Well, you could advertise like hell everywhere. I have a few threads you can do so in, the thing is, me and my partner charge for it.
Another idea, just recruit like hell. Send the current active members out. You also need to appeal to certain groups. So, if you want the literates here, make more deep and interesting discussions, etc.
