Alright, so this time skip thing is coming up very very soon so I want all of you to post what the changes are to your character so that the rest of the squad won't be in the dark about it and then be all 'OMG! WTF?' when its mentioned.
Envy Hatsuke Kuchiki
~A little more control over shikai.
~Second stage of bankai.
~She'll have knowledge of ALL healing techniques and kidous.
~She'll have a pet baby albino hedgehog named Alia. ^^
~The hedgehog will have snazzy guns to shoot people and hollows with. ninja
~Though she will be stronger she won't be as bloodthirsty as she is now.
~Closer to all you snazzy squad mates. ;D
And I think that's about it...

Elyse has gone trough a bit with a few things over the Time Skip.
~Elyse has spent her time away from the Seireitei with VC-Revlis and was training with him.
~She has obtained her Shikai and has developed it's abilities slightly http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=14933653
~ She was a brides maide at the wedding (If you'll have me Envy)
~ Elyse has went up to the rank of fourth seat
~ Her personality is as shinny and howlsome as ever, yet she's a bit bitter about the years away from her recent new home (4th Squad WOO!!)
~Becomes quite a bit more durable and strong (Thank you Revlis)
~ seeks to pursue a crush on Revlis-Sama (no matter the obsticle)((edit by Envy: Of course you'd be a bridesmaid! I don't know what that is...but it sounds snazzy! heheh =D ))

Um.... Hirimi's probably gone through quite a few changes. razz
-Hirimi has finally figures out how to control her Shikai! YAY!
-She has mastered several more healing kidous!
-She's become a lot more confident in herself to a point where she doesn't jump at every llittle thing.
-Her sense of direction has gotten a little better, atleast better enough that she doesn't end up spending hours lost, and only about ten minutes! ^.^
-Still remains single, with no crushes on anyone because she's still shy. (aww, poor Hirimi! She's the only one not in love! *sniff sniff*)
And.... That's it..... I think.....

Chain went through alot!!! gonk
~Chain dyed his hair lighter blonde but not bleach blonde( britt made the pic too dar when she drew me)
~He became way more serious unless he doesnt have anything to do
~He has become way more fun to be around
~He still tries to find all vizards and destroy them
