Aimus was busily digging away in a garden near the entrance. He was digging in a hole to plant a tree to complete the row of trees at the entrance to the Compound. To make it seem more welcome, and comforting to the new-comers. Aimus grunted with frustration as he jammed his shovel hard as he could into the hard ground and tried to ply the dirt out.
"Are you frustrated?" A small voice asked by his shoulder. Aimus looked over to see a big silver lizard sitting on a branch by his head.
"I told you to stop talking to me." He said as calmly and quietly as he could. He wanted no one else to know about his... friend.
"No chance of that." The lizard grinned as it crawled onto his shoulder and hissed in his ear. "I'll never leave you again." The lizard's grin was the creepiest thing Aimus had ever seen. After all, have you ever seen a lizard grin? I don't think so.
Aimus sighed, and decided to just ignore Seyu(the lizard), and maybe he would go away. He brought down the shovel hard in frustration, "Hey!" , and it slipped as he twitched at the loud sound right by his ear. The shovel came down on his other hand, cutting the side of it rather deep.
"Aaagh!" He screamed in pain and frustration as he wrapped his hand in his dirty robes andwhipped his head to stare at Seyu. "Why won't you just leave me alone!?" He yelled loud as he could, forgetting that yelling at nothing in particular usually looked a bit... odd.
"Oh my gosh! You're bleeding!" Seyu screamed as he paniked. Aimus sighed, and smiled softly. He watched as Seyu fretted over his injury, saying sorry over, and over. Maybe it isn't so bad that he's back. He thought to himself with a smile. He shook his head quickly as he winced at the pain. "Why did you do that!?" He yelled at the little lizard, who was currently licking at his wound.
"Oh..." Seyu said, feeling bad. "I was bored..." He jumped onto his head as Aimus swung at him. He winced from the pain and brought it up to his mouth, trying to ease the pain. "You should really have that checked on." Seyu said, concerned for him.
"Gee, you think?" Aimus said sarcastically as he got up and began walking down to the medic tent. He walked in silence, Seyu on his head. Seyu decided to keep his coments to himself for the short walk. When they reached the tent, Aimus walked in slowly. He hadn't been here before. He looked around. "Um... Hello?" He called out.

"Apanine ... apanine ... where are you?"
Jhovam ran his finger across the rows of bottled herbs and medicines, looking for an immunity boosting agent. However, he could not locate it. Frustrated, the healer took jars off the shelf, trying to find out if it was in fact located in the back.
"What is this," he whispered to himself, "magioclase? That has been missing for days! Who organized this thing?" Jhovam took out the magioclase, which was a clear jug filled with a soft, luminescent set of long, grass stems.
"Um... Hello?"
Jhovam looked up from his herbal medicine cabinet at the source of the voice. "Hello? Is anyone in need of my services?" Jhovam glanced across the room, pondering of where the noise came from.
'This is ... not right. I must look up this feeling in my gut. It might be a worm; I should take a draught for that.' Little did he know that the gut feeling was his dragon trying to communicate with him, but failing.

Aimus heard the reply and smiled. So there is someone here. Good. "Yes, hello. I need some help with my hand." He called out. He looked around, but it was kinda dark in here, and he couldn't see anyone.
"I think he's over there." Aimus looked up to see Seyu pointing in the direction of the sound.
"Right then." Aimus said as he walked over towords the back. He peered around the corner and spotted a man rummaging through the shelves. He smiled brightly and came around the corner. "Hello there."

Jhovam grinned at the servant who entered his tent. "Why, hello. Do you need my services? Drought, bandage, stitch, name it, I can heal it."
To tell the truth, Jhovam loved his little licks of words. They made him feel clever.

Aimus looked at his wound thoughtfully. "Do you think it needs stiches?" He said as quiet as he could. Seyu jumped down to sit on his arm and looked at his wound. "No, just a bandage." Aimus nodded and looked up to the man. "I'll need a bandage for my hand." He said, holding out his bloody hand.

Jhovam noded, smiling warmly. He turned over to a large oak bookshelf that held boxes and boxes of healing sundries.
"Lets see ... bandage ... bandage ... ah ha! Here they are!" Jhovam smiled brightly as he pulls out a roll of soft, white cloth. "I will just need to wrap you up. If you would be so kind as to let me see your hand, of course."

Aimus held out his hand obediently, but it was pulled away. Aimus looked down to see Seyu pulling back his arm. "I don't trust him." He said suspicously. "O, come on!" Aimus said, frustrated. He held out his arm, ignoring Seyu's protests. "Go ahead." He said warmly.

Jhovam noded, then stretched out the anti-bacterial bandages. "Now this may hurt a bit, but please do not move a lot."
Quickly, Jhovam caught the hand with the pale cloth, then began wraping it into a tight cocoon, careful to apply the right amount of pressure. His tongue curled out of his mouth and onto his upper lip in concentration while his brow wrincled with focus.
"And ... there." Jhovam gripped the knife near him, and with one clean slash, the cocoon of fabric was seperated from the roll of bandages.

Aimus twinged slightly as the bandage was applied. Within moments it was finished. Aimus looked at his freshly bandaged hand and smiled. He looked over to Jhovam and smiled. "Thank you very much." He held out his good hand for him to shake. "I'm Aimus."
