OH SNAP.
Cardshark Olplyn. 8D YOU KNOW IT, MOO.
A note:
Cole and Joss are important, mainly due to their birth. The two, like many jivvins, are twins, however, they, unlike most Jivvins, were born from one egg, rather than two. Two jivvins in one egg is extremely rare in the first place, and having both twins survive past childhood is even rarer. Often they're disfigured, or the larger twin lives and the smaller dies.
Rusty and Luke are the only other pair alive right now, and they're not allowed in the village, due to their unorthodox appearance.

PART I. PHYSICAL
Full name:: Colby, Cole for short. Reasons for the name(s):: Her mother hadn't given much thought to choosing a name, and chose one at random. Sex:: Female Apparent Age/Approximate Age:: Appears in her mid-twenties, however, she was born sixty-four years after the massacres, shortly after Lysius gained a council position, but before Satou was thought to have died. If he/she was alive during the masacres, was he/she bonded? To whom? N/A Rank:: Olplyn If a Daewl, what is his/her one power?:: N/A Skin Tone/Apparent Race:: Tanned, and despite her hair color, her features appear more like a native americans, with a wide full mouth, high cheekbones, and arched nose and eyebrows. Height:: 5'7" Weight/Body Build:: Cole is more slender than anything else, willowy almost, very elegant in movement and body shape. Much less muscular than Joss. Hair:: Dark red, she wears it in a sleek bob, with sideswept bangs. Though the cut is professional it's often windswept, or a bit stirred up, due to her habit of running a hand through it. Eyes:: Her eyes are a silver grey/blue color, like slate. Ear colours/markings:: The right tip of her ears should have silvery grey/blue markings, the left blood-red/merlot. Most of her ears should be black. Tail colours/markings:: Her should be a streaked mix of blacks, reds, and silvery grey blue. Peculiar Physical Traits:: Her ears, tail, and horn are about half the size of most Jivvins'. Distinguishing Marks:: None, especially. Other than a near-identical twin running around the village. Health:: Quite healthy, for the runt of the egg. She had to see the healers often as a child, though that was mainly to make sure she was developing properly. She's had no problems, although Joss is heartier. Senses:: All of her senses seem quite sharp, particularly her sense of hearing, and her own awareness of herself and others. Voice:: Cool and smooth, like her attitude. Purring, at times. Mannerisms:: Utterly relaxed and unmoved, if you see Cole in public, she's generally smiling, perhaps with an eyebrow raised. She puts on an air of effortlessness that's incredibly hard to see through, unless you're her twin, or you knew her as a babe. Clothes/shoes/accessories:: She usually wears things that are highly feminine and prefers daring dresses, with low necklines and no backs, generally in black. The Olplyn also wears quite a bit of jewelry, on her neck, and at her wrists. Frequently, she sports a pair of bluish/black, more rectangle shaped glasses, which are stylish, however, no one but her twin knows if she actually needs them to see. Eating habits/mannerisms/tastes:: Cole is very fond of what one might consider expensive food. Luckily, as the village raises game, it's not the hassle one might think. Venison, duck, and as many varieties of cheeses as possible are some of her favorites. Savory, spicy foods.

PART II. GENERAL
Occupation/Social Status in Rank:: Cole runs a Game House of sorts in the village, it's the top story of one of the larger taverns, and can be considered somewhat selective in its patrons. One is unlikely to find those low in social status there, and it is often a melting pot of Olplyns, Daewls, some Vhaids, Uuthili's, a few Afyas, and very few Sargltins. The most classy of the establishments for 'entertainment' in the village.
Because of this, as well as her old age and ability to get along with the other ranks, Colby is fairly high up in her rank. It helps that she knows Jatin, as well as the other council members, rather well. Views on Rank responsibilities:: Cole doesn't really have an official Rank Responsibilities, however, she does strive to improve relations between the Olplyns and the other ranks. Education/ Intelligence:: Cole is naturally extremely intelligent, and has had schooling since shortly after her birth. She took to learning much better than Joss, who preferred to brawl with the few classmates that they had. Her schooling was set up by Jatin and Lysius themselves. Marital Status:: Unmated, however, she doesn't seem to find this upsetting. Political Thoughts/ Views of Ranks and Vhaid:: She thinks that the Olplyn's have gotten the shaft on things in the village, and don't really have a place anymore and would like to change that. However, she finds her rank relatively unmotivated as a whole. As for the council, she is highly loyal to Jatin, and respects the other members as well. Beliefs/ Values/ Strength of Beliefs:: For a Olplyn, most would consider her a startlingly good person, however, she abides by one moral code, which is her own. Cole has never gotten in trouble with the council [other than maybe a minor incident or two involving her Game House, or pranks as a child], and in fact is one of the most liked Olplyn's in the village, often mingling with other ranks. However, she is a ruthless business woman, and cuts deals only when it suits her own motives. Cole is only truly to herself, Joss, and perhaps Jatin, though she seems to harbor a strange liking for the Sargltin himself. What is his/her usual disposition?:: Colby is a highly sexual creature. Rather than being a skulking, sneaky Olplyn like the stereotype, she hides her motives and emotions behind sensual movements, and slow, easy smiles. Very cool and smooth, she seems constantly amused, and never angry or upset. Definitely a charmer, she'd rather use her smooth talking to make you want to do something for her, rather than beat you into it, like her twin would. Optimist/ Pessimist? :: Optimist. Confident/Self-conscious? :: Confident. Very much so. How does he/she feel about his/her appearance? :: Cole is hot, and she knows this. However, there's another Jivvin with her face running about, so she's not too caught up in herself. Most important possession:: Her trusty, worn pack of cards. The first she ever played with. Talents :: Cole has an amazing mind for games involving gambling, puzzles, luck or strategy. She can figure out percentages and probabilities within seconds and excels in all the games to be found in her House. She's a pro at games one can play alone, due to a rather... Lonely upbringing, and also spent hundreds of years playing card games and chess with the oldest and smartest of the Olplyns. Singing and violin. She has a cool head for business, and is an excellent negotiator. What is a normal day like for this Jivvin?:: Cole is rudely awoken by her grumpy sister, heading out for patrol, and gets her drowsy [yet still beautiful omg] self out of bed. She then proceeds to eat, then bathe, then get ready for her day. Clothing is put on, music is sung, memos are read, and perhaps a brief workout. Then it's down to the Game House to take stock of the previous nights earnings and losses, as well as catching up with the few Jivvins lucky enough to work with her [all of this is done looking stunning, and cool as a cucumber, of course]. After that is lunch [with Joss, on break from patrol], as well as a meeting or two [read: conversation] with 'closer' friends. The latter half of the day is hers to relax, and then at sundown she heads back to the Game House to start up that night's round of festivities. What is a normal rainy day like for this Jivvin?:: Pretty much the same. Although, Joss may make the day grumpier for the two of them, by having to go out in the rain and glowering about it. Greatest Fear:: Losing her sister to something out in the woods. What does he/she want most?:: Love, actually. The only person she feels loves her is Joss, and she'd like a bit more than that.
Major Goals:: 1. Improving the Olplyn status in the village. 2. Cole would like to meet humans, and examine their world, with the ability to return to the village. 3. To run most of the business for the entire village. [LOLMOBBOSS?]

PART III. RELATIONSHIPS
Significant Other/Relationship:: Who does he/she live with?:: Josslyn Who does he/she spend the most time with?:: Joss, Gunnwale, and Mele though she did spend a majority of her childhood following Jatin about. Father/Relationship with him/Rank/Current Status:: Abel / Abel and Cole do not act as father and daughter, but rather as associates, he wasn't at her birth, nor was he an acting guardian in her childhood. The previously talented older Olplyn has suffered a decline in not only skills, but mentality, as he became an alcoholic not a hundred years after her birth. As an Olplyn, many of which have varying problems, this was not of much import to the village. He can often be found downstairs in the tavern, trying to get a drink. She doesn't particularly care for him, though she harbors no ill will. He gets one drink a night on the house from her, and otherwise, they had no real interactions. / Olplyn / Alive Mother/Relationship with her/Rank/Current Status:: Korin / An outstanding patroller, her mother and father had a brief, thrilling affair which quickly turned sour just after an egg resulted from their union. The egg took an entire year to hatch, so by the time it did, Korin had lost her want for Abel's offspring. In fact, the patroller despises Olplyn's, and Cole is no exception. She let both twins live in her home until they left of their own accord, mainly because at the time, the village was new and had no real place for orphans. Now, though, she ignores Cole's existance, as the redhead does in return, though her mother is proud of Josslyn's abilities on patrol. / Sargtlin / Alive Siblings/Ranks/Current Status:: Josslyn is the only sibling that she knows of, and is her twin of the same egg. Near identical in appearance, none confuse the two, for their personalities, rank, and clothing choice are opposites. / Sargtlin / Alive and living with Cole. Best Friend/Rank/Current Status:: Gunnwale/ Vhaid / Alive and observant. Feelings toward animals:: Cole likes them just fine, though she doesn't have much interaction with them. How does he/she view his/her family?:: The Olplyn views on her twin as family, and would do anything for her. How does he/she view his/her friends?:: Colby has hundreds of friends, and therefore knows near none of them very well. She doesn't have the time to get to know people as well as she'd like, and views many of them as particularly liked clients. How does his/her family view him/her?:: Varying degrees of unconcern, mainly, though her mother has disdain for her. That disdain, however, is not personal, and doesn't overly trouble Cole [anymore, as a child, it bothered her, and she was never home due to it]. Her sister adores her, in her own gruff way. How does his/her friends view them?:: Many of them would like a chance to be in some sort of relationship with her, whether it be romantic or a business partnership. Her GameHouse is a great place to meet others, however, you have to get her approval before you can get in. The person who knows her best, other than Joss, is probably Jatin, who knew her far before she was in any position of power. Who is his/her hero?:: Jatin used to be, although she's lost that awe of him. Perhaps she's her own hero, now.

Note: Her Game House would be a great place for Ro'eh to hang out. 8D Oh. I also have this. Her birth RP. Quote: Korin was calmly continuing her daily activities, despite the fact that the rather large egg in her home was beginning to crack. The Sargtlin continued to sharpen a knife, waiting for both Lysius, whom she respected, and Jatin, whom she rather despised, to arrive. She didn't exactly want to have him in her home, still, Abel insisted on an Olplyn representative, and since their last fight, wasn't going to be around. And Jatin WAS a council member, so she really couldn't tell him no.
With the egg already hatching, the arrival of the Council members wouldn't be long in coming. Indeed, in a surprisingly short amount of time there was a sharp knock on the door. The newly appointed Sargtlin had received word of the hatching and immediately abandoned his work to attend. It wasn't something he would normally bother with, certainly, but this...this was a special case.
Korin was on her feet almost instantaneously, and after opening the door, didn't lower her eyes at the sight of Lysius, instead meeting his head on, and nodding. He'd gotten his position after his father had died, and was taking the new burdens well, along with the mourning. He'd already earned her respect, and whatever he advised for the young, she'd do, they both knew that. "Sargtlin. You're right on time. I appreciate you coming over. The egg is in the next room..."
She led him into the next room, on which a rather large egg sat amongst some cushions. It had taken quite a while, the babes within incubating for over a year now. Long past Korin and Abel's initial excitement. The egg was gorgeous, a mix of swirling blue-greys and maroons, with a few strange black streaks.
Naturally, that damned Olplyn wasn't there yet
The Sargtlin offered a smile and nod in greeting, and followed in silence to the next room, speaking only once greeted by the sight of the egg. "You must be proud. The Village hasn't seen true twins in years... Odd rank combination."
A strange smile appeared on Korin's face and she shrugged smoothly. "Proud would not be the word I would use, yet it is an honor of sorts." She wasn't the type to get into her personal life, and so didn't explain that she and Abel were barely on speaking terms, since she'd punched him a few months back. Korin was a bit of a hothead. "Such rank matings rarely last. I do wonder what effect it will have on their bond with one another..." She trailed off, grey eyes following the sudden sharp crack to the egg. It was almost time.
Lysius chuckled softly. "I claim no fondness for the Olplyn rank-" He paused at a knock on the door, only to resume before she could move to answer it. "Or their leader. But a Sargtlin and an Olplyn together from birth.. That is a surprisingly promising combination."
Korin's eyebrow crept up briefly, and she allowed herself an answering chuckle, acknowledging Lysius' point, even if she didn't agree with the 'promise' an Olplyn could offer to a Sargtlin. Moving to open the door, she stood out of the way of Jatin, not bothering with a real greeting, and shut the door behind him, gesturing toward the next room. Of course, he was almost too late. The egg was beginning to rock rather hard on one side, the cracks beginning to splinter. It was quite obvious one of the twins was doing most of the work. "Probably the Sargtlin." was Korin's mumble to herself as she folded her arms across her chest. She wasn't the mothering type. The babes could handle the egg themselves.
Jatin hadn't expected a greeting, nor did he offer one in return. Indeed, he hadn't once discussed the prospect of the egg with the mother, instead conversing with the father, who, he'd also heard, hadn't been on speaking terms with Korin for several months. A cheery greeting from the female Sargtlin would have been rather unnerving, to say the least.
He did, however, offer a nod to Lysius upon entering to room, which the Sargtlin immediately returned, though no further words were said while all eyes fell on the eggs. At Korin's murmured words, Lysius couldn't help but grin--Jatin, meanwhile, rolled his eyes.
And then it happened.
Out rolled the first little one, with a visibly smaller tail, horn, and ears than others her age, and it was a female, and surprisingly... Or not, the Olplyn. Only seconds after, a slightly stockier, but with the same dimunitive ears, tail, and horn, Sargtlin flopped on top of her sister. The first rolled her small shoulders, nudging her sister off, to sit up, and blink around the room at the older Jivvins, apparently amused, even as her sister gained her balance and wrinkled her muzzle suspiciously.
They were mostly black, with blends of dark red and silvery blue, a mix of their mother and father, and were... adorable, if odd. But what Jivvin wasn't odd? They were identical. Korin stared for a moment, then looked to Lysius, visibly at a loss about what to do from here.
It was Jatin's turn to smirk when the first infant to appear was the Olplyn, and it was Jatin who acted first once the little twins were free of the egg and settled. Lysius seemed as much at a loss a Korin.
"Welcome to the world, little beauties," Jatin greeted, as he stepped over, before sinking down to one knee to peer curiously at the odd pair. After a beat, he glanced back towards Lysius and quirked a brow. "Did you bring the crystals?"
"Of course," The Sargtlin responded immediately, and quickly drew the two gems from a pocket, offering them both to Korin. "We'll let you decide when to grant them, but it should be soon. No longer than a week, preferably."
Being in the egg for over a year had made the two more advanced than some Ust jivvins, and the Olplyn flat-out grinned at Jatin, seeing this as a positive encounter, and was apparently quite enamored. The Sargtlin seemed a bit unsure, wanting to move away from the larger creature, but not wanting to desert her eggmate, and instead chose to insert herself between the two, baring her teeth a bit at Jatin. Not quite as intimidating as she hoped.
Korin, brows raised at the younglings, mentally approved of the second's action, but definitely wasn't pleased with the idea of children. It showed. She took the black gems from Lysius, cords already attached, and without touching them with her skin, moved forward to set them on the ground beside the twins. The first glanced at them out of the corner of her eyes, and waited until her mother took a step back to paw at them curiously, until one was closer.
"... They'll need names." Obviously, Korin hadn't given much thought to them, especially not knowing the gender. When they'd been together, she and Abel had gotten a few choices. All were boys names, really. "Joss, Ankor, Colby, Onder..." That had been about as far as they'd gotten.
Jatin's smile faltered a bit at the antics of the little Sargtlin, but he graced the young Olplyn with a wink before rising to his feet and turning his attention back to their mother. "Clearly you haven't given it much thought, so I doubt you'll care much in the end. Why don't you give them a selection and let them decide?"
Korin hadn't thought about that, but she didn't take criticism well, especially from the Olplyn. Frowning, she gestured at the Sargtlin and named them immediantly. "She'll be Joss...lyn. And the Olplyn can be called Colby." Shifting her eyes from the newborns to Lysius, her frown faded, replaced by puzzlement. "Is there anything else I need to give them? I'm supposed to be meeting a friend in the practice rings shortly." ... She was planning on leaving.
The twins seemed rather unconcerned with their mother, as she hadn't even touched them, and Josslyn was nudging at her sister, while Colby proceeded to investigate the gemstones.
"Clothes would be nice," Jatin cut in before Lysius could reply. "They'll touch those crystals sooner or later." His words were rewarded by a glare from the Sargtlin, and jatin rolled his eyes once more. "Thank you for your hospitality, miss, and congradulations on the birth of your twins. I look forward to seeing more of them in the future." His final words seemed directed towards the little pair, and, without waiting for a response, he turned and left the room and the house.
Lysius didn't bother to make excuses for his behavior, and instead shook his head. "Unfortunately, he's right on the clothes aspect... Otherwise, they're probably fine to be left alone for a bit. We'll arrange for them to be placed in classes quickly."
... Great. She had to find children's clothing. Perhaps Abel would do it... Korin didn't bother to say goodbye, and instead just stood frowning at the twins. Cole and Joss appeared to be bored with the stones, and currently, the little Olplyn was pouncing on her sister, only to be easily, but gently batted away, obviously the weaker of the two. "I'll get the stuff. Thank you, Lysius." Retrieving her knife and whetstone from the table, she settled into a chair to sharpen it, glancing up from time to time at the playing newborns.
"Good luck," he offered in reply, and took a moment longer to watch the twins before heading out of the house after Jatin.

Couple of minor things for you <3 Kep and Wegs and I were discussing timeline stuff and decided you're probably off by about ten years for her birth xD Set it to 64 and that should be great. Our bad, not yours.
Also, you didn't write anything for 'Beliefs' ;3
As a side not, I just want to make it clear that Indu and Kanth and I have discussed this idea of two differing ranks from one egg. I am aware, as are they, that identical twins are born from one egg that splits, while fraternal twins are born from two different eggs. However, this is the literal egg gamete, and I like to pass off an occurrence such as this by saying they clumped in the womb as the shell was forming. As you'll remember, we already have Uri and Lucius (Rusty and Luke) who are also fraternal twins born of the same egg, so we've already shown that it is possible for Jivvins.
I do want to make it clear, however, that this is an extremely rare occurrence and I will not be quick to permit it a third time, assuming Colby and Joss are accepted. The odd situation of them being different ranks is also why Lysius and Jatin took such an interest in them, as a possible means of bridging the animosity between Village Sargtlins and Olplyns.
And...that's about it xD Fix those two little things for me, Indu~.
