how do you plant the blue flower seed by the harvest goddess lake???
i have tried pushing every button
i can also help with some questions

From my experience, I do believe you are screwed if this isn't your first day. However, if it is, you have to keep using your hoe on the spot until you get the little "plant seed here" option.
Just keep hoeing, basically.

When you get the seeds, go to the Harvest Goddess lake. Equip the hoe and hit the dirt that's on the other side of the little spring. Click X and it'll ask if you wanted to plant the seed there. Plant, then water it everyday.
But GrowingDandelion is right. If you don't plant them THE VERY DAY YOU GET THEM, you won't be able to make it bloom or get it to grow. I think It only grows in the spring and summer. Or summer only. One of the two.
