That is absolutely amazing! I love his hair, but his glasses seem off somehow...They're a little small, but I like them!
The details are so intricate, and I love the clothing!

it very good but the nose need a bit more work and since it's a guy the shoulders should be wider

the problem with the glasses is understanding perspective. Drawing elipses (circles in perspective) is one of the hardest things to do. It takes practice, very tedious practice. My only issue is i would like more defined lines, and a bit more volume.
