The lake is about as clean as you can get, great for swimming and lounging around. There is an island in the middle of the lake but the current is far to strong to swim out there now. Perhaps in the winter if it gets cold enough you can walk across. Legend has it the Kappa lives in the lake. Watch out! Kappas are very polite cannibals.

WHIZZ! The fishing rod was thrown in the air, and landed in the lake with a small 'plop'.
"You forgot to add the bait." Marcus piped. He held one squirming worm between his chubby fingers. "Thanks, lil' bro." Timothy reeled up the fishing line. Marcus attached the worm to the hook and threw it as far as he could.
All they had to do now was to wait for some fish...
EDIT - Someone RP with me! sad EDIT 2 - Alright. I'll just finish this off.

Timothy did not even feel a little tap on his fishing rod. They had been waiting for 30 minutes, and all they did was sit and watch the water current...
"Let's go home." Marcus sighed. "Right."
They packed up their equipment, and left, feeling tired.

Arwen walked along the sand that reached into the lake. She was looking for some stones that washed up onto the shore. She needed some for her garden. It was a bonus if she found some metal. She leaned down and brushed some sand away to get a better look at what there was.
