What's The Committee you ask? Well, it consists of you. You being the members. Guild staff are not apart of The Committee. The Committee is kinda like the House of Representatives in the US government. 2/3rds of you will have to approve of any changes the Captain, me, decides to make. First off, the VC and Crew must approve it. Then it goes to the Committee as a vote. Until further notice, The Committee will only consist of three people.
Q: How do I get on The Committee?
A: Well, there is a thread in Collages for those who wish to run with an application they should fill out. The members will vote for who gets put on The Committee. The top five will then go into The Lounge and be discussed among staff and the final three will be chosen.
Q: What are some requirements for The Committee?
A: You must be active. Also, you'll need to be in the Main Guild Role Play, which is Camp Half-Blood. If you meet these standards, then fill out the application in the thread and you'll be put up for vote.
Q: Whose on The Committee?
A: No one as of the moment.

So basically the Guild is becoming a republic? SWEET!! Republics are my favorite form of government.
