 The female perched herself up on a rock looking around the area. She escaped during more madness that Ea and Fia decided to create. She always found time to escape. She loved her family so but some times she wanted to get away and that was all, dealing with one at a time was better than dealing with all of them. She let out a small sigh, she wished her father was going to come home soon, she wanted to spend some time with him, then again that didn't always happened...
She flicked her tail behind her, thinking about some of the lessons that she learned from her teacher. Her heart was set on learning how to become a solider. She wanted to be right up there with so many of the others in the pride. Protecting it, and protecting those inside of it.
With a sigh she laid out on the rock, she loved this rock it was the perfect spot to look around, just the right size for an adult lion, she could grow into it. But until then she still loved it. She flopped down on her side with a oof before rolling over on her back staring up at the sky, pulling her paws against her chest. She knew her mother wondered where Azar went everytime she wanted away but she herself wondered if her siblings wanted to know, to a point she didn't want them to find her rock.
They might claim it as their own!

 Runya wasn't much for being pensive or thoughtful. She knew what she liked and she knew what she didn't like. Right now she didn't like being so cramped in the den. So she stepped out to let the sun warm her bright red fur. She didn't care if she was alone or not, so long as no one sat right next to her. So she wasn't too disappointed when she spotted a familiar black form sitting on a rock nearby.
She watched at a distance as her sister flattened herself on the rock and then rolled over. Grinning teasingly, shaking her head, she moved closer. Runya was of the mind that she was particularly great, so any time she saw someone being silly she liked to point it out and, hopefully, make them feel inferior for it. Not because she was mean, per se, but because she liked being the best.
"What are you doing, sis?" she asked, her tone indicating that she was not impressed. She sat down at a short distance, fixing Azar with a haughty grin, "you look pretty silly, rolling around like that. Kind of like a big black bug."

The little female always enjoyed some time on her own. Soaking up the sun, just relaxing with out a lot of noise. She still some what wished that she could spend some time with Zii or her dad. Or even with her teacher. But she was enjoying it right now.
Azar blinked as she thought she head a voice that she knew, she sighed softly if she was right it was one of her sisters... Runya... She shifted rolling over on her side then looked up at her sister with a not so amused face. She didn't like it when her siblings made fun of her... Even though some times her little comments slipped out but still she wasn't a fan of it.
"You face looks pretty silly." She growled playfully before sitting back on her haunches. "I was making myself comfortable, I was thinking about sunning myself but it looks like that might not happen." She nodded to her sister, her tone just a little annoyed.
She let out a small sigh trying her hardest to ignore the black bug comment forcing on a smile. "Getting tired of being in the den too?" She asked, shifting again so she was laying down on her belly. The sun still felt very good on her black coat, wonderful. She loved it.

Runya blinked. Her face certainly did not look pretty silly, and she knew it. She narrowed her eyes at her sister, whiskers bristling as she pursed her mouth together.
"It's kind of crowded in there," she conceded, "and it was starting to smell."
She looked up at the sky. Smiling, she liked the way the sun felt on her red fur. She couldn't blame Azar for wanting to sun a bit.
"I don't see why you can't still sun yourself with me here. I can sit over here, if you want. If you don't feel like talking or whatever." Runya shrugged, though she did look a bit put off. Now that they were talking she found she didn't mind the company, but if her sister didn't want to hang out then she certainly wasn't going to make her.
Because that would make it seem like she, Runya, was needy. And she most certainly was not.

As Azar looked at her sister she felt a little better looking at her sister's reaction, she did that some times, she always felt a little bad about it when she was mean to her siblings but she shrugged it off and would normally calm back down and act just like she normally would.
"Its from Ea and Fia running off into the mud." She giggled a bit remembering seeing her mother's face when that happened. Azar was a little interested on what they were going to act like once everyone was all older... Then again she liked to think a lot some times.
She then shrugged slightly before making some room on the rock for her sister to lay down with her, it was big enough. "I don't mind you being here..." A small smile grew on her face as she stretched out length wise so there was still room for her sister on her rock. "The rock is always warm so what ever side you're laying is still warm too."

"Oh, right," Runya sighed, shaking her head. She wasn't much for causing trouble. At least not the really obvious kind, that annoyed everyone. Which was good, because she didn't think her family would be able to deal with any more craziness. The terrible duo supplied enough chaos, with Runya's helped. And she couldn't help but love them for it.
She just needed a break every now and then.
Smiling, Runya joined Azar on the sunning rock. Or so it should be called, since it was perfect for it. She stretched out in similar fashion, wondering vaguely wondering what others, like their siblings or parents, might think if they saw them sprawled out like they were.
It didn't matter much. It was really comfortable.
"I like this rock a lot," she purred, "the sun is so nice on my fur. I couldn't think of a better place for a nap."

Azar laughed a bit shrugging slightly. She didn't like the idea of making her mom, Dad's or even her aunt's job worse by causing a lot of trouble. The most she really did most of the time was wander away from the den when no one was looking or play a little to rough... It was her least favorite thought... And she didn't want her parents to get mad at her.
She made a little more room when her sister sat down rolling over on her back and when her sister said something she giggled a bit and nodded in agreement. "Its best durning the morning when the sun first comes up but then after that its just as good." She chuckled a bit adjusting herself so she could get her back on a little more warmer. "Yeah when I escape out of the den I normally tell everonye." She chuckled softly before looking at her sister.
"Hey you can't tell anyone else about this, I don't want to have to chase the rest of the family off." SHe made a small face at the idea of all of her siblings trying to lay on this at the same tiem and the fights that would come out of that.

"Oh, I'll keep it a secret. I'll already have to deal with running into you here every day, and I don't think I could bear having any more of the others intruding as well. It'll be our spot, okay? Or, I guess, to be fair, it's your spot and I'm sort of like an invading force, MAKING you share it."
She hummed thoughtfully, her eyes closed. She was laying on her stomach, her paws stretched out in front of and behind her, her tail flopping lazily back and forth. It sometimes hit Azar, though Runya wasn't really aware of it. She had he chin on the rock, and spoke with some difficulty, since her head was too low and heavy and her jaw didn't have any room to move.
"Whatever. It can still be our spot, and we'll keep the others away from it. Knowing them they'd somehow managed to break it, even though it's a big rock. Or something." She was sounding sleeping, about to nod off to sleep.

Azar looked at her sister and let out a sight of relief, she didn't want all of her other siblings crawling all over her rock that she took a long time to find. She then glanced at her sister and laughed a bit. "I have to agree with the second idea, but I'd rather share with just you then seven others." She made a face before she closed her eyes for a moment. She stretched for a moment before glancing once more a her.
She looked at her sister and stuck out her tongue playfully before nodding. "Yeah they probably would, or Ea and Fia woudl try to chase us away from it." She made a huff looking down at her paws and then resting her head on them relaxing some she was feeling a little sleepy her self but she was trying to shake it off.

Runya was dozing off, only half listening to what her sister was saying. She had her eyes closed, her breathing slow and steady. The sun was so nice, and her fur was the perfect kind of warm. It wasn't too hot, and she didn't feel stuffy or uncomfortable. It was just perfect. Even the company was nice to have, as lonely as she felt when she watched the twins, who seemed a lot closer to each other than she was to anyone, play and get into trouble.
Then she heard a noise in the distance, a lion roaring or some other animal making a noise, and she was startled out of her rest. She had been in that odd place between waking and sleep, where every thing was calmed and yet when a sound did penetrate the haze it was far too loud. Hyper realistic. She snapped awake and rolled in some kind of groggy defensive maneuver, flopping off the rock and onto her back just beside it.
Staring up at the sky, she blinked, dazed, wondering what had just happened. It didn't take her to realize she had just made a fool of herself, and she sat up quickly, doing her best to look dignified.
"I uh. I thought I heard something."

The female looked at her sister once more before making herself comfortable, stretching out just slightly enjoying the feeling of her muscles burn slightly for a moment before it felt good, flicking her tail around then closing her eyes. Oh gods she hoped that her sister really did keep this place a secret.
Azar was starting to drift off herself, the only movement was her chest rising and lowering. She was actually quiet happy, even almost forgetting that her sister was there. She didn't notice her sister jumping up and getting all defensive. That was until she spoke. A growl escaped her throat at the other voice, she wasn't that big of a fan of being woken up when she was sleeping. Like that male that was trying to 'protect' her, she would have been nicer to him but he woke her up...
She opened a eye and arched a brow at him. Before she sat up some, laughing sarcastically at her sister. "So now you're hearing things?" She said in a teasing tone, smirking smugly.

Runya squinted at her sister, pouting indignantly. She huffed and stuck her nose in the air, haughty and nonplussed, stomping her front feet on the earth a couple of times as she tried to gather herself. She was glad her fur was already red, afraid that the burning of her skin beneath might have been visible otherwise.
"Well, if I wasn't hearing things I'd be deaf, wouldn't I?" she said, her tone the verbal equivalent of sticking out her tongue. She shook her head and puffed out her chest, trying to regain a regal posture.
Sighing, she looked back toward the den, "maybe I should be going back in. I... don't feel like being outside any more." She huffed again, still fuming with embarrassment. "I'll see you later."

Azar looked at Runya, watching her stomping with a laugh. She couldn't help it, she was still a firekin, and she tended to laugh at things like that. She puffed out her chest, sitting up some, flicking her tail around behind her. "I wasn't saying that you were death." She laughed again, stretching out some where she was sitting as she watcher her sister.
She was about to lay back down, her head close to the rock until her sister started to talk again. She arched a brow, she had a feeling it was more of Azar's fault that she was heading back but she couldn't help but to hold a smirk on her face. "Alright. I'll see you later." She grinned slightly stretching out her limps and rolling over on her back, closing her eyes. She had the rock to herself again. And even though now her sister knew where her spot was she could still escape here.
Who knows maybe she wouldn't show up again after that. Azar laughed at the idea and closed her eyes to go back to her sun bathing.
