It took a lot of paperwork to get into the Village Hidden in the Rain, but now that you're finally in, it doesn't appear to be that bad of a place.
That is, if you consider a city straight from a post-apocalyptic, science fiction movie "not bad".
The constant downpour is beginning to get to you as you seek shelter from the pounding rain. The buildings have been divided into levels, like one giant skyscraper. The upper levels consist of entertainment and shopping for the more wealthy citizens, while the bottom floors were mostly used for the residential areas of the "less wealthy" people.
An intricate drainage system covers the entirety of the Village, sending water flying from all angles. It's probably not supposed to do that, but the pipes seem to be damaged in too many places to be fixed easily in this kind of weather.
It appears due to the crime and chaos brought on by all of the wars fought in this Village, including a civil war some time back, law enforcement has yet to make a full comeback.
