 Hay a LOT of people are taking Kekkei Genkai. That's cool and all but PLEASE explain it a little bit. If you want a jutsu for some person that doesn't exist we are flexible. However, a (From Narutopedia) Kekkei Genkai (血継限界; Literally meaning "a technique limited to inheritance by blood, or Bloodline Limit") are abilities passed down genetically in specific clans. Kekkei genkai and their related jutsu can't be taught or copied by others. Notes: A requirement of a kekkei genkai, on the other hand, is that it is genetically passed on from parent to child within a specific group of individuals or clan. Although certain techniques may be exclusive to a clan because they are a well-kept secret, such as the Aburame clan's ability to control insects or Kidomaru's web abilities, they do not qualify as kekkei genkai because they could be learned by others outside the clan if information on the techniques was made available. Note: Uchiha is pretty much toast at this point.

Bloodline Limit: Riaritigan
Calls upon the powers of either the dragon spirit that lives within a family member, or summons the some of powers that were given to their closest relative that has a dragon, demon spirit, and allows him or her to use the power physically. The more skilled you become with these abilities, the less it needs to be used. Depending on how good you are you'll be able to use the techniques without even opening the Riaritigan.
Depending on the technique they use, will sometimes also depend on the color.
Fire style techniques will be some shade of blue or maybe even white.
Water style techniques will have a green or brown shade in them.
Lightning will be red or on rare occasions black.
The color does signify the strength of the move, but none really pay attention to this code.

Level 1
The original Riaritigan does nothing more than power up the user by increasing his power and speed, but mostly chakra. It also allows them to use dragon style techniques.
A dragon style technique is basically a secondary version of an already existing chakra element. It makes it easier to bend the element into a certain shape and increases the strength of the original move by adding the chakra of the demon spirit.

Level 2
RiaritiganX allows the user to use genjutsu, and resist genjutsu or any other techniques that would effect vision or the nervous system. In exchange he/she cannot use genjutsu and it's especially effective to the family when they're using a weaker version of the Riaritigan.

Level 2
Su-pa-riaritigan is an equal to RiaritiganX. It allows him to control his weight completely and gives him an extreme burst of energy. He can control his weight by altering the physics of the mass that is his body; the lighter he is the easier it is for him to move and weaker he is, the heavier he is the harder it is for him to move and the harder his body is.
After using the Riaritigan, if this version is used, then he suffers from a crash; the strength of the crash depends on the user.

Level 3
The last form, Saishuu Riaritigan, can do what all three of the other levels can do and a little more. It gives him more speed, strength, and decreases the amount of chakra it takes to use summoning. No hand signs are required for summonings. The chakra that’s in the body is under complete control, and the backfires of Riaritigan are decreased by a necessary amount. When using this, the user the risk of losing demon, or curse mark control is high.

Approved transfers from the old guild Ninja Akako Uchiha Kekkei Genkai: Origami, art of paper folding. Originating from the Kami clan, orgami-masters can weild and alter paper to either attack and defend depending on the origami-master's chakra nature. By combining chakra with the paper (earth), the paper can either harder to cut through things or defend as a shield, or softened to fold a certain way. xX-iMikuru Asahina-Xx Kekkei Genkai: Shosegan(Show Say Gone) Shosegan makes it so anytime there's rain, or a storm with rain, etc.. all my stats are raised up by 32%. It also makes me resistant to lightning no matter if there is a storm or not. However, it's draw back is that since it makes me more powerful, it sucks out my chakra until the storm or what not is over. During the storm the only way to avoid my chakra being sucked away, is to not be hit by the rain, snow, etc.. And also, if I feel too strong of an emotion, (happiness, anger, love, jealousy, etc..) Then I can accidentally let off a very painful electric shock to whom I give physical contact. Sanae Uchiha Takuitsuteki-kanpa (*changing fathom: with a combination of wind and water, Maha's able to phase in and out of solid objects by condensing her body into mist, depending on how deep and far her body can phase. Meaning, if a higher attack is met with a low reach of phasing, she will get hurt. Weaknesses behind this are hot air (not enough moisture for her to phase), heavy rain (too much water, not enough air), and thick ice (once contained, she can't phase out, because nearly 40% of her body is mostly water when phasing). kongleluvin It is said that the Gale family was cursed by deamons, others say that when my ancestor was very young, he married and had children with a thunder goddess, but the truth is, no one knows how the origonal power was obtained. In most of the Gale family legends, the family prayed to the thunder gods, pleading them to just give them a small taste of there power, finnaly after centuries of pleading, the gods gave the family the ability to control lighting, but the only problem was that when they used the power, it made the family hungry for power, thus leading the gods to relenquish most of there abilitys, and whenever a member of the family died, there sole would remaine on the planet forever untill the family's name was restored to its former glory. Now whenever a child is born, they must imbrace the power of there Kekkei Genkai and must try to restore honor to the Gale family, so that they can move on to paradise. There are different levels to my kekkei genkai that I will list but I am only lvl 1 right now. lvl 1-Final Burst- able to take all of the chakra that he has and cause a giant electric explosion from the inside of an enemys body, but it leaves Kuraoen paralyzed for about an hour. when using this move constantily the effects of it on me will decrease to the point where I only feel winded after I use it. lvl 2-Lightning Raid- Kuraoen Is engulfed by a lighting aura and every time he punches someone, it will do a massive amount of damage. lvl 3-Demon Gate- Multiple shadow clones of myself will be in "Lightning Raid" mode and I am able to control them. There is also lightning going off toards my enemys. Will leave me useless after 15 minuits of use. Requiem Irevicus OK first off this isn't really a Kekkai Genkai, but its not a demon either. It's Requiem's true self before he lost his memories. Baenre Ujimatsu is who Requiem was originally, Baenre is a highly powerful ninja, as well as Requiem's alternate personality. Ruthless and unmerciful, he won't hesitate to kill, and is about the same level as a Sonin, but he lost his memory during an assassination attempt where he fell from a 70 ft wall after being struck in the head by a metal rod. He now resides inside Requiems subconscious. Baenre is pale as a ghost, and has pointed ears, sharp fangs, black eyes with gold iris's, and claws instead of fingernails. When Baenre is i control of Requiem's body his abilities increase to about three times what they were normally. Like I said he is not a Kekkai Genkai, but move him to demons if it would be more appropriate. Lord Kakuzu 08 Bloodline Limit: Eye - Dezangon: A Resently new bloodline trait has been found... And is now the deadest weapon one can have... The Dezangon is the Eyes ability to Absorb the full amount of chakra in on an enemy. The Eye when activited absorbs the chakra from the target sight infront of the user which gives the user his/her charka back. Also A new move has been invented to release almost all his/her charka into one explosen that can destory almost a full village and the move is forbidden and last resort move... Void Bomb is the name of this move and must not be used at all... This is the list of the power: Level 1: Charka Spell: The ability to slowly absorb chakra from an person or something like a tree. This move is good to revive your charka that the user has already used. ( Moderate 50% Chance of bone cracking.) (the chance increases exponentially.) Level 2: Chakra powered: The ability to absorb chakra from an person or something like a tree. It also is when the user must use his/her jutsu in combat. Damage level taken if not used is a Severe chance of bone cracking (Almost assumed it will). But will continue to rise. Recommended level to stop at. (the chance increases exponentially.) Level 3: Chakra Maxamus: The ability to quickly absorb chakra from an person or something like a tree. It also is when the user must use his/her jutsu in combat. Damage level taken if not used is They WILL crack. How many and how bad is up to you. If enough damaged is taken (from bones or otherwise)you end up dead. But will continue to rise. (the chance increases exponentially.) Level 4: Chakra Overpowered: The ability to rapidly fast absorb chakra from an person or something like a tree. It also is when the user must use his/her jutsu in combat. Damage level taken if not used is Like 75-90% chance of death upon activation. Crippled from bone damage. (the chance increases exponentially.) Level 5: Void Bomb - the ultimate chakra release: The Ability the use the chakra as a bomb. Chance of Surviving: 0% Sanae Uchiha Seishuku-ryu: A blood-trait that allowed them to kill with their chakra by simply extending it outside their body and inside their opponent's body at close range. This trait is deadly, and can either detenant a certain part of the body from the inside or expand it until the body explodes inside and out. Certain portions to this however, can merely cause harm; such as disabling chakra flow, or hiting certain vital point.
You'd think one with such deadly chakra with live long to keep on killing in silence.
No... for the more the person uses it, the faster the person is towards death. Their chakra begins to eat at their body at a certain rate, first bone, then flesh, (depends on how much they use it; if they use a small amount, pain is felt at the bones, but if it's a large amount, a part of the body will rott off) until the body rotts into a withered corpse.

Ikimi clan: Not much is known about this clan; said to have died out long ago when the hyuugas emerged. They were known for their kekkei genkai 'seishuku-ryuu', which meant 'silent kill'. They were also known for having long, thick bushy black manes of hair and blue eyes.

Kami Clan: The Kami clan were originally earth-weilding nomads that wandered from land to land until finally they settled in the Leaf Village, and stayed their ally for hundreds of years, though occassionally, it's tradition for their young to wander and train away from home. The Kami clan follows through a certain code that builds a certain relationship that allows them to weild earth and it's force. However, as time passed, their connection grew stagnant, and they started working through paper as a substitute.

Kekkei Genkai:Tacchi (Touch): Anila's Kekkei Genkai is different from others, and is only used for information, and also pain. She is a close range fighter, which may not help her team alot, but she is also a very good thrower with kunai. This Kekkei Genkai gives the ability for Anila to when get close to an opponent, to touch their arm, leg, any body part, and see their memories. Knowing everyone's memories takes lots of Chakira from this girl, but the upside of this, is that when they touch, static electricity goes circulating throughout her skin, almost paralyzing the opponent. Every thing has their consequences right? Well it does with the Kekkei Genkai.
Known Genjutsus
~TACCHI! (Touch Jutsu)-this jutsu reverts her eyes, by turning them slightly, with her eyes changing from her usual brown eyes, to a pale black, with white stripes, as if it were a zebra's back.
~Oboe no Jutsu (Memory Jutsu)-This gives Anila the chance to sneak into a person's head, and see their memories, bad or good.It will drain the EVER LIVING CRAP OUT OF YOU but approved -Van sweatdrop

The Inkei family has never been able to use chakra. This is rumored to have stemmed from their ancestor’s stupidity in learning to use it and his failure is rumored to have been passed down the line. Oddly enough, they are unable to be effected by illusion techniques. Some say this is because they are to simple minded, others because they are pig-headed, and still more say its something much more majestic…

The Oniki clan - Members of the Oniki clan are rare, but by no means extinct, they can be found in nearly every corner of the world, but they hardly ever serve as ninja. They believe that the Tailed-beasts are gods, and worship them as such. So naturally they have a dislike for the villages who seal their gods into humans, and call such things blasphemes. The average Oniki has never even been trained to fight, and a majority of those left have other names and many don't even know they have a ninja bloodline in their bodies.
An Oniki has no chakra of their own, but most of them have the ability to hold as much chakra as Naruto can. Instead an Oniki can absorb elemental chakra at a stunning rate, and use it to augment their own body. Depending on the type of chakra that they absorb different things happen. Normally the Oniki would have a chosen Element that they are best in, and an ally to generate chakra of that element if the enemy knows their secret, though Shinta has nether.
Envoy of the Nine-tails/ Fire God: Fire, the user's skin becomes as black as coal and smoke pours out of there skin in several places, with enough chakra their skin cracks and red lines can be seen underneath. Their body temperature rises to degrees that a human shouldn't be able to survive, their body becoming more resistant to fire and explosions. Every time their body makes contact with something, the fire chakra is violently released, creating explosions. The force of the explosion depends on two things, the force of the blow, and the amount of chakra used. The weakness for the fire chakra is in it's power, though it makes the user resistant, they aren't immune to their own attacks, and each blow damages them as well.
Envoy of the Six-tails/ Thunder God: Lightning, Golden sparks fly around the user and their skin takes on a light gold hue. Using the electrical chakra he creates electromagnetic attractions from one place to another, allowing him to move at speeds a normal human wouldn't be able to obtain. His average speed is up, and his attacks have a numbing property. The degree and duration of all three abilities depends on how much chakra he absorbed. After the effect is over, and in the most severe cases, before it finishes, the user's body starts to go numb on them. Unlucky Oniki have been permanently paralyzed for using this Envoy for too long.
Envoy of the Eight-tails/ Earth God: The user's skin hardens to a stone like form, taking a dull brown and rugged appearance. Their strength and defense skyrocket, taking a punch from one of their stone fists would almost feel as if Tsunade punched you herself. As for deffence, it's like they are in a set of full plate armor, a normal human's punch kick, or even a hammer strike would hardly effect them. The drawback is that the chakra adds weight to the user, and thus requires more effort to move the body, slowing their movements. After the stone armor vanishes it feels to the user like they did everything they did in the armor a thousand times, their body will be exhausted and tired.
Envoy of the Three-tails/ Water God: The user's body and hair takes on a light blue tinge, their limbs seem to elongate and they tend to wobble back and forth a lot. They have the power to make any part of their body liquid nearly instantly, and reform it as it was. Their body will also heal most wounds while they are in this form. Still once they leave the water god form, they are woozy and nauseated from their body being so awkward, there is a good chance that they won't be able to fight for a while after they leave this form. If they lose all their chakra while part of their body is insubstantial... bad things happen.
Envoy of the One-tail/ Wind God: Probably the only form that isn't completely obvious that the user is in. The air around the user becomes violent and they become overly cheerful for some unknown reason. The wind around them forms razor sharp blades that slash at anything that gets too near to the user, even stone can be hewn apart without any problem. The larger the chakra they absorbed, the larger the aura of blades extends, unfortunately the blades can also cut the skin of the user.
Elemental release: Pretty much a forced release of the Element that the Oniki currently has absorbed, it can be used as an attack or to shorten/end an Envoy form in order to keep it from killing the user.
It has also been said that an Oniki can absorb demonic chakra if needed, but they are all warned against it from a young age.

The Renmaru Doujutsu was first witnessed in the Water-Ninja Ranmaru. His past is unclear, though they were assumed to have been exterminated in the Bloodline Genocide. Recently the bloodline has been reborn through a series of experiments. Though weaker than the original, it is still a force to be reckoned with.
The Renmaru eyes specialize in Genjutsu, the effect of altering the senses of others. The user has complete control over the illusions cast, and can rearrange them as he desires. The strongest of these genjutsus is said to surpass Tsukuyomi.
These eyes also grant another strange power: to see the life force of an opponent. Like the Byakugan, it can see chakra flow, though only barely. But on a lower level, it can see the vitality and health of an opponent. Incidentally, this power seems to affect the abilities of the Byakugan, rendering it useless.
Rules:
- You are allowed to create your own Genjutsu, provided you give an explanation what it does.
Genin= 2 custom
Chuunin= 3 custom
Jounin/ANBU= 5 custom
Kage/Sannin= 8 custom
- The Genjutsu's cannot be released, nor will chakra redirection work. You must cause serious physical harm to yourself in order to break them.
- The Byakugan will deactivate upon seeing these eyes.

Kekkei Genkai:
Uddo Katachi – The ability to manipulate / shape wood into different forms enhances a users abilities to a slight degree (not the technique of the first Leaf Hokage, cannot grow big trees only shape and empower wood into forms like masks, kunai, bow staff, chopsticks, and other tools such as replacement objects)
1 – Ki-Shian
At this level the user is only able to shape the wood to a moderate degree without tools, into various objects (Wooden Weapons / Tools/Masks) Masks enhance the users Jutsu and techniques. Wooden weapons are very basic and are not as good as regular kunai. (good for use in traps and replaceable more quickly)
2 – Ki-Konpaku
Can do all the previous things can mostly shape wood without the use of tools. Wood may be shrunk down into small objects and then reenlarged. Objects hold different properties, Masks – Chakra Holding, Weapons Strength and ability to repair by eating chakra, Tools (replacement objects and similar) can be shrunk down extremely small for ease of carrying.
3 – Ki-Konpaku-Myou
Special faces may be shaped into a mask to gain the user insight into the shaped faces mental processes, which is mostly used to help in mimicry techniques or in training special jutsu. However shaping your own face into the wood gains you better insight into your own personal flaws. Wood is almost totally shaped by a person’s ability through chakra manipulation. Weapons/Masks/Tools are of a higher quality than before. The user may also make an inverted mask the inverted mask is to disguise what mask the character is using. Carving an inverted Mask is harder than a regular Mask to construct. If there is a face on the exterior and the interior, the interior overrides the exterior.
All previous skills as well.

Varies with the ability and training of the person.
