A new ranking system has been developed.
Below is a discription of how it works:

We are focusing on a military ranking system.
Everyone starts out as a Private, unless your prove your worth by providing a pretty decent join application.

As you gain experiance [read below] you raise in rank.
Eventually you can move onto differant categories with the ranking system.

It will be refined as time progresses.
Your experiance is rated with the 'Cash' your characters earns by doing missions and quests given by your home country.
Once you hit the rank of Private first class you can choose which branch to work on; each having advantages and disadvantages:

Enlisted [privates, sargents, ect]
Are good with Technology, Melee abilities [taijutsu] and magical abilities.
They have no real weakness, but their skills in those areas cannot match those of officiers or Special ops. [so an enlisted is skilled in melee, but a special ops agent would be stronger.] Think of Enlisted as the Jack-of-all-trade rank; good at all, master of none.

Officiers [Captians, Generals, ect]
Are good with Technology and Magic abilities. [jutsus, spirit powers, ect]
But are weak in terms of Melee abilities.

Special Ops [Agents, Black Ops, ect]
Are good with Technology and Melee.
But are weak in terms of Magic abilities.

Special Ops II [Scouts & Advanced Scouts]
Are good in Melee and Magical Abilities.
But are weak in terms of Technology.

The reason we use 'Cash' rather than Experiance, is so that you can 'spend' your experiance on things we will offer.
Such as Contests may require an entry fee - so you can spend this experience cash to enter...or maybe place bets on fights..
you'd get closer to the next rank without doing missions..


Everyone starts out as a Private,aka level 1 [0 money]
To get to the next rank you need to obtain 500 money [move onto Private First Class , aka level 2]
For each rank afterwords you need double the exp that what you just obtained.

So to move from [level 2] to to [level 3] you need 1,000.
From [level 3] to [level 4] 2,000.
From [level 4] to [level 5] 4,000
Double the amount of exp of the last level.

Now the Melee, magic and technology stuff.

Melle and magic is fairly clear; if your class is good at this - you are good at it. Technology is a little shaky; you might think - I'll just be a scout and use a rocket launcher and sniper rifle...you could do that - but you'd be so horrible at it -you'd never hit anything.

Technology is mostly your skill in using weapon- if your not good at it- you'll only be half-decent using low-grade pistols. This also means you cannot use advance technology available to those who are good with technology [like stealth camo or cyborgnetics]


you can also make you own class.
You can make your class good at what you want and bad at what you want.
If you make your class 'good at everything' its pretty much the same as the Enlisted on the above ranking tree - good at everything, master of nothing.

Example

Death Eater [yes harry potter, shut up.]
Excell in Magic; weak in melee and technology.
Mean this class would be insanly powerful in terms of magical abilities.

you get the idea.
this 'make a class' is available to all, but we'd prefer to keep it low numbers- mostly save it for loners.
