Something Witty -- private role-play

Players: We`rika & Sevilin, Tsu & Zavier
Setting: Tsu's office; evening

---

"Sevvie stop clingin' on meh!"

"Nooo! I look stupid..." The little frei had his face buried in We`rika's back as he walked into the lab, his dainty hands hidden under large mittens that he clutched against his chest. His pristine waterfall of hair was all pulled up in a thick, tight ponytail and he was completely mortified to be seen in public like this. We`rika was having a hard time scraping him off and getting him to stand on his own two goddamn feet. Or well... floating on his.... whatever.

"Ya look fine! Tsu's no' gonna care if ya have... m-mittens on...?" He could barely stop himself from laughing. It was pretty damn funny, especially since he only had oven mittens. Ohh ho ho hooo Sevilin. The shaman wished he had a camera. "C'moon c'moon!! Really.. is no' tha' baad... Th'sooner we see Tsu, th'sooner ya can take 'em off..." Hopefully. It would be said if his pretty hands were doomed to be hidden under oven mittens for the rest of his life. "Course..... we have ta fiiind this place fiirs'..." And there was no reception at the desk. Well ball suck! Hmmm...

"We`rika...."

"Wh--?" When had his ward scraped himself off him? "Wha'?" He looked to Sevilin's ehmm.... pointing mitten, though nothing was registering.

"It says Tsu..."

"Ah..." Passing the reception desk, he tested the handle and, finding it unlocked, invited himself right on in. "He's no' even here ye'...." Tsk. Turning around, he looked back at the blue Raevan and stifled a s**t eating smile, who promptly glowered his big blue eyes at him.

"Y'know... most people knock before they enter a room unannounced." Tsu's voice cut through the air, stifling any words that might have escaped the visitor's mouth. Tsu was still looking down at the lighter he held up to the cigarette in his mouth, so he didn't know who had come in while he stepped out to grab Zavier. Finally looking up, Tsu nearly let the cigarette tumble out of his mouth. Did he forget ANOTHER appointment? Snapping out of the daze and fixing how he acted, Tsu drawled out "Well if it isn't W-"

"We`rika and Sevilin!" Zave finished off for the doctor, as he was already racing over to greet the other frei. It had been so long since he had seen Sevilin at the beach that first time. Zave still remembered the stories Sevvie mentioned about how he had managed to bring a shark up along the shoreline and the havoc it caused. Just like Aquaman might do in those old comics! Only... Aquaman probably wouldn't cause as much trouble...but no one is perfect, right? Zave wanted so much to grab the hands of his friend from long ago, if not give a hug... but manners and Laz had taught him long ago that one shouldn't behave in that sort of way. "What brings you here today?"

Tsu's face softened when he saw how much energy Zave seemed to pick up just from seeing the other frei. Ever since the summer festival, Zave had seemed fairly listless, or else absorbed in his own little world all together. A couple of times Tsu had caught the raevan hoarding some items, but he had never gotten a good look at what they were. The only plus side was that Zave always seemed to be on cloud nine after a visit from Meli, or if the conversation happened to travel that way.

Turning to the guest in his office, Tsu spoke up once again. "Normally I'd say it was good to see you, but since you showed up in my office, I assume this is more business that pleasure." Pulling the shaman further aside, Tsu probed in a low voice. "Is there an emergency I should know about? What's with the oven mitts? Did you guys come from a cooking class or something?"

As if reading Tsu's mind, Zave noticed the mittens on Sevilin's hands. It wasn't that cold out, so it must be something else. "You can cook too??" Zave asked in an impressed voice. "I mean I remember you talking to fish, but I didn't know you had so many talents!" He looked expectantly at the frei, hoping to hear why someone would want to keep such an extraordinary talent a secret.

At the sound of a disgruntled voice, We`rika whipped around with a sour sneer of his own but it quickly melted into a smirk. "Finally, man..." Noticing the butt in Tsu's mouth, his long ears perked up with hope. "Hey, ya can smoke in here?" He thought doctor offices were supposed to like healthy and s**t. Though it's not like the Raevans could get lung cancer or anything. So smoke he would! Pulling out his own pack, he lit up and took a long drag.

"Zavier..." Sevilin smiled weakly, his usual chipper attitude dampened by this rather ridiculous situation. He relented his hold on the shaman, folding his hands behind him as he stared down at the floor. "Cooking?" The little frei couldn't help but chortle like an imp. "We`rika can barely boil water! Noot much of a teacher..."

We`rika could only glare back as he was pulled away to talk with Tsu. "ah? Ah, nah is no' like life threatenin' or anythin'... Ehmm..." How to even begin? "He's ehmm been uhhhh.... excretin' like this rough ... salty stuff. He hasn' done tha' before... and his... hair's kinda been gettin'... gross... like the salty residue has been makin' i' really rough..." He whispered the last words, knowing how much Sevilin had been crying over his hair already. "Th'mittens... well.... tha' sal' of his a'e through one of my game controllers... Like... all th'way through... So I didn' wan' him touchin' anythin' else... Yyyeaahh..." Sighing, he looked back at his ward. "I.. though' i' bes' if I jes..... bring him in jes in case... he's prolly overdue for a check-up anyways..."

"Sure, go ahead." Tsu said, noting that the other didn't really wait for a response as he pulled up a clean ashtray. "Really the only areas in my wing that are no smoking are my examination room and the lab where we run tests, due to health concerns... and flammable materials. Feel free to smoke in my office though... I do it all the time." The admission earned a reproachful look from Zave, but Tsu managed to ignore it, pondering about the problems that We`rika mentioned about Sevilin.

"It ate through... a controller?" Tsu had heard of a lot of different medical cases... but never something of this scope. Rummaging through one of his few drawers of files, Tsu finally extracted the folder he wanted... the one that had all of Sevilin's information in it. Soul of a sea fairy and the essence of a ... corrupted mermaids tear? There was little surprise of the water involved there... but it being that corrosive? That was something new. "Hmmm.... well I think the first thing we're going to want to do is get a sample of whatever has been seeping out of him. Enough that we can run a few tests and what not to determine origin. As for the hair issue... the best I can possibly do is try to find a good conditioner to use... but he's probably not going to be able to wash his own hair that well... so you're going to have to do that. I don't know why the controller was eaten through though... that's the stumper. Mostly salt water and residues are abrasive... not corrosive... so that's a new concern. Do you happen to have the controller handy, or was it already thrown away? How long was it before the controller was eaten through anyway?" Turning a quick eye towards Sevvie to make sure that Zave was keeping Sevilin distracted, Tsu finished up with, "After that, we'll continue with the other typical check up procedures to make sure that Sevilin fits the bill of health for... well... anyone that only happened to have a rune where there would normally be something else from the torso down."

Zave looked confused slightly at the cooking comment, but decided not to press further... in case the mittens were being used for something else entirely. After all, Sevilin was doing his best to keep his hands behind his back. That must mean something was up with them. "Ahh... hahah... yeah, probably not the best person to teach you then. So what have you been doing to keep busy? Are there any good shows you've been watching?" Sometimes it was hard to talk to the other frei when he was too bubbly, but Zave never thought it would be this hard to talk to the other when he was down about something as well. Not to mention he had other thoughts in his mind... like how to go about looking for the other relics. He had already gotten the ring from Lazarus' wing, as well as the spear head of the valkyries left in that wind mage... He still had to get the light, water, and earth relics... but he'd need a clue for those. Snapping out of his reverie... Zave paid closer attention to Sevilin.

"Suh-wee'!" His hands began rummaging in his pants before he had even finished talking. He found a half empty carton and his lighter and lit up, taking a few puffs before a nice long drag. Mmmm good stuff. Being mindful of the ashtray, he moved over to the desk and tapped his cigarette gingerly. He wasn't exactly thrilled to be Sevilin's hair b***h because that was just what his son would turn it into. Humiliating slavery. We`rika was still recovering from the knowledge he was no longer the alpha male in his own home and that a little torso boy-girl had the shaman wrapped around his little finger. What the ball sack!? "Yeah i' was ********' crazy.... I guess i' shouldn't be surprisin' since he uhhh never lets go of tha' thing since I adopted him.... I mean, I noticed a lil somethin' on the controller, bu' I jes assumed i' was normal gunk, like everyone gets on their hands, ya know? Bu' uhhhh... then i' broke--Ah, damn I didn' think ta save i'... bu' he's go' plenty comin' off his hands fer a sample..." He paused to take another huff of sweet deadly smoke. "I wasn' sure how.... powerful i' was so I jes.... put mittens on him jes in case...."

Sevilin wiggled his nose in discomfort, feeling an itch coming on. Absently rubbing his face with a big mitten, he gasped before shoving to back behind him where it belonged. His big blue eyes wrinkled as he tried to think of anything interesting he had been up to or watching. He had gotten kidnapped by what We`rika called a uhhh ped-something, but that probably was not proper conversation material. "Yeah! Uhhh well, they had Shark Week on Discovery a few weeks ago! That was fun.... I love sharks, they are so cool! And all raawwwromnomnomnom!" And what sound effects would be complete without facial expressions that made the little Raevan more deranged than scary. "But that's about it. I never do anything exciting... How about you?! Anything really exciiiting?"
PostPosted: Thu May 21, 2009 5:34 pm

Zave pondered what Sevvie mentioned about shark week and how cool sharks were, but to be honest... he never had seen an actual shark before... or much other aquatic life save for the weird fish/fox combinations that Dr. Kyou sometimes breeded. If you think about it, that was somewhat sad for someone that happened to live in some beach front property. He made a mental note to visit an aquarium in the near future. "Sharks definitely sound exciting." Zave said, laughing politely at the way Sevvie made the sound effects and chomping motions. Add in the gloves on his hands and it was all the more hilarious. Regaining his composure, Zave thought about the question that Sevvie had asked him in turn. Finally he decided it was fine to talk about what he was doing... maybe the other could help him anyway.

"Well..." Zavier began searching for where to start. "...for a while now I've been having these weird dreams, ones where I was fighting with Tsu... and was winning... until he poisoned me and eventually killed me. An oracle said that the dreams had to mean something as they were happening so frequently, so that I should search for answers beyond the storm. All that was right before last summer's beach event.... I don't remember if you saw me pass out from the heat or not? It turns out that I had been using too much energy and not feeding enough. Anyway, I went to Lazarus for a check up because I thought he'd be more help than Tsu in some questions... and well... I haven't told him what I know about what he did, or my plans. After talking with Lazarus, he helped me find how to summon a maelstrom, but now the problem lies in the fact that I need relics of fire, water, wind, light, and earth. Laz gave me a fire one, and I've managed to locate Wind myself... I need help with Water though. Reks should be good for finding an earth relic and then for Light I was thinking about going to Meli..." Zave trailed off to blushing at the female raevan's name. Still he kept the feelings a little secret from the other frei. He didn't want to be too pestered about it. "So what do you think? Do you have any ideas for relics?"

Finishing up his own cigarette, Tsu stubbed out the butt in the ash tray and began searching the closet of medical supplies for a set of test tubes that he had purchased off of Jeremy. They were said to be reinforced with magic, so substances wouldn't be able to eat through the material, and if they did... Tsu would be going back to get a refund. "Well... I can understand your concern, but honestly, I don't think that a pair of kitchen mitts would do much for protection if it was an acid. So at least we could rule that out." Finally locating the set of test tubes, Tsu pulled them out. "Ahhh here we go! Nothing short of dropping these babies out a window and driving over them with an armored truck will break these... or so the salesman claimed. I haven't tried quite yet." With a smile, Tsu turned to the young raevan. "Sorry to interrupt, but I'm going to need you to take off those mittens for me Sevvie. I'd like to take a sample of the substance coming off your hands and see if we can find a solution for you." Tsu decided to play the nice guy route and not mention how ridiculous Sevvie looked. That was... as long as the little imp of a guy stayed on his good side.

Sevilin listened with a soft smile and appropriately-placed nods. Eventually the smile grew into a slack-jawed gape as his eyes gradually grew larger til they bugged. "Oh my gosh... Yer--Oh my gosh! Yer like a super hero! That's what you are! With an adventure and everything...." Eventually his babbling turned introspective. Zave was living his dream! Everyone on TV had adventures and mishaps and sidekicks. When would it be his turn?!

"Wooow... Well..... Hmmm..." A relic. The sea nymph raked through his catalog of television documentaries in his head, specifically the History channel section of his brain. "I can't think of anything off the top of my h--mmm well... I think there's a legend about something like a siren that dragged men down into the ocean.... But we all kinda do that uhmm..." We? His round face wrinkled in thought as he rubbed his forehead. "I'm sure we can find something. I can ask one of my fishies! They might know--Ah..."

Sevvie turned at Tsu's interjection and pulled his hand begrudgingly to the front, pulling one mitten off. "Okay..."

"This won' hur' him will it'...?" We`rika long ears had fallen back in suspicion.

Sevilin looked back at his guardian like he had just farted in public. "I'm not a wimp..."
PostPosted: Fri Jan 01, 2010 12:54 am

Zave gave a bashful sort of half grin as Sevilin gushed over the whole idea of adventuring around looking for relics and completing a summoning ceremony. "To be honest, I've never really thought of it that way." Zave admitted, "It's just been something in the back of my head telling me I have to do this. I have to get some answers for myself, or it'll drive me insane. But, y'know, maybe you could create an adventure for yourself! You know lots about the sea and have many friends there, right? Maybe they can be your sidekick or you can find buried treasure or something.... that is... if it's alright with Wer`ika over there."

Zave had been under the firm belief that Tsu didn't really give heads or tails about him, so he could go on these sorts of quests without any problems, but he really couldn't say the same about the other guardians. After all... Kyou seemed to care about Laz... but was just a bit... well... absent minded from time to time.

"Still... I'd say ask your Wer`rika. Maybe you can find an adventure to take on yourself!"

----------------------------------

Tsu shot the shaman a look at the other's suspicions. Teasingly he changed his voice to add a bit of a pout. "I'm hurt.... you don't trust me. Or is that because you know how similar we both are?" Finishing the dig, Tsu began to gingerly touch the hand that was no longer in a kitchen mitt. "You know I would never purposefully hurt your raevan. What kind of doctor do you.... you know what? Don't answer that."

As he took the hand and turned it over, he noted that it felt both clammy... and a bit gritty to the touch. So you say the salt itself ate through the game controller? Tsu said quickly taking note to wash his hands ASAP. "I've heard of corrosive natures... but that's taken to an extreme. After how many days did this continue anyway? One day? An hour? Weeks?" Tsu scrapped a dull blade over the hand and began to put the salt itself into one of the test tubes. It didn't look different from your common everyday salt to the naked eye, but something might be going on down in the molecular level.

"Hmmm I guess I could....." Sevilin had never thought of it that way. Could you go on your own adventure? The sea fairy always assumed you had to wait until an adventure was bestowed upon you, but maybe he could just start his own. Would it be as fun? Well... if all he was looking for was buried treasure and wasn't making too complicated. Not like those crazies who, what was it called, LARPed or whatever. He had seen something about such "activities" on the TV before and it had scared both Sevilin and We`rika. "I'm sure a lotta those fishes know about some sunken ships or... something. Yeah, that'd be fun!" The small frei's face lit up once again. "And when I find the treause, I'll show you first!"

Sevilin didn't bother to get into the problem that was We`rika. He loved his mommy, but he didn't... move a lot after he got off work. So there wasn't much opportunity to drag him on an adventure, especially if there wasn't booze along the way.

"Hey! I jes--y'know--never go ta doctors so I dunno wha' th'hell they do ta patients..." He whined defensively. If he wasn't being intentionally mean, he didn't like to get blamed for it.

His son floated quietly beside him, blue eyes darting here and there with impatience for this to be all over. Well, if the sea fairy wasn't outwardly nervous then he had no reason to be either.

"Ehhh well, he started playin' like th'second week I've had him sooo...... more than a year..." Damn, time sure ******** flies. "I' broke jes las' week... so I guess th'sal' took qui'e awhile ta really do anything..." Except.... "Oh... well--ehhh there was this other time--"

"Ah--We`rika I--do we hafta talk about it?" His frail shoulders stiffened with sudden embarrassment that flushed his pale face tomato red.

Sensing his son's anxiety, he beckoned for Tsu to turn away from the two raevans for a moment. "He uhhh..... okay long story shor'... a month ago... Sev go'... propositioned by some ********' ***** and he... may have--because of stress!--burned a certain..... par' of th'douche's........ body pretty badly... yyyyeah..."
PostPosted: Tue Jan 05, 2010 9:09 am

".....!!" Tsu's shoulders shook as it took every fiber of effort in his body not to burst out laughing at the story of the perverted *****. "It sounds like the b*****d had what was coming to him honestly. I couldn't tell if the other person had any open sores or not... but that would definitely account for pain and burning if Sevvie did manage to secrete salt water into them. Also... it's not impossible to believe that this happening for over a year would cause a remote control to break. Hell... you're lucky it didn't fry the whole game console itself. Still... the amount of salt that's coming out of his body isn't healthy. Tell me... has he done any outdoor activities?"

Tsu looked over at the shaman a bit curiously. He knew that Wer`ika was a busy man and probably couldn't go out constantly, but that didn't mean that the raevan didn't have energy. Although there was the concern that Sevvie would probably even lose a fight to a fly with one wing missing. "You of all people know that a balance is important in all life. You remember Sevvie's essence right? I have a feeling that this reaction might be coming from the fact that his mind is fully active... but his body can't compare. This adventure they're talking about... maybe is something that would be good for the squirt? Still we'll perform a general check up and see how he's doing."

"Treasure?" Zave looked at the other raevan wide eyed. He hadn't really seen much from the deep sea. "That would be really cool! What kind of treasure would you look for? Do you have any ideas of a good partner or side kick?"

"******** certain'ly had wha' was comin'.... Touchin' my Sevilin..." God, We`rika wished he had been there. The police would have only found blood and brain matter after he was done. He could barely keep a scowl from marring his face as he looked at Sevilin. There are some ******** monsters in this world. Not that he could talk really. He'd raped and killed women, he should be thankful he was allowed to lead a normal life.

"Hmmm?" The shaman hadn't been paying attention. "Ehh well..." Wincing, his long ears fell back against his head in shame as Tsu continued to politely point out his faults. It's not like he didn't want to spend every waking moment with his son, but he had to work his a** off just so he could keep up with rent and eat once or twice a day. That didn't give him much time to frolic with Sevilin outside. He got him a dog and video games, what else could he do? And Alex was probably still pissed at him, she probably wouldn't help him right now. "I see..." We`rika turned his attention back to Sev. "........ Yeah, I mean... I've racked up enough sick days and vacation hours.... I guess I can............ use 'em..." Owwah, just saying the words hurt. He never missed a day at work. Well, mainly because his parole officer would get pissed and he needed every dollar he could get his hands on.

"Uhhh well.... hmmm...." Sevilin pulled his hand up to stroke his face as he thought, but with it still encased in a gigantic mitten, he decided to nix that idea. "Something... really valuable! Like a treasure chest or... I dunno I bet there's plenty of stuff sitting at the bottom of the ocean right now.... It'd... It'd be cool to find something we could sell and then We`rika could get some extra cash...." He met his dad's brown eyes for a moment. "But we'll see I guess haha... As for a sidekick I..." The frei laughed lightly, trying to hide his discomfort with a nonchalant shrug. "I dunno ha ha.... I don't really have a best, you know, friend or anything... I am a big boy, ya know! I can take of myself..." Sevilin smiled impishly.
PostPosted: Thu Feb 25, 2010 6:09 am

"Yeah... I can only imagine the rage you felt towards him as a guardian. Maybe it was a good thing that Sev took care of him in his own way. After all... you wouldn't want to do something that might break parole. Besides... it's the first time I've heard a story where Sevvie was able to protect himself physically... short of becoming friends with the thing." Tsu found himself comforting the shaman. It was odd, he had never really showed signs of guardianship for Zave before... in fact it was usually the opposite roles... but when he saw We`rika doing his best, he felt pangs of guilt.

"Well... I wouldn't want you not being able to live a safe and healthy lifestyle. If you can't afford to leave work, then you can't do that. But... Sevvie is pretty old comparatively speaking to some of the other raevans... and I'm sure he has a good amount of friends? He always seemed to get along with just about anyone. Hell... I chalked him up as the type that would probably follow some random stranger home WITHOUT needing to be offered candy. That's besides the point though... You could just find someone you trust to watch his back and let him out to solve problems on his own." Tsu was musing aloud, noting that We`rika seemed a bit pained by the words, he figured he should use a bit more tact, rather than being so blunt next time. It'd be more of a hassle to try and backtrack to console the guy...

Zave couldn't help but feel that the impish smile that Sevvie made was hiding something else... and was unsure if that should worry him or not. Still, keeping his tone bright he decided to focus on the more exciting part. Treasure! "Buried treasure? You mean like sunken ships and that sort? There are places around here like that?" His eyes lit up as Sevvie had pondered about the possibilities. "So... in some ways, you could be a modern day pirate! Gold dubloons, or jewels.... anything is possible really. The question is... would there be someone to buy it?" His face clouded with worry. If no one bought the treasure... then there would be no way to get extra cash, and probably diving to get the treasure would also require a good amount of money. "Well... if... if you ever got stuck with something... I'd be willing to help. Y'know...if I wouldn't be a burden or anything." Zave looked a bit sheepish... but he really didn't know how to touch upon that subject.

Finishing taking the sample from Sevvie's hand, he opened up another test tube. "Sorry bud, I'm gonna need to take a sample from inside your mouth as well. Something to compare with. I am interested in seeing if this salt is just being concentrated in one area, or if it's affecting other parts of your body as well."

"I'm sure there's gotta be some still sunk somewhere out there right? The Earth is 70% water and most of the deep sea is uncharted!" Just the thought of it was making the watery frei all excited. "Oh, I could be a pirate, couldn't I? Ooou it'd be so much fun!" He didn't let his friend's concerns bolster his good mood. "There's always someone who wants that kinda stuff! Even giving it to a museum would be fine! Yes! We'll be pirates! You and I..." The sea fairy patted Zave on the shoulder with a giant oven mitt. "We'd become famous, ya know?"

The thing became real friendly with him alright, We`rika thought derisively. He had always commended his frei for his kind and welcoming demeanor. The guardian's winning personality only led to more and more people hating his very presence. Sevilin on the other hand never had to worry about creating enemies, but now he was attracting predators and that wasn't good. He could only hope that his son's powers weren't going to be explicitly spontaneous.

"Ehh yeah, I guess... Though I think mos' a'his raevan friends would jes instiga'e shi' with Sev tagging along unawares..." Especially that Rivener. That kid was never up to any good, We`rika felt sorry for Aphismet having to babysit him. And Alex had enough to do without stalking Sevilin when he wasn't around. Hmm, he'd have to figure something out soon, already aware that Sevilin snuck out sometimes while he was at work.

"Don't talk about me like I'm not right here..." Sevilin smacked We`rika with his large mitted hand. Matching his guardian's glower with his own, the little raevan opened his mouth and stuck out his tongue for the doctor.

We`rika couldn't help snorting. His son's tongue was completely blue from the candy he'd been eating earlier this morning.
PostPosted: Fri Jun 04, 2010 2:49 am

Zave couldn't help but get as excited as Sevvie was about the whole searching for buried treasure out at sea. "There are still plenty of stories of ghost ships and sunken treasure around, if we looked some of it up, there might even be a part of the deep sea near us that has some legends behind it." Gazing at the other frei's blue tongue, Zave let out a soft chuckle and suggested, "We could even call you Sevvie Bluetongue for your pirate name, but I suppose you'd want something a little better sounding, huh? After all, being famous and having a name like Bluetongue… probably would earn you bouts with someone trying to pick on you."

In the back of his mind, ideas were starting to race around. Places that they could search, ways they could find out local legends and locate treasure. Trying to gauge how long the entire trip would take. Being a pirate sounded like a lot of fun… as long as they were fair pirates. He didn't like the whole idea of picking on those weaker or preying on people lost at sea. However, if it were finding a lost treasure that no one had claimed… that's fair game in the end, right? Also if someone wronged them and tried to plunder from their take… it's only right to fight back and plunder from the enemy.

Tsu gave We`rika a empathetic pat on the shoulder. "I know what you mean by your concerns for the safety of your raevan. It's hard imagine what would happen if they hung around with the wrong group, but I think… more than anything… those mistakes they make are going to happen no matter how much we worry about em. The only thing we can offer is to be there for support when they happen. After all… I know I wasn't the best kid growing up, but here I am… somehow safe in one piece." Unsure if that was really acting as a follow up to the man's concerns, Tsu turned his gaze to Sevvie.

Trying not to laugh at the blue tongue that was stuck out in front of him, Tsu used a tongue depressor to hold the tongue down while he looked into the throat and other parts of the mouth. "Normally, there shouldn't be much to worry about if the kid can be there eating candies and dying his mouth blue. I'll run an analysis on both some saliva from his mouth and the salt from his hands." His smiling eyes turned a bit more serious as he continued on, "However, Sevvie… I'm going to suggest that you do cut back on candies and sugar in general. With no abdomen, we're not sure how the body will be able to process those sugars or artificial additives. After all… you wouldn't want to grow up being overweight from the get go, would you?" The last words were serious, but he added a little bit of a teasing tone to the voice.

"Blue tongue?" Sevilin laughed despite the long piece of wood pushed down his throat that reminded him of a popsicle. "Oh! Maybe I'll grow a beard one day...." He ignored We`rika's snickering, "And then I can be the next Bluebeard! YARR!! We need a name for you too.... Something edgy, hmmm..." The young sea fairy would be the visual part of their pirate ship duo and he would be the deadly vicious part of it. He'd lay down the law on their crew.
