 The castle itself is in at the end of the kingdom's city Ricell and in the middle of the city's river. Ricell, being the kingdom of many watery attractions such as rivers and the magical lake itself, it was ideal placing to put the rulers of the kingdom on top of the river. Nevermind the dangers of a waterfall being so close, magical barriers keeps the river and the water fall itself from getting anywhere to placing the castle in danger.

Eastern Side of Ricell/Casinos 
The eastern side of the Ricell river holds most of the casinos that tourists from other kingdoms are known to come to Ricell for. The casinos bring in large profits to the kingdom and is one of the reasons that Ricell is known as the richest kingdom.
Many of the casinos have the hot baths seen in the picture along with other luxury features besides the gambling itself which makes casinos here famous.

Farther up the river Ricell/Homes/Church 
The houses of the citizens are on the other side of the Ricell river. All the races mingle with each other in peace and they dont have much of a dominated race in Ricell, causing fairness between all races.
The building of which the woman is seen who is actually a statue of a famous woman in Ricell history is the best known church in Ricell and is where the Divine Guild for Ricell is located.

Ricell Marketplace 
The Ricell market square located nearest to the housing district is popular for Ricell jewelery made from Ricell mountain minerals. Another reason Ricell is known as the richest kingdom.

Ricell Portal  Similar to Elore, Ricell's portal is hidden away in the castle. Compared to Elemmiire it is much smaller of a portal, more like a large light coming through a door than a giant archway with swirling magical essence illuminating outward. But all portals in Stir Jades still are mysterious to those who know of its existence.
