She was back. Just like she'd said to Ahnik on th day he'd met her on the borders frolicking in the big mud puddle. But she wasn't here for mud today. No, the itching of fleas had dissipated a little and somehow she felt a little empty without their constant irritation. No matter, she was here today to be an irritant herself.

If she could find him that was.

Grump-face. Well she didn't know Ahnik's name just yet, but she was determiend to find out. She didn't mind calling him Grump-face, but if they were going to be anything other than enemies, she figured she should get to know his actual name.

She was a squat, filled out lioness, rather bulshy in appearance. She would have been pretty if she bothered to groom or walk with more elegance. But Ka was a tomboy through and through.

She paused at the borders of the land and inhaled deeply. Did she really know what she was doing by trespassing on these lands? Was it actually the fact that she was considering joining that kept some of that fear at bay?
