((Quest Conditions: Seek out a snake (any snake) and decapitate it without getting bit.
Success: Taking the head of a live snake and bringing to Boethiah.
Failure: Being bit by the snake.))

From the shadows of the cave, Boehthiah gave a dark chuckle, seemingly pleased with her answer. It was always quite entertaining to have people take on his tasks, all for the sake of power.

"Do not disappoint me..."

That was all he said before falling silent, letting Jatai go off to begin her mission.

((Additional info: For the first part of this quest, you'll just roll 1d20 to see if you can first find a snake. Once you do, you'll have to confront it. The types of actions you take will determine what sort of dice/what you need to roll. If the snake strikes, I'll have you roll to see if she dodges.

Also.. the snake will have 30hp. Though depending on circumstance you may be able to behead it before its hp reaches zero.

So first... with your opening post, roll 1d20. If you get higher a 12 or higher, you spot a snake.

YOU MAY NOW BEGIN!))

Jatai left the dark caverns of Boehthiah with an icy cold coil of hatred in her stomach. She swallowed it and headed to a part of the forest that she was very familiar with. Silver and green paws stopped at the edge of a particularly dense bit of forest, with large trees covered in vines and moss. Expert violet eyes began to search the moss around the base of trees. She was looking for a snake known as the Rough Green Snake. Very slender and small, they are incredibly inoffensive, allowing creatures many times larger than themselves to approach and even pick them up. Also a plus, they're not known to bite.

In the area Jatai had gone to, she found no signs of any snakes. There was a squirrel that darted past her when she walked closer to one of the trees but that was about it.

Jatai gave a sigh and walked deeper into the dense area. If she couldn't find one by the moss, she'd probably find one by some vines. How ironic it was that she found Rough Green Snakes all of the time usually, but now that she actually wanted one, it was being elusive. She came upon a pile of fallen vines and began to poke through it carefully, hoping to discover a sleeping Rough Green Snake.

Amongst the vines no snakes rested. They were simply vines and nothing else. THough, a millipede did crawl out from the pile to scurry away.

((Roll 1d20; 10 or higher means you find a snake. 14 or higher means you find teh snake species you're searching for.))

Jatai gave another sigh and walked in a different direction. She kept walking until she came to a tall tree. Squatting down quickly, she searched the roots of the tree for a snake. At this point, she didn't really care what sort of snake, so long as it wasn't poisonous. Of course, a Rough Green would be nice, but maybe Lady Luck just wasn't with her today.

Sure enough, as the dragonfly was starting to get frustrated with her luck, a rough green snake could be seen resting on some soft green leaves. At the presence of the larger creature, it looked up at her before beginning to slither away.

((Hp: 30
If attempting to pick up roll 1d20. 10 and higher is sucess.
If attacking, roll 2d10. For the first dice, 6 and higher is needed to hit. If it does, divide the second dice by two (round up) for the damage))

Jatai smiled grimly at her success and then relaxed, easing her body into a lithe state. She then held out a paw before the snake, as if inviting him to climb her arm.

When the dragonfly reached out with her paw, the snake paused to look at it, flicking out a tongue in the process. However, it did not accept the invitation and turned away to slither towards some bushes.

Jatai tried to smile, casually placing her other paw before it. "Come on, little guy. Come on up."

As the paw was placed down before it, the snake stopped before turning to go in the opposite direction. It seemed it wasn't interested in interacting with the dragonfly.

Jatai tried again, the smile still on her face. "Come on. Please."

This time it seemed to work, as the snake gave up and decided to go ahead and begin slithering up Jatai's arm, unsuspecting of what may come fairly soon.

((HP: 30

Roll 1d20 if you're going to attack it. 10 or higher is needed for a strong attack it. 5 or higher for a weaker one. As a note, attacking it may make it try to bite you.))

Jatai swallowed and lifted the snake to her face, carefully keeping a loose grip on its body, near the neck. She tried not to look into the eyes of this beautifully innocent creature as she quickly reached out her neck and snapped her jaws shut around its head.

((Rolling out damage... if it rolls a 20, the head is immediately severed.

Need one more post after this for snake reaction))
