I just got the confirmation email today, I will be recieving a Botcon Iacon packege. Although California isn't that far from Nevada, I don't have the means to travel or the leave to take off from work for this years botcon. However thanks to Shortpacked I was kept up todate with when the registration froms came out and I was able to send in a form for a Non-attending package. (Wish I did that last year, I would have like to have Goldbug).
So is anyone going to Botcon this year?

I went to last year's Botcon . . . and was sorely disappointed. The glimmer of hope in me says I just got a bad timing issue, but experience gave me a frown from my time.
The two toys I got were great though . . . MP Megs and a japanese version of RID Scourge.

I went when they did the Classic Universe themed one and it was an interesting experience. However it does seem if you go the day it's open to the public it's barely worth the ten dollors you pay to get in. I did get both sets of suvener toys that year even if I missed out on the set.
This year I got the set and missed out on the interesting suveneer toys. You can still get Razor Claw and Elita-one online till they sell out.
