"Who are you? How did you find this place?" Suddenly an old man came out. "I didnt feel any servant's present. Are you an assassin or just a mere unlucky passing traveler?"

The old man's hand shining, a great amount of mana gathered on his hand. "Either way, I can't let you out alive. Prepare yourself!" He shout and fire the energy ball he gathered.

"Kill me? Hahahaha!! A brat like you want to kill me and take my Servant?! Dont make me laugh! You fight in MY territory! You should have prepared yourself!" Suddenly chains came from pillars around them and bind Zilva's hand. "See? You cant even move now! I dont even have to call my servan to kill you!"

"Hmph! Impudent brat! This will shut your mouth forever." Once again, the old man gathered energy on his hand, this time, on both hand. "Tahe this!!" The energy balls move fast, directly to Zilva's heart..

"Impossible! You.. damn you!!" Furious because his attack was nullified, he used his command seal. "Caster!! come!!"

Suddenly the ground in front of him glowing, and Akaryu appeared. "Caster, kill.." Before the old man could finished his order, Akaryu cut his hand that has command seals. "You.. you..!!"

"Don't cry to me over something like this. This is your battle, dont call me to fight in your place. If you cant even win this fight, you're just a burden to me." Akaryu said to the old man coldly. He looked at Zilva, "I'm sicked of him, that's why I was looking for someone worthy of me. You can finish him if you want.." Akaryu moved aside.

"How dare you betray me!" The old man became more furious. He glared at Zilva and charged madly, "This is all because of you!! If you just die quitely then I.."

"Hahaha,dont worry,I wont betray you. I never take back what I said. He may be the one who summoned me, but I never say I wont betray him. And now I say that I wont betray you no matter what, & you can ask me to promise anything you want. Even if you become weak in the future, I know you wont let me down. I can see that, believe me. If you see something suspicious about my actions, you can kill me with our sword or order me to kill myself." He smiled.

"You have gained my trust. And soon, I'm sure I'll gain your trust soon. So, are you ready to make the contract with me? Or you changed your mind?"

"sure, oh, and if you still suspicious of me.. " Akaryu take off a ring from his finger. "This is my Noble Phantasm, Nature Ring. You can keep it to make sure I wont betray you." He kneeled in front of Zilva and put the ring on her left ring finger. "With this I propose you to be my master. and with this, our contract shall be completed."

"I dont know, I heard from my ex-master there are servant who survived after the grail in the previous war was thought to be destroyed. Maybe if someone has mana that equal to a grail.. if you have that, maybe you could keep your Avenger after we free him." His face looked a little sad.

"Nevermind that, anyway, you could call me Akaryu. Dont worry, I'm not a legendary hero like Arthur or anyone, even if they know my name, few will be able to tell my Noble Phantasm. I prefer to hide my class than my name since I'm looked like a knight."
