This is set to Auren's moonlight throne plot line. However for the sake of interest we'll start with his original goals in place that we discuss on Skype.
Domanchi is sealed behind the semi permeable barrier, you can go in, but can't go out. once on the inside any magic tossed at the barrier is just absorbed with no effect in breaking it. Those who are left are either bitter about two wars with Laos and adapt to occupation, or formed their own groups in the chaos after the invasion and work for their own agendas while trying to stave off the expanding lines of moonlight.
Those needing a full rundown please contact Auren, he knows it better then i do, OR visit the graveyard or thread in this subforum and read up on what he has posted for the moonlight throne plotline.
I'm going to play a group of 14 interstellar dragons who were on assignment when Domanchi was sealed off. In the shifting political climate and without any word from their king they are left to decide on their own survival and find a way to best help free their king.
I also will play a group of esperanzians who were against the coo that killed their queen. They have taken to the wilderness and have only the weapons they managed to aquire from killing others who support the regime that has taken over. They operate within the forests and only travel in the open during the night to protect themselves against aerial attacks. They struggle against the lines of the moonlight throne, and against their own people who have shunned them. They recruit those that share their views, but hardly anyone from the area.
(feel free to add to this Auren)

Arcadia kept his squadron on the move, but as he stared at the map dotted with little red X's of places they had stopped before. He traced a line to a river he rolled the map back up and it vanished. "Alright, at night fall we fly to the river, once there we'll follow it down to a village, the trees alongside should keep us covered during the day, and if we keep ourselves spread out as we have been in no describable pattern. The trackers will have a hard time separating us from wildlife." The thirteen pairs of eyes looking back at him nodded in agreement. Arcadia waived his hand in dismissal and they broke up to go spread out amongst the trees of the woods they were staying in.

"Osslet, we have secured victory, shall i have the men move in and collect the supplies?" Osslet looked through the telescoping lens at the small field where the soliders lay motionless from the many arrows poking out of their armor. "No, we will wait another hour, and send two men. This is two small a force, their friends may be nearby, and i don't want to be caught out in the open if they decide to come looking." "So what did the letter say from our friends in the far west?" Osslet collasped the lens and put it in his bag. "They have their own affairs to deal with, they cannot send help, some bull about diplomactic affairs with esperanza not in their best interests. The iron grip of moonlight must be upon them as well." "bastards, we bail them out the last time with Laos and they turn their backs on us." Osslet grabbed the man and shoved him behind the tree, and took out his glass again to look at the treeline sure enough another group showed up, this time it was 15. Osslet held the looking glass with one hand and the man behind him picked up a tree branch used a few minutes ago to signal the attack.
"No, were leaving, signal the retreat, because this just doesn't feel right." "What about the supplies?" Osslet hissed in a whisper; 'What about your life, you don't eat if your dead, now signal the damn retreat, or should I do it myself?" "No sir" The man sounded rather bitter, Osslet hated running too, but if it meant living to fight another day he put that shame right next to the shame of being called a traitor by his own countrymen.

Sargeant Faeren examined the tracks. Running his hand along the massive foot print, he frowned. The hell made a track this big?
Standing up from his crouch, he turned to his Wing.
"I think some of our prey is in this area. I'm not sure how many but they can't evade us for long." he told his subordinates.
"Know how many?" A corporal asked.
"I would guess... Around ten. Isolated ones tend to get found quickly. Kyrie, report to General Sarvec, let him know what we found."
"Yes sir!" The Petite girl on her small Wyvern saluted and took off with a single leap, winging into the air.

Lieutenant Mareth led his men forward. All were armored uniformly in black in the heavy plate mail of the Infantry. Finding his scout troop examing the ruined convoy, he became more alert.
"FRIST AND SECOND SQUAD, SPREAD OUT. THIRD SQUAD, INNER PERIMETER, FOURTH SQUAD, ON ME." he bellowed out orders as his hand dropped down to the sword at his hip.
Approaching the scouts in their lighter armor, one of them stood up. "Sir, looks like another ambush. No survivors and they didn't take anything with them this time, sir."
"Looks like they were expecting us." the Lieutenant rumbled. "Send a messanger to return to General Sarvec, let him know that we've just missed the enemy ambushes but are right on top of them."

"Osslet, they're spreading their forces, and I doubt our bows will have an effect on that heavy armor." Osslet watched from his new location mentioning softly; "Stating the obvious, but if you rigged our old perimeter correctly, the snap tooth traps should keep them busy looking for the other traps, did you have enough poison to coat the teeth?" The man nodded; "Just enough, but we'll need to circle down to the river to make more from the bushes that grow there."
Osslet folded the glass up, and stuck it in his pocket. "No, these are not stupid soldiers, all it takes is one to fall victim to the traps, the poison is general, nothing high end, so it's easily identifiable, and can be traced back to that section of the river. no, instead where going to take a wide berth around behind them to the abandoned copper pits." Osslet's subordinate nodded and crept off to pass the word on to the others.
Yuma was taking careful aim on a deer as it feed off a small luff of grass on the forest floor. She noted its ears picking up, and its tail raised in alarm. It dashed off as the sound of armor preceded the coming soldiers.
Yuma left the arrow in the bow, the black feathers were different from the orange and white on the arrows that killed the soldiers of the convoy. She broke her cover to look right at the solider. Apparently the armor made enough racket to sound like multiples. "Hey, do you mind, I was just about to get dinner, but you go stomping through here like you own the place." For 16 Yuma didn't have much that scared her, and she started walking towards the solider to give him a piece of her mind.

Toole used a scale and the sunlight to reflect a coded message to where Arcadia was hidden, Arcadia flashed back for them to wait until the messenger was out of sight, then they would wait for the group to step closer intot he center.
