the three main dimentions that people work with every day, usually described as X,Y, and Z...
though what people do not often think about are the other dimentions, such as time or T, most use it one day at a time... but there are other dimentions that are even more subtle, such as the variable D, where even something as simple as a coin landing heads or tails creating two very similar yet different dimentions, and for the most part, even those that skip over in the D axis barely notice it as most of the time the variations are different and trivial.
But what happens when there are shifts in the different axis that force people to react and adapt...

For most of the displacements on record they happen in the fog, where the uncerany seems to ether gravitate to the phenomina or in part causes this. This type of displacement is rather unspectacular, but other modes are on record and most of those tend to be rather noticable.
The School record would like as complete a record of when you first noticed the shift, but as sometimes it can take a while to reconize it is understandable if the records are less then complete. Please fill out the record for the administrative staff can process your case as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
You will be given an information packet that includes the map of the campus, how to fill out different forms, and vouchers for the food court and the cafeteria. There is a suggested curfew as the school was built on a nexus where many shifts happen, and certain items are suggested to be worn at all times when outside your room, such as a survival kit in case you are caught outside when the fog rolls in.
Please treat all new comers with respect and to help them out as you are helped. This will ensure the smoothest of operations and make everyones day easyer. If conflicts do arsie, it is suggested that all fights, sparring matches, competitions, and or brawls be held in the gymnasium to limit colateral damage.
