Cyborg: Victor Stone
Intelligence: Above average especially when it comes to electronics.Cy is also a fairly skilled strategist and is a very capable leader.
Strength: Super-human. his strength is cybernetically enhanced I'm not sure what his strength cap is though I've heard from 15-40 tons...
Speed: Above average.
Agility:Above average.
Durabilty: Very high he has been able to take a sword through the head and just had to rerout some wires and such. plus molybendium steel is very durable on it's own which means Cy can take hits and keep going with relative ease.
Endurance: Very high since Cy is mostly robot he doesn't really need very much in the way of food and water.Cy runs maintenence nightly and has to be taken apart completely and have each component checked.
Fighting Skills: Cy has been doing this for a while and is a formibable opponent just on his own he usually tries to use his gadgets before actually resorting to HtH and he's no where near the top fighters in the DCU but he's no pushover.
Powers: Cy doesn't reall have any powers but the cybernetic components that have replaced most of his body have given him super-human strength, increased speed, ect. Cy also has many gadgets like his sonic cannon that he will use when fighting. Cy also has different radars, scanners, and camera's built in to himself.

Kid Flash:Bart Allen
Intelligence:Below Average:He's book smart yes,he can memorize anything he reads at superspeed.but that doesn't make him intelligent, his brain moves to fast causing him to act on impulse(hence his earlier name wink )he will pretty much try anything. He does seem to be trying to think things through as of late snce assuming the Kid Flash mantle to show he's growing up.
Strength:normal for a kid his size who engages in regular physical exersize
Speed:Faster than Light Speed, I'm not sure if he's Wally speed yet but he is faster than light speed...
Agility:normal for a kid his size who engages in regular physical exersize
Endurance: This I'm not sure of if someone would like to fill me in I'd appreciate it...
Durability:He will go down if shot or hurt badly however he will be back up in moments due to his insane healing factor.Doctors had to keep retearing ligaments in his knee when he got it shot because it kept healing while they were working
Combat skills:while I don't believe KF knows any actual martial arts he has probably read some bookson various forms however this hasn't come up yet so isn't canon...
Other powers:Kid Flash has the ability to memorize anything he speed readsand has read the entire San Fransisco Library,he can also move his body so fast that he can vibrate through anything. And although I'm unsure on whether or not he still has the power when Impulse was hit by a hyper ray intended to give normal humans suerspeed he gained the ability to send "scouts through the timestream and then absorb them and their knowledge when they returned, but when one of the "scouts" was killed it sent a psychic shock back to him and he's been extremely reluctant to use this power since he may have lost the power though I don't know.

Victor Stone
Okay, here goes. I'll have to edit some of the issue numbers when I get my trades back and I'm working on getting back issues of the post-Technis Imperative Titans run to get a better idea of his golden form abilities.

Cyborg

A.k.a.: Victor Stone, Technis, Cyberion

Current Abilities:

Ability to change his arms into various constructs:

This ability was severely limited when he was "mechanically paralyzed," but he seems to have regained some of that ability as evidenced in Teen Titans #21 where he has one forearm changed into a sledgehammer and the other into a sonic cannon. This is the first time since he was in his golden omegadrome form that he has changed an arm into something other than a gun. The sonic cannon is on his right arm int hat issue, which implies that can change both arms into a sonic cannon, whereas it previously seemed as though he could only change his left, as that's the arm he traditionally changes.

"Mechanically paralyzed?"

As mentioned earlier, Cyborg has recently shown several abilities that imply that his "mechanical paralysis," which forced him to remain in his current shape, is weakening (or is being forgotten). In addition to the sledgehammer hand, Cyborg has been seen in several issues (#16, #21) regenerating limbs independently of any outside aid, which is an Omegadrome ability. It is unclear as to whether or not he was able to independently regenerate the right side of his head after Deathstroke threw a sword through it or if that was done at the Tower.

My logic behind this is that Cyborg previously required "attachments" to, for instance, change his arm into a sonic cannon. The Omegadrome negated that ability, allowing him to change himself into anything (examples: hand into a mirror, upper body into a computer, generation of golden armor much like his current costume over his skin). While I can buy that he cound have a sonic cannon attachment, which appears to work by in essence "opening" his arm, it seems difficult to also have a sledgehammer attachment in the same arm, especially as it appears to be completely smooth and seamless, much like his golden constructs.

Constant Modification

It has been determined that Cyborg no longer needs to visit S.T.A.R. Labs for repairs, cleaning and upgrades as he has his own facility in Titan's Tower as seen in issue #4(?). Some of the upgraded abilities he's given himself include:

Bio-electric charge to his body (#21)
Net cannon in his chest (#21)
Ability to detonate limbs (#16)
Sonic Cannon, both arms (#21)
Bubble(?) Cannon (#6?)

Upper Ranges of Strength/Weapons:

Strength: Has demonstrated the ability to lift a city bus (#6?)
Sonic Cannon: Can generate at least 1,000,000 decibels

I think I have some stuff Kyle told me about Superboy somewhere...

Random question about Kid Flash.
