I have
OHSHC
.hack/Legend of the Twilight
.hack/Roots
and even though its not an anime I also have the Kingdom Hearts I and II Soundtracks =)
Not alot but they're great to listen too =)

I have bits and pieces of Bleach and FMA, and even though its a video game I have a bit of Final Fantasy VII soundtrack too
I have all of Death Note and Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II
I'm trying to finish getting FMA and Bleach, but I also want Ouran.
Its a TV show but I bought the NCIS soundtrack today...^_^
I'm a junky I like soundtracks. Dunno why everyone disses them.

I have majority of the bleach beat albums; grimmjow, ulquiorra, hitsugaya/rangiku/momo, Kenpach/yachiru/yumichika/ikkaku, I=ishida, renji and nel (lol). I also have quite a few game ones: the world ends with you (really good rock songs-vocal) and pokemon mystery dungeon explorers (awesome instrumental pieces).
