Catherine daintily wiggled her toes as she sat by the flower, her tail flicking about in different directions. She had once again returned to the spot where she had met and made so many friends. She giggled as she memories returned back to her from that day. There was so many Pokemon and she even got a chance to meet a Mew! It was wonderful indeed. Lightly, Catherine bent down to lightly greet the flower. Poking her nose against it, pollen collected upon her nose and caused her to sneeze. The sudden pulse of wind blew the flower and caused it to waver. Giggling, Catherine poked the flower in its center. "Hana-chan..." she giggled as she kept in finger in place. "Do you remember that day too? It was a wonderful day." Giggling, Catherine paused fora minute. It was for a moment, but the sudden heartbeat she had pulsed through her body. Catherine tried to giggle, but it didn't help. Focusing her gaze down, Catherine narrowed her eyes down. Her finger upon the center of the flower pressed down and crushed the flower. Catherine soon began to giggle. A horrific giggle. It echoed through the area as the wind ruffled the trees atop.
Shaking her head, Catherine tried to get a hold of herself. Was it happening again? But why? Catherine stared at her palms. The memory of her bloodstained hands ticked through her mind as she did. Catherine shook her head and cried out, "No!" as it occurred. The middle crests in her palms glowed wildly. It was coming. Her other was coming. Catherine tried to fight it off. But it was no use, it came. But Catherine did not let it do anything. Shackling her body down, Catherine's body twisted and contorted as if an invisible pressure was gentling relaxing on her. She was not going to let it hurt anyone again! Not anymore!

The young man treading through the grassy lands that day was less than amused to be there, shoving his hands into his pockets in a grumpy manner. Black bangs tossed back and forth violently from his long strides, as he ground his heels in for most support in his trudging stroll. Apparently there was a lull in orders from the Rocket Headquarters to all it’s grunts, the central hub for all things illegal in the area. How that was possible, well he uttered with distain a couple of unprintable reasons…for it overall that meant he had a day free. Bones glared at nothing.
Joy.
Sighing and glaring away, he paused for a moment. The pokeball tied to a chain around his neck took much longer to halt from the momentum it had gained through his irritated walk. Flicking away a few pieces of hair that had gotten caught on his lashes, he blinked up at the sky through the trees. A nice day, for what it was worth. Usually he was inside on some sort of mission, be it paperwork or field work, at least it kept him busy. Easing up a bit on his sour mood, he placed his hands on his hips before nodding.
A day off it was.
Walk changing to a more relaxed stride, it still had the urgency of needed to be somewhere. Tugging off his padded vest, he tossed it over his shoulder and continued. Perhaps a clearing nearby would suffice for a carefree romp for his arcanine, and a nap for himself. Stirring the brush as he passed a wall of foliage, he halted. There was a powerful and yet familiar presence here. Tapping his fingers on the hilt of his short sword, he sauntered forwards now….intrigued by what else might have had the day off.

Catherine's contorted position spasmed. As her head lay pressed against the grass, Catherine heard the traveling scruff of footsteps against the ground. "Oh no." thought Catherine as the runic markings about her body glowed vibrantly. "Please. Oh no. No, no, no, no, no. Please, don't come towards here, please...! I beg of you!" But Catherine could hear them. They were traveling towards her. They were getting closer and louder. Each step made her swallow heavily. Catherine could only imagine ripping what embodiment that was to shreds and laughing in their wake. Her body twisted again at the thought and made her laugh manically. What she didn't want had come. Then what came hastily traveled to the source of the movement sputtered and threw a square punch at it to knock it down.
It blinked in Bones direction as it punched, however, Catherine cried out on the inside. She knew who it was. She cried from her strike towards him. He was a dear friend and apparently she had hurt him. But no matter how much Catherine wanted to apologize, she couldn't. Instinct was leader now.

The wild mewtwo wasn’t the only one acting on instinct at the moment either. Bones had just strolled into the clearing and not a moment after had the Pokemon thrown a punch at his head. Mind going to his training in a raw manner, he bent his knees and shifted his upper body out of the way as best as he could at such a close range attack. Vest falling to the floor, his pocketed hand let him lose his balance. Careless, he mentally cursed at himself for it.
The curled paw just brushed against his cheek in a lancing blow, his hair blowing wild with the force. Just with the aura of the attack, it left a large bruise against his jaw, and the taste of blood seeped into his mouth. At this point he still didn’t know what was happening, but found himself catching flashes of his attacker through all this. World tilting on as axis, he dropped to a crouched position with his hand on his sword. Spitting out a bit of blood, he furrowed his brow. So much for a day off. Glancing up, the attacker loomed over him, but his breath caught at the sight of the mewtwo.
“Rin…?” His words came out on a breathless tone, completely in disbelief. She was different somehow…the hatred that burned from her. Those few seconds that he took in wonder and worry cost him a proper grip on his sword. It was never good to fight a Pokemon bare handed. Never mind a legendary psychic one.

Both of Catherine's hands were clenched, glowing promptly as she watched Bones gain a grip upon his short sword. Her body was tensed and veins could be seen protruding from her skin, pulsating in and out from the surface of her skin. Her heartbeat was racing and the adrenaline coursing amongst her muscles did not want to make her rest. She floated silently in the air, waiting for the movement of what she dubbed now to be her opponent to strike. The warmth that came with the kind Mewtwo's eyes was completely ridden from her face. Even with the mention of her nickname, Catherine did not react. The forest still held a serene and placid air to it, but the atmosphere grew horrific as Catherine stared down her opponent.
Unfortunately, Catherine could no longer take her patient waiting. Catherine floated gently towards the ground and held a running start towards Bones. With an arm stretched far in front of her, she aimed for his leg. She wanted to weaken him first and have him cry out in pain first. Than she would take the time to disembowel him and make him suffer.

Eyes widening Bones gripped the short sword and ripped it out of it’s sheath in one deft movement. Feeling the tingling of a fight across his neck and shoulders, he bristled with adrenaline. Fingers gripping the wrapped cloth tightly, it creaked under his power. Eyeing the attack with nerve that glittered behind his crystal eyes, he tried to balance himself to reflect the attack. His fight was taking over.
One paw was headed for his leg, so he twisted the blade down and aimed at her hand hoping to slice it open to keep the mewtwo from trying it again. These thoughts settling in, images of her usually happy face cut through them more than the surprise of the first attack. At the last second he decided that he couldn’t do this travesty against her, and his stance slackened from this weakness. There was pure hate in her eyes, but there was also fear hidden in the wake. This thought crossed his mind but was gone like lightning, as his kneecap was smashed into and he fell face down in the next second. Pain like fire illuminated his leg, his whole body screaming alarms at him. Coughing into the ground from the impact, Bones started to push himself up. Knee crackling further….how much damage had been done.
Gripping his short sword with defense now in mind more than ever, his teeth grit in pain. Making it up to one knee, the other with as little weight as possible upon it just sat there. Glancing around, he tried to locate her. What was going on here?

The blade of the short sword dug deep into her palm, as she pushed herself onto him. As the short sword cut deep into her palm and wrist, she gritted her teeth to prevent crying out in pain. Blood seeped from the wound and covered the sword as she pressed, however, she could not hold back the pain no more. Catherine dashed into the wooded area. Even though she disappeared into the thicket of trees, the channel of blood drippings marked her path. Trying to use the trees as a good defense, the other side of Catherine looked at her palm. Her left paw was completely torn from the blasted sword the male had. If only she could get it away from him, than he would remain defenseless.
As Catherine tried to maneuver through the trees, large pulses of pain erupted from her grip. Stopping and staring at the wound, Catherine had no choice. Using a Recover move, the large gash healed slightly, but not so much. It would take a lot of energy for her to completely heal the wound. For now, she would have to deal with the small spurge of Recover she used to lessen the pain. Since she wanted to stray away from attacking until she got used to the pain, she decided to use intimidation instead. "What's wrong Bones?" Catherine giggled as she forced a telekinetic thought into his head. "Are you worried? Scared? Utterly frightened? Don't worry. When I kill you, I won't leave a big mess. He he he."

Bones had never gotten used to telepathy, the very thought usually made him squirm in general. The sounds of Catherine’s sickly twisted voice sent cold shivers down his spine, making him feel weak. Gripping the blade more, he leaned against the nearest tree for support as he made it to some sort of standing position. Gripping it, he panted lightly from the effort. His kneecap might be broken…and this disabled him enough to leave him as prey.
“What’s happened Rin?!” He demanded now, anger flooding his voice. She was a rare Pokemon, but all he usually saw was a little friend. This reality was setting in, that she could just about melt his mind, and leave him to die. “Did someone hurt you?”
The flowers in the area were littered with black spots, and it was growing by the moment. The evil and sinister nature she had was being absorbed in the whole vicinity. Adjusting his grip, he looked around. Feeling more and more helpless, all he could do was wait…

Sinister giggles echoed through the forest as Catherine floated through it. Finally, she chose a place to stop. She stood behind the same tree Bones had decided to take rest. This made her giggle more as she flicked her tail about. "What, you don't like the new me?" Catherine giggled as blood poured from her clenched hand. "Oh wait, that is probably because you never met this side of me Grumpy-kun. This is the real me hidden away behind the childish figure you were fond of. What's wrong? Don't you like this change?" More giggles spouted from the female Mewtwo. "Ahhh, well, that is probably because you don't know the Catherine of the past. A sadistic Mewtwo who laughed at all the bloodshed she created. A tortured Mewtwo who was forced to kill and kill by a power hungry commander." Catherine giggled. "A Mewtwo who decided that running away from her passed was the best choice!" Catherine broke out into laughter this time. "But the past always comes back to haunt those who find it to be only a mere dream. The ghost of my past just decided to have fun this time." Catherine tilted her head as she eyed the Bones slumped against the tree.
"You are beginning to look a little hurt there Grumpy-kun." Catherine giggled. "If you want, I can stop the pain right now. Just close your eyes and the pain will go away. Oh wait, it might be a little more painful that you suspect. But than again, I will highly enjoy it if you say yes."

“Rin, they’re just memories. That’s all they are now.” His eyes darkened, knowing his own memories were banging away against his skull, screaming at him to defend himself. “You’re not being forced to do that now.” Bones adjusted his stance a bit more feeling his knee crack in the weight put on it. He winced visibly, his breath quickening. It had been the mewtwo’s plan all along to disable him, and he felt like a mouse being toyed with by a cat. You know, before they snapped the rodents neck.
Her overwhelming power…she could really crush him. Facts kept lining up in his mind clouding it with thought. But the light at the end of the tunnel that he was desperately clinging onto for fear of doing something he might regret…was that she was still Rin. Somewhere in there…for only she called him Grumpy-kun. “My past wasn’t that great, but I don’t let…”
It would be a lie to say that. Feeling the ‘R’ tattoo made out of malice burning into his throat, he swallowed against it. He was still a Rocket. If Bones’ really was free from his past, he’d be paving his own way by now. He couldn’t lie to her.
Hearing her last comments float into his mind, full of hateful yearning to injure him….he shivered again. Gripping his sword, he glanced around and attempted to stand away from the tree. She had to be close by. “No thanks. Pain is a sign of life. I’ll take all I can get.”

"Is that so huh?" Catherine giggled. The male's other words burned through her more violently than a cigarette butt to the skin. It hit the center core of her heart and made her chest burn. She tried to cover the pain with more croaked giggles, but the indefinite amount of weight feelings caused her to choke. If he was going to get to her like this, she would have to get rid of him quickly. There was only so much time before her second personality returned again. Taking hostile action, Catherine cut the upper branches of the tree using Aerial Ace. As the branches began to cackle and tower towards the ground, Catherine cut the trunk of the tree three-fourth's deep. As she tree fell, she hoped it can act as a distraction as she whipped each branch at Bones, aiming for his head as a counter attack. The branches floated amidst the air so Catherine can keep her grip free. Her right hand was bracing her left hand in agony as she pulsed a Recover. The pain lapsed lightly, but only for a brief moment. Moving her hand, she cried out his pain as her pink gaze lined over Bones. "What are you going to do, Bones?" Catherine giggled as the branches lashed out at him one by one. "Are you going to kill me? Would you kill me? Your weak human heart might prevent you hmm? My heart wouldn't."

“Oh Sh!t.” Bones began as he felt his perch jerk suddenly, watching the tree topple with a slight spin towards his direction. Groaning like a zombie of the planet, its shadow increased on him and blocked out the light. The mewtwo had been looming behind him for that length of time, how had he not noticed this!? Mentally cursing at himself, he pulled his leg clear from the timbering pine fall. It rolled into another tree that was less fortunate, the other larger trunk splitting the sapling in two from it’s sheer weight.. Watching this he began to turn to face the girl once more. She was hurting him, and the environment that she adored so much. Something had made her snap, so what was it? Crystal eyes glittering with determination through his black pitch hair, he searched for her dainty hovering form.
While her actions were hollow and filled with anger and rage, it was riddled with something else. Deep fear, that seemed to cripple her very being from the heart and mind out. Bones knew this fear, and had fought it in his own turn. On his good heel he turned to face her, and then Bones began to speak… “Rin sto…” Words uttered from the rocket were quickly silenced for a sharp branch had loomed too close, had caught him in the chest like an arrow from a spear. It stayed stuck there after the immediate feeling of being shot.
Puncturing a lung blood immediately seemed to seep into the organ causing him to completely lose track of his thoughts. Hand dropping his short sword, the blade laced lightly with a poison, he grasped at the branch protruding from between his ribs. Oh god…he really was going to lose here, wasn’t he? Before thoughts could become collected another struck him above his brow. It was a lancing blow as the sharpened wood stick fell to the forest floor, but it sent him sprawling against the fallen trunk, his leg unable to support this much longer. His head smacking against the hard and uneven surface his vision flickered out for a moment. Thinking his heart hammering away, it really was the pokeball tied around his next. The arcanine that resided there was beyond furious and wanted OUT NOW. Ignoring it Bones knew more pain wasn’t the answer.
Catherine was suffering more than he was right now. Leaning helplessly against the tree, he waited to her to circle into his line of vision. When your opponent got that kind of and upper handed critical attack in, you always gloated. Bones’ knew he’d be insulted if she didn’t….somehow that made him utter a chuckle spattered with blood. Breathing was such a chore now.

Landing softly, Catherine stared at her opponent. She cocked her head to the side, lashed eyes beating lightly as she stared at him. His chuckle made her frown and made her temper raise to a fiery level. Without saying anything, Catherine lunged at him. As her hand was stretched out to scuff the male's face, she stopped. As the dust of her running cleared, her wounded hand was holding back her good one, as if she was fighting back her own self. The sound of her gritting teeth reverberated as Catherine fought with herself. Eventually, the Mewtwo backed away from Bones with heavy steps. Her breathing became rushed as one arm fought against the other. It look almost a childish game when one becomes bored, but in truth it wasn't. It was all a fight for control and it was quite hard to tell who was winning. In a state of clash between the two, Catherine concentrated Psychic upon Bones and threw him up into the air using her right arm. However, her left arm reached over and pulled the arm down, crashing Bones to the ground.

The psychic attacks always made his insides churn, and the weightlessness was filled with a crushing feeling of a confusion attack. Then, like a brick wall smacked into him midair, his body snapped back completely out of his control back to the ground with the same force. His head bouncing sharply, his eyes dulled as pain blinded him, the crystals hues usually found there were almost gone. Gasping hard, each pant he emitted sent more pain and blood rushing out of his body. Trying to spot the preoccupied mewtwo he blinked heavily as some fresh blood ran into his left eye.
Catharine seemed to be fighting against herself, suffering something really deep. There was little left that she could do to him, before he fell unconscious for he was already critically injured. The pokeball around his neck waggled once more and finally split open in a red laser light and then began to transform into the large arcanine Pokemon partner that Bones had. Cooper would kill her for this. Literally. If Bones couldn’t help her now, she’d really not be saved from this pain she was being torn apart. He could tell, the real Rin was being suffocated.
Using his right arm he push himself up ignoring the pain with one central goal. His vision hazed out very badly, threatening to claim him into unconsciousness. His good leg was still of some use, and helped push him the last few feet he needed. Reaching out he grasped Catharine’s waist and pulled her close to him. However, all this effort made his body give out and they fell to the forest floor. Landing heavily like a bag of rocks, Bones could now feel her internal pain upon making contact with her by touch. Psychic power was something else. She weighed almost nothing in his arms, which gave him the impression that she might just float away.
A stroke of fear cut through him, and he grasped the back of her head and held it to her chest. Uttering out weakly what words he could, he tried to calm her down. “R-Rin…it’s okay. You’re safe…it’s okay…” He wondered if his words could be heard over the wheezing of his punctured lung, his calming words might become distorted. Bones grip was strongly holding her all things considered, and he watched her with damaged eyes. One pupil was bigger than the other, a sure sign of a concussion and possibly bleeding, and his heart fired away in fear for them both. Her head was right against his chest, laying against a still unstained spot that the blood had yet to reach. Looming above them with baited snarls was Cooper, not attacking for fear of hurting the rocket more. Shooting him a haggard look, Cooper eased off but still watched with his fur ruffled. Bones was going to pass out, the Pokemon knew it.

Catherine heaved as her head was pressed into Bones' chest. Her ears twitched to the sound of his heartbeat, a rhythmic sound that ushered the movement of blood. Even as Catherine twisted in the grip of Bones, eventually, she began to calm down. The dull coloration within her eyes warmed. Her heavy breathing laxed and her tense veins resided away from the surface of her skin. It took a while, but the kind side of Catherine finally had gotten a chance to breathe again. But her eyes finally opened up to the damage she had done. The toppled over trees to the forest underneath, her palm while was now beginning to scab over, and Bones. Her eyes welled up with tears when she saw him. What had she done? Clutching onto the Rocket, Catherine cried out in his chest. "Fo-Forgive me!" she screamed as her muffled sobs came from her mouth. She did not let go as she squeezed herself into him. It hurt too much. All the damage she had done. It was terrible. And she didn't know what to do but just cried.
