So, some people here were just talking about Pokemon and this one guy explained the super secret of how to make Mewtwo appear so that you can capture him!
...Oh...wait... maybe it was Mew. I'm not very good at evesdropping. Does anyone have any of the pokemon games? I still want to own one. Still. I should just buy one. xD I have GBA and GBC. GBA is pink, and GBC is teal ;o Are the special ones worth it? Like Silver and whatnot? Or, should I go with just the original red/blue/yellow?

I have Sapphire, Emerald, and Diamond and am playing through Emerald right now. I'm determined to finish before Platinum comes out. I want to catch them all!! I'd say it's worth it. to play them all lol. I you get the third one of each set (like Emerald is a combo of Sapphire and Ruby and Platinum is a combo of Diamond and Pearl) You can get pretty much all of the pokemon. (I'd invest in a DS if I were you! lol) I'm sad that I can't get the original legendaries because I can't play those games on the DS. ( it only supports GBA not GB) Anyway, super awesome fun time!! I even go to the pokemon events at Gamestop and Toys R Us!
If any one wants to give me Ledgendaries from the first few... Articuno, Moltres, Zapados, Mew, Mewtwo Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Ho-oh, Lugia, Celebi I would love them forever!

I can explain trading online. You need your friend code (which is in your pal pad in diamond and pearl. Click the button that says Your Code) Mine is: 1977 1285 4955 You will also have to have wireless access (the DS only supports WEP). If you need help with that I can try to help. Then you go to Register Friend Code (in Pal Pad) put in the name of the person then it asks for their code. You put in the friend code (without the spaces) and then you're done. You can check your list of friends by going to Check Friend Roster. Entering friend codes allows you to meet those people in the Union Room at the PokeCenter (second floor, middle lady).
To trade with people all over the world you can go to the Global Trade Station in Jubilife. You tell the person at the desk what pokemon you are looking for and what you are offering. Then people can accept your offer and next time you check in the person at the desk will tell you that you have a trade and you will receive the traded pokemon.
If we are going to trade, you will need to do so in the Union Room.

I have crystal, but I haven't been playing it a lot. I've never been very good at Pokemon stuff. I have Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness for my GameCube, but I have yet to fully complete the whole thing. I've beat the main story line multipletimes. ;D
I have 3 Pokemon t-shirts though. :B Pikachu, Squirtle and one with Pikachu Squirtle Bulbasaur and Charmander on it.

Miss Chloie Oh that's cool about the online trading. smile I guess you can't do that with the other regular GBA and GBC games, hm? Um...I don't think so. Not so far as I've seen but I only have a DS so I don't know about the GBA and GBC systems. From what I've seen in Emerald though, I don't think that would work. (you should TOTALLY invest in a DS...)

Sora Itou omgomg that sounds so complicated ( /; A <) / and my wireless thingy wont work i have a red key or something ; ^ ; is there anything in lame man's terms Dx Let me see if I can find you an easy step by step. But the most important thing is that you have your wireless router set to WEP (http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/W/WEP.html). Who ever set it up can tell you or help you set it to WEP so just go to whoever did it. Or a friend who knows computer stuff. (my boyfriend set up ours cause I'm inept). Here's something:
-------------------------------- Setting up your Wi-Fi connection (3SET) --------------------------------
I do not intend to indepth cover the logistics of setting up your router or USB connector of however you connect to the Wi-Fi service.
You can use the http://www.nintendowifi.com site.
You can also follow this guide: http://media.nintendo.com/mediaFiles/eTST3ZAKSTsbyKddp-YdgYQymOPAxKch.pdf
I have written a mini-guide below.
[Mini-guide] (3MIN)
Once you get to Kurogane town - the town with the first gym. I think after you get the badge you can active Wi-Fi trading.
Go to the bottom floor of the Pokemon Centre, and a lady will talk to you, and you will eventually receive a "little red code book".
To setup your Wi-Fi connection is it easier to do it in an English game, but if you can't you can follow these steps.
Once you load up the game, the third option from the top will be Wi-Fi options, it has a little Wi-Fi symbol next to it. Once you open it up, A is accept and B is cancel.
The small orange box is the options window, you don't really need to use this. The options listed from top to bottom are: > System Info > Erase Nintendo WFC Configuration > Transfer Nintendo WFC Configuration
The large blue box is the connection settings window. There are three boxes lined up on the top. and a long box on the bottom. The numbered boxes is where you can enter the setup information. The smaller box underneath each numbered setup box is "erase options" so be careful about clicking this option.
The option taking up the top half of the screen is the "search for access point" option.
The option on the far right of the bottom half of the screen is AOSS setup.
I am unsure of the middle option - help is needed here.
The smaller option is to input your information by hand - manual setup. You can enter your SSID, WEP key and similar information here. The option at the very top of the screen is the test connection option. Save your settings, bottom right, after you finish editing them.
For more info, check out the rest of this guy's walkthrough: http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/file/925601/45812

I recently bought Pearl Version~ (They were out of Diamond, I wanted that one...)
Natrually, I practically beat the whole game in a week and a half. Non-stop playing, basically. xD Now all I have left is the Pokemon League and the Extra stuffs, and I'm done. But I'm just not motivated to pick up my DS anymore... Dx
Me and my brothers also used to have Yellow, Emerald, FireRed/LeafGreen, Crystal, Ruby/Sapphire.... I think, between the three of us, we could have had the whole franchise for GB/GBA. xD We gave in most of those games at GameStop, but now I want them back. ;_;

When it comes to buying games, I really need to prioritize myself. I don't have a PS2 and to be honest my GBA is back at home. (*Is currently residing on a university campus*) I don't use it too much, and that's why it's back there. It was just that other day that I wanted to play Pokémon for some reason... (The series is haunting me ;o ) But now that I really think about it I also have to get my hair cut and Yama and I are taking a friend out for vacation next week. smile I'm not getting a huge paycheck tomorrow night so um. >.>;
I guess no Pokémon for now! But, when I get around to it... All of the other games are in the same kind of standard format as Blue and Red, right? I think I've played PB. But I don't know about PR... and I haven't played Yellow... and the other games the other kids wouldn't let me play because they were to busy playing them on the bus themselves. o.o I'm talking about back in middle and high school on that horrid yellow schoolbus that carted my screaming peers around all the time. (Not good for naps. lol)
