*Author's Not So Important Note: So, I noticed we don't actually have one of these which is rather surprising to me, considering the amount of people in the FoJ who enjoy visiting the guild on a non-regular basis. (Aha)You know those times when you're bored? When you're just not feeling up to anything? You turn to your preferred console of choice, and smile. You get that little giggle deep down in the cockles, and you turn it on. This thread is to discuss the games that you've played. Any console games, and all of 'em. You like 'em? You hate 'em? I don't completely suck at RPG's (though the boyfriend says otherwise, his opinion isn't completely valid - he's a pc gamer, not a console one). Racing isn't completely my own thing, and neither are tactics. FPS or TPS are fun, though, I really suck at 'em. I'll get lucky, if anything.
I'm currently really only playing The Last Remnant.

Finally opened up and started playing Lost Oddyssey today. Seems kind of boring so far, really. Got to the second disc in The Last Remnant, still looking for various items that my people want. Augh, so hard to find some things. =(
I JUST got W@W today for dad, he's the one that plays that stuff. xD My GT is Jennarz in case anybody really cared.

I just beat The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap yesterday... it was interesting... it's apparently the first Zelda game, if you put them in chronological order

Forever Zero I just beat The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap yesterday... it was interesting... it's apparently the first Zelda game, if you put them in chronological order There is no chronological order for that series. The same as there is no specific chronological order for the Final Fantasy series. xD So, I've been playing Call of Duty World at War with Yazz. Is there anyway to save a game with two-player co-op? No, apparently not. XP I've also been sorta playing Empire Earth. I have GTA4 but I'm not very fond of the GTA series in general, just doesn't suit me. Games with objectives = win

VKM Forever Zero I just beat The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap yesterday... it was interesting... it's apparently the first Zelda game, if you put them in chronological order There is no chronological order for that series. Games with objectives = win actually there is a chronological order... if you really think about it. Minish Cap was first, because that is where link gets his famous green cap... then Ocarina is next, since it was said to be the first Zelda, before Minish Cap was released... then the timeline splits into 2 different dimensions, because at the end of Ocarina, Zelda uses the ocarina of time to send link back into time to change the past... so 1 timeline is after kid link and kid zelda warn the king of gannon, and the other is where adult link beats gannon, and zelda seals him away. After Ocarina, comes Majoras Mask... then on link's return to Hyrule from Termina, Link's Awakening happens, where link is shipwrecked. After losing all his items, he is then stranded in Hyrule. This is where the first Zelda, and Adventures of Link happen... where you actually learn the legend in Northern Hyrule, since everyone fled the original Hyrule because of gannon. I think 4 Swords and Link to the Past come after that, where link gets the mirror to travel between the two dimensions... and then the 2 dimensions end with Oracle of Ages, and Oracle of Seasons, which happen simultaneously in the different dimensions... Twilight Princess, Windwaker and Phantom Hourglass happen in the second dimension where gannon is sealed away. It's all explained in this video pretty well... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gCSlN0hg-0M&feature=PlayList&p=4250E368E80A193E&index=5it makes sense to me... I've heard the theory a lot that there are many different links and zeldas, and they're all descendants of the original hero's of Hyrule Edit: Plus GTA is AWESOME!!! whee

'bout the only thing I've had time for, what with the getting back in shape, model building/painting and work is playing Dawn of Discovery.
I'm a sucker for RTS. Especially empire/trade empire building. I've been playing a continuous game with every single win condition checked.
It's never going to end.
Ever.
