What is a Elf? The Elves are a majestic race of pointy eared and generally tall humanoid. Normally they are magically talented or in tune with nature though some are dark at heart and dislikes their other elven cousins.

Racial traits: Things that a generally found common for that race.

Racial bonuses: These are the general ups or downs that come with the race.

Skills + & -: Some races have skills lowered or heightened.

Spells: Some races automatically come with spells that are easy to them, able to cast them normally once a day and doesnt have to have a class that would grant them the spell.

Altmer

"Cultured People."

Racial traits
Description: These elves are taller than most races of Elves, usually 6' to 6' 5". They have pale gold skin.
Personalities: Altmer are often snobbish and self-centered and consider themselves to be the most civilized culture of Tamriel. However, the High Elf's smug self-assurance of his superiority can be hard to bear for those of other races.
Religion: Deities of magic
Language: Common, all elven languages

Racial bonuses
1. Magicka Aptitude: All Altmer gain a +1 to the spell DC checks of all spells of the Conjuration, Illusion and Transmutation Schools. All Altmer also gain a +2 to the spell DC checks of all spells from the Evocation and Enchantment School.
2. Natural Chemist: +4 racial bonus to all Craft (Alchemy) skill checks.
3. Weak agaisnt electric or cold damage, little weaker agaisnt fire or magicka damage.
4. Disease Resistance: Altmer have a natural resistance to common dieases of 75%

Ascyria Elves

Civilized when mankind were only hunter and gatherer.

Racial Traits
Description: The Elves are a bit shorter than human. They have very pleasing feature, their eyes are thinner (a bit like Asian but to a lesser degree) the color of their eyes are deeper, shinier and they have long hair who can be from 5 centimeter long to 1/2 foot long. They have no facial and body hair, their hair grow 10 time slower than human (so they like and protect their hair), and are mostly blond. They are thinner and lack the muscle of human, there is no difference between the height and weight of male and female. Overall, elf maiden are often the object of desire of humans.
Personalities: elitist and isolationist, they seek purity and dislike cross breeding between elves of other types. They usually exile elves maiden with an "impure child" (Half-Elves). They value life before all so death sentence is completely banned from their land. Those who manage to get the trust of an Ascyria Elves can except a life long ally and friends. The elves have incredible memories, to the point they can remember their birth in detail. So you may expect century long grudge if you annoy one. Elf sentiments are three time stronger than what humans experience.
Religion: They worship Ghane, Killias, Aurela, Orrianne, Henilica, and Filisse and believe the after life is a place called The woodland of the ancestor.

Ash Elves

Secretive branch of the elven family that stresses stealth and speed

Racial Traits
Description: Ash elves have light hair (ranging from pure white to a smoky gray), medium skin, and strange golden eyes with cat-like pupils. the stand shorter than the average elf (barely topping 5 ft), and weigh around 95 to 100 lb, with females slightly taller and heavier than males. like all elves, ash elves have pointed ears.
Personalities: Ash elves are quiet, introverted, and have a quick intellect. their minds can swiftly evaluate anything from odds of success to others intentions.
Religion: N/A
Languages: Common and elven, and have their own form of sign language

Avariel

They live in great harmony with nature

Racial Traits
Description: Avariel resemble other elves in many physical features, except that that have wings. They are short and slim,standing about 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 feet tall and typically weighting 95-135 pounds, with men the same height as and only marginally heavier then the women.They tend to be pale-skinned with a deep sky blue eyes. Avariel usually have light colored hair. Like other elves, they don't have any facial or body hair. From their back, long, white, feathered wings arise. Their angelic nature makes Avariel very beautiful, and some Avariel do indeed have angelic ancestors.
Personalities: They tend to be friendly towards the other elves and they are indeferent towards humans. Same as elves, they regard half-orcs with unrelenting suspicion. They will also fiercely fight anyone/anything they consider enemies of nature.
Religion: They worship Corellon Larethian, the creator of elves. They may also worship Obad-Hai or Ehlona.
Languages: Avariel, Elven, Common

Racial Bonuses
1. Gliding: Avariel can use her wings to glide, negating damage from fall of any height and allowing 20ft of forward travel for every 5ft of descent.
2. Flight: Starting at level 5, Avariel has enough stamina and prowess to fly at the speed of 30ft with a good maneuverability. On 10th level, fly speed increases to 40ft and they can fly at perfect maneuverability.
3. Overland flight: Avariel overland speed is 15 mph at level 5 and 20 mph at level 10. To attain this speed they need to fly quite high (over 1000 feet) and they must be able to distinguish thermals. Also, they can only keep this up for up to six hours before needing rest. Avariel cannot fly in heavy armor or when exhausted
4. High altitude adaption: Avariel can breathe without problems up to 20.000 feet above sea level.
5. Low-Light Vision
6. Weapon Proficiency: Avariel receive martial weapon proficiency with longsword, rapier, longbow (including composite longbow), shorbow (Including composite shortbow) as bonus feats.
7. Trance: Avariel do not sleep, as members of most other common races do. Instead, they meditate in the deep trance that all elves meditate for 4 hours a day. This makes them immune to magical sleep.

Blood Elves

Harsh race of elves that have strange powers over blood

Racial Traits
Description: Blood elves stand about 5 1/2 ft tall, and weigh about 110 lbs. Males are slightly taller and heavier than females. They have brown skin and deep, crimson red eyes. Their hair can range through blond and black. The most striking feature of blood elves is their teeth, which seem to be perpetually stained with blood. This is unnerving for those who have never seen them before.
Personalities: Blood elves are unyielding and daring, and they tend to be rather reckless. In battle there are none braver, and they have a knack for surviving which makes them confident and slightly arrogant.
Religion: Thrista, a goddess of blood, war, and courage.
Languages: Blood elves speak a unique dialect of elven. Common

4. Blood Drink: A blood elf can drink fresh blood to heal itself for every pint of blood a blood elf drinks, it heals a small amount of HP.
5. Sustenance of Blood: a blood elf can subsist entirely off blood, by drinking at least three pints of blood for every meal they would otherwise need. A blood elf can also eat normal food.
6. Weapon Proficiency: A blood elf is automatically proficient with slashing weapons. This proficiency replaces the high elf's weapon proficiency.

Bosmer

They are known for their reverence towards nature, and for their positive outlook on life.

Racial Traits
Description: They are often between 4.5 and 5.5 feet tall, with the males taller than the females, and their weight is proportionate to other mer. Their skin is naturally tan from generations spent immersed in nature, and their eyes range in color from green to blue. Their eyes are notable in that they are slightly larger than other elves, and it is common that their irises take up most of their visible eyes. Bosmer have hair that is always lighter shades of gray or completely white, which they wear long, often woven with trinkets or decorations. Bosmer dress simply and comfortably, wearing earthy colors and materials that vary by region. They are considered to be adults at age 40, and can live to be older than 400 years old.
Personalities: Bosmer are lighthearted lovers of nature, and would love to have the opportunity to tell you all about it. Naturally talkative and inquisitive, the Bosmer are interested in the art of conversation with anyone they encounter, especially those from lands they consider to be "exotic." Bosmer are used to sharing everything from food to clothing with not only their family members, but everyone in their village, and may not be used to the "civilized" notions of property and theft.
Religion: Vyelnet is their chief deity, and she is known as Aohine. Other important deities include Moirathe (known as Huaka'i), and Avlamak, the Draenic Prince of Hunting, but he is known as "Hahainui."

Breton

Bretons feel an inborn, instinctive bond with the mercurial forces of magic and the supernatural.

Racial Traits
Description: Most Bretons stand between 5 and 5 1/2 feet tall and usually weigh 95 to 190 pounds. They have fairly average elven looks about them but not as much because of their human blood.
Personalities: Being grand with magic, the Bretons leak there 'superior' intelligence into how they treat others.
Religion: Any
Languages: Common and one other of any kind

Racial Bonuses
1. Little slower than average humanoids
2. Magicka Aptitude: All Bretons gain a +1 to the spell DC checks of all spells of the Illusion and Transmutation Schools. All Bretons also gain a +2 to the spell DC checks of all spells of the Conjuration, Divination and Enchantment Schools.
3. Magicka Resistance: All Bretons have a natural resistance to all Magicka. All spells that cause damage including ability damage are halved in effectiveness when cast against the Breton. If the Breton makes the required save (if the spell allows a save) then the effect is again halved for the partial or half effect (all damage is rounded down). All harmless spells (such as healing spells) have a 50% chance of having no effect whatsoever on the Breton.
4. Better at crafting Alchemy.

Dark Elves

Dark elves are the dark skinned elves of the desert.

Racial Traits
Description: Dark elves have a dark skin tone, the tone differ from each ranks. Highborn having a very dark tone and lowborn having a pale purplish tone. They are more muscular than other elves but less than humans, being almost equal to half-elves. They have beautiful features and are alway skinny (a trait they share with other elves). They are taller than other elves, matching humans in height. They alway have white hairs and dark purple eyes. Their dark skin seem to protect them better from hot or cold climate than any mundane defence and seem to match magical protection.
Personalities: Dark elves have a fierce, war-like personality. They are ruthless but incredibly loyal to their warband. Females think of males as inferior and males don't think much. Dark elves are somewhat honourable, as there's no honour in stabbing someone in the back. Many value honour over material goods, as it last longer.
Religion: Lolth, Ancestors
Languages: Old Elven, common.

Racial Bonuses
1. Extreme Adaptation: As affected by Endure Elements spell, however this ability doesn't protect equipments.
2. Incredible Memories: +2 to knowledge (history) check
3. Low-light vision
4. Resistance agaisnt poisons.
5. Small fire resistance

7. Great spell resistance agaisnt evil spells. ((Necromancy and others))

Deep Elves

They have an affinity with rocky areas such as caves. As a result, these elves moved underground. ((Not so much in Stir Jades))

Racial Traits
Description: Deep elves are about 4 1/2 feet tall. They have reddish to brownish skin and hazel eyes. On average, a deep elf weighs about 90 to 120 pounds.
Personalities: Deep elves get along with other elves. They have good relations with dwarves as well and have a marked distaste for goblinoids. Unlike other elves, deep elves are more open to other races and don't have distrust towards half-breed races. Deep elves don't fight against orcs often.
Religion: Darmatin
Languages: Common, Elven, and Undercommon

Racial Bonuses
1. Immunity to magical sleep and a resistance agaisnt enchantment spells.
2. Stonecunning: Better at spotting in caves.
3. Darkvision and low-light vision
4. Weapon Proficiency: Deep elves receive the Martial Weapon Proficiency feats for the longsword, rapier, longbow (including composite longbow), and shortbow (including composite shortbow) as bonus feats.
5. +2 dodge bonus against goblinoids and reptillian humanoids.
6. +2 racial bonus on Listen, Search, and Spot checks.

Drow

The most hated of elves by elves..((Not so much in Stir Jades))

Racial Traits
Description: White is the most common hair color among drow, but almost any pale shade is possible. Drow tend to be smaller and thinner than other sorts of elves, and their eyes are often a vivid red.
Personalities: The Stir Jades Drow have lost their dislikes for other elves and have took up the equal likes of nature though still alot retain of that evilly inclined life and becomes rogues. Since Elemmiire Drow are the leaders, they have to show the rest of the world that they are more than evil.
Religion: A Variety of Drow gods and goddess such as Lolth and Elistraee.
Languages: Common and Elven

Racial Bonuses
1. Sleepless: Elves only need 4 hours of rest instead of 8. During these 4 hours, they don't sleep, but instead go into a meditative trance, during which they are completely aware of their surroundings.
2. Immune to sleep effects and spells.
3. Darkvision, 120 feet. ((Normal Darkvision is 60 feet))
4. Bonuses to Listen, Search, & Spot
5. Drow are proficient with martial arts, short swords, and crossbows.
6. +2 racial saving throw bonus against all Spell-like and Supernatural abilities.
7. Drow Elves are incredible jumpers, and receive a +30 to all Jump checks.
8. Poison Blood: A Drows blood is slightly poisonous. By doing 1 point of damage to themselves, a Drow can apply her blood to any slashing or piercing weapon. A person who is hit with a weapon that has poison on it has a chance to receive 1d6 poison damage. Drow are immune to the poison. The poison lasts on a weapon until it hits something.

Dunmer

Very Proud race..

Racial Traits
Description: The Dunmer are usualy about 6 feet and 1 inch tall. they have dark purple skin, red eyes, and purple-ish black hair. They tend to be muscular and wear a variety of different clothes that range from tribal dress to that of a great noble.
Personalities: The Dunmer have always been a proud people with a very high opinion of themselves. They look down on basically every race. They mostly just keep to their own kind.
Religion: Own set of gods
Languages: Dunmeris and common

Racial Bonuses
1. Slightly faster than average humanoids
2. Magicka Aptitude: All Dunmer gain a +1 to the spell DC checks of all spells of the Divination School. All Dunmer also gain a +2 to the spell DC checks of all spells of the Evocation School.
3. Magicka Resistance: All Dunmer have a natural resistance to the fire damage and will only take 1/4 of fire damage dealt by spell or other means
4. Great Swordsmen: All Dunmer automatically gain weapon focus with shortsword, longsword, and shortbow.
5. Proficient with light armor. ((Say you take a class that normally doesnt allow light armor, you can use light armor with that class if your a Dunmer.))

Dusk Elves

Dusk Elves are known to be jerks, even more so than other self centered Elven races.

Racial Triats
Description: Dusk Elves, also called Jekka, are taller and thinner than most elves. Their skin is pale, and their hair is either black (usually for males), or dark crimson (females). Brown or white hair is quite rare, while blonde hair is impossible.
Personalities: Dusk elves think they are superior. They argue about their race being the greatest among other races. If their friends are of different races, they do not argue unless invoked. Dusk elves are jerks to people they just meet and when they are mad. When among friends, they tend to be nicer but still has a tinge of jerkiness.
Religion: Kesd Lesve, a deity of chaos, luck, and magic. however, many dusk elves also worship another elf deity, or none at all.
Languages: Common and Jekkan
Alignment: Cannot be Lawful Good.

Racial Bonuses
1. Immunity to magic sleep effects, and a +2 racial saving throw bonus against enchantment spells or effects.
2. Low-light vision and darkvision of 120 feet.
3. Weapon Proficiency: Dusk elves receive the Martial Weapon Proficiency feats for the shortsword, rapier, shortbow (including composite shortbow), as bonus feats. Dusk elves also recieve proficiency with the shuriken, light crossbow, hand crossbow, and dart.
4. Armor Proficiency: Dusk elves are proficient with padded armor only. ((Cannot have another type of armor even if a class would normally allow it. Can still wear no armor.))

Fallen Elves

Fallen Elves are a corrupted version of elves, they used black magic long ago and were corrupted by it.

Racial Traits
Description: Fallen elves share the same height and weight as high elves, their features are different of those of their ancestor. Because of many factor like black magic overuse they mutated into different being. Their features are darker but still gracious and harmonious. Their skin is pale and become paler as they advance in age. Their ears are slightly longer than average elven ear being at least 7 centimetres long and can be as long as 1/2 foot (but it rare). Many fallen elves are blond, however black hair is also common. Another common colour is white, however this colour is mostly seen in noble ranks. The most common eye colour would be green, blue and red would follow closely. They are always thin and beautiful (ugly child are often killed at birth) and many a poor young human fell in love with these deadly beautys.
Personalities: Fallen Elves are cruel and arrogant, they often take pleasure in evil deeds. The fallen elves are loyal to each other but also individualistic. They value grace and beauty highly, they are prideful and sometimes too much so. Passion and obsession is common among the members of the race. They feel emotion three times stronger than humans, but have greater control over themselves than any other elves. They may fall in love or simply love their child but those loves are mostly egoistic. They have a particular hatred for high elves and think sylvan elves as idiotic and worthless barbarian.
Religion: Ghanadel
Languages: Common and Elven
Alignment: Cannot be a good alignment

1. Slightly faster in forests than normal humanoids
2. Graceful while wearing no armor.
3. Keen Senses: Better at spotting, listening, and searching.
4. Sweet Dream: Fallen Elves only need to sleep half as much time as humans.
5. Elven Hand: Fallen Elves get +2 bonus to craft, and can craft elven items.
6. Mystic Mind: Immunity to charm spell
7. Dreamer Resistance: Sleep spell duration halved
8. Darkvision
9. Incredible Memories: +2 to knowledge (history) check.
10. Air Affinity: Fallen Elves weight half as much that they should, they get +2 to move silently check and have +1 caster level to spell dealing with air or flying but -2 caster to spell dealing with earth.
11. Lesser Nature Affinity: +2 survival, hide, and move silently check while in the forest.

Grunge Elves ((Grel))

The battle hungry elves..

Racial Traits
Description: Looking similar to elves in most respects they tend to wear earth tones to blend into their environment. They have grey skin and black hair and tend to be the same height as their hated elf cousins.
Personalities: They are a warrior race instilled with a deep sense of wanderlust. The grel were born to fight, yet strangely they refuse to fight en masse or adopt the rank and file military discipline which their elven cousins have proven so adept in. The grel prefer the element of fear, surprise and evil cunning when it comes to the art of war. It comes natural to them and great armies dread any prospect that involves fighting these proud warriors. The Grel never fight fair.
Religion: Anruya, godess of vengeance, who leads the pantheon, Gronfry, god of war, and Wromgong, god of death and the tribe.
Languages: Grevan and common

Racial Bonuses
1. War Cry: Enemies that hear the War Cry of the Grel must save or lose their attack. Can only be used once per day.
2. Hunter: Grel are invisible in natural surroundings and automatically move silently and hide in shadows. but only when wearing light armor or Elven Chain.
