slush, the figures head had been hidden into their right arm covering any color other then white like a polar bear when it covers its nose when on the hunt when a left arm slid on he cold frigid ground quickly rumageing into a beige kunai pouch and retrieving three kunai with a cold grasp and extending their arm.
the elk had then finally scrambled up when it took one look behind it raceing off and two kunai slid on the snows surface one missing the elks left foot and the other landing on the frightened elks back leg making it loose balance as it fell and picked it self up bleeding more limping and running.
the small figure rose up and her hood fell back to reveal cyan colored hair and a dirty face like she had been the result and orphan of war.the girl stood straight and then ran in a beeline clutching the final kunai as her arms flailed behind her while she ran picking up speed when she had seemed to slide on the snows surface diagonal and pushed off her right foot and slide to the right gaining momentum when she was closeing in on the elk she threw the final kunai and stopped as the elk ran and fell with the kunai in the back of the skull, blood seeped from its head and other wounded body parts laying in the snow as a heavy wind picked up and the girl strolled to the dieing elk and stood over it looking sadened at the deceased creature before she again dug her hand into her tools pouch and retrieved a what looked like a slender white tool made probably from some sort of animals bone using it like a tool used for cutting.she severed off sections of the elks meat that were capable of being carried putting them in a bright red peice of torn cloth and folding it carefully and holding it from its tie and looking at the sky as the sun seemed to have dropped slightly and she carried aswell as the meat a look of concearn on her face.
while walking for a short period of time.~~
kamakiri came to a small uneven hole in waist sized pile of packed snow and then stepped in slowly and slid down a white slide.she then crawled through a narrow tunnel with enough space for one person her size to move at a time until she came to a round looking room that could only be sat in by which seemed enough room for three genin with a small fire lit in the center of the room with a round peice of metal sitting ontop probaby for cooking as she threw the slabs of meat on the round metal peice and watched them sizzle as she looked at it as if she hadent eaten in days waiting for it to be ready.the genin had taken out a kunai and stuck it into the slab of meat and cut off a part of the corner and popped it into her mouth and chewed closeing her eyes alone.the orphan from the snow had finished it and fanned the flames and tucked herself into the corner and covered her self in snow and tucked her body in....she mimiced a husky dog retaining heat as she slept for now....and a blizzard blew outside violently.

The gusty winds ruffled a cloaked figure who had to actively fight against the blustering cold. The figure seemed male by it's shape and stood maybe just over 5'7 but looked bigger with the addition of the heavy cloak and coat he was wearing. Holding a wide brimmed hat on his head to resist the wind he all but stumbled upon the hole. "Curious..." Was all that came to his mind and he knelled down feeling the slightest tendrils of heat on his face.
"HELLO DOWN THERE!" The raspy old voice announced. It was obvious that he'd past his prime some years before. He had manors and was obviously well tempered.

in her slumber kamakiri had then awoke throwing the snow to the side when she listened to the voice and she seemed frightened reaching in her tool pouch and had taken out a curved kunai and looked up the hole fightened from above all the seemingly old man would see was a dirty face of a gennin as she looked scared.

Shivering slightly he decided to call again, "Hello! I'm looking for any surviving Yukigakure ninja!!!" His voice was slightly stressed- like he was in danger every moment he was outside. He knew someone was down there- but his manors kept him from just jumping down. That and he was sure any Yukigakure ninja worth their salt would give him a lashing to remember if he did...

she was frightened and she crawled out slowly and kept a few feet back in her pure white cloak she examined the man frot top to bottom and took another step back,a kunai loosily hung out of the tools pouch ans her hand was st her waist.

The old man appeared to be a Snow ninja, at least in attire. He wore the same white cloak though no headband. His attire was simplistic but warm- well worn and mindful of the winter. A floppy hat sat on his head and a partially shaved white mustache adorned his upper lip (though it was frosted with nice at this point) Wrinkled skin and a kind smile seemed at home on his face, collectively painting the picture of a gentle old man.

The old man shook it his head, "No... that might have been a dream you were having..." He cautioned sadly. "I've seen them but they did not bother me." He explained. "It seems they are looking for something... you perhaps?"

like a stray animal kamakiri then reached for the kunai hanging loosely slowly crouching famined and afraid "who are you?!" she said letting her light lavender eyes shift from left to right expressing paranoia.

A kinda smile played across his lips, "I have gone by a few names but they call me "Sōjōbō". "And who might you be? You must be brave to hide all these folks down here with you."

she hadn't even fathemed kindness she was skeptical about everyone when she had said reaching for the kunai and grasping horizontally "why have you come?...and it is just me....i am kamakiri of the village hidden in the snow!" she seemed abit loud mouthed as she with her opposite hand pointed at him and her white tattered cloak blew to the right.

The old man looked a little confused, "My dear... I was referring to you." He tried to explain. Maybe he didn't understand the way he'd said it. "Pardon me... I meant to say that you have done well to have stayed alive so far."
