Nah, you're half-blind. 'Tis a dragon from the southern hemisphere. Interesting, though...usually the parent can hunt down its eggs relatively quickly...

Er...I guess you really don't know what you are talking about. The dragons from the southern hemisphere don't grow as large as their cousins in the norther hemisphere...usually around 10-20 feet long. But, they are quick and agile. They are known to usually be colored green...like that one that is flying at high speeds towards us. *points in the air*

Sacrifices must be made. =/ Do they have any practical uses? Guarding ruined castles, devouring treasures, terrorizing villages. Also is it possible to get them in a different color at all?

Uses? Strong magics, thick scales, high intelligence, incredibly strong and agile...so, they can beat the crap out of anybody, prevent any low caliber bullets from hitting you, can pull awesome tricks, and can do your homework...when you teach it enough, that is. And, most dragons that come from a tropical such as this one are only green. Their colors branch out the farther you get from the equator.

Interesting too know. Now can they be obtained through some sort of mail order system? Or must I go on a perilous quest in search of one?

Erm...preferably, you wouldn't want to get one...the parents will hunt you down in a blood-lust for taking their child, turning it into a rampage on whoever was associated with you...

Now I must have one of my own! Thank you for this valuable information! I'm off to the equator to capture one of these beasts for my flying zoo, it does not fly, but that is because I've not quite harnessed the power of helium yet. Oh and good luck with that. *Gestures towards rapidly descending dragon*
*Trots off*
