Many of Duniya knew of the Divine Order. They all had varying thoughts of the religious body, but most held some measure of respect for them whether it was for their devotion to the Pantheon or for their willingness to cope with the unreliable Duniya gods. The Divine Order did not typically involve itself in the everyday affairs of its residents, but something about the uniqueness of the existence of the Tabula Rasa had intrigued the gods.
The Order contained the gods' messengers, and so, the Divine Order learned that they must interfere with these 'Tabula Rasa'—blank slates born out of Rasa. The particular reasons for the gods' interference was unknown, but no matter if Locke particularly agreed to it or not, the new manifests were to be brought to the Divine Order—specifically, Shakuni—immediately upon manifestation.
Shakuni herself was a deeply devout priestess of the Order. It was said that the gods had touched her themselves, and therefore she held a deep connection and affinity to the affairs of the gods. Shakuni was a leader in the Order and perhaps the most important messenger of them all. To be called to bring the Tabula Rasa to the gods meant that the Tabula Rasa held some deep significance. The certain significance was, as of currently, unknown, but one did not question the gods' wishes.
Another manifestation had arrived—Sephiroth. It was time.
As routine before she had to present someone with the gods, Shakuni entered a meditative state where she could speak with her gods. No matter what, she kept alert for the sounds around her, to make sure she would not find herself surprised and to make sure she knew exactly when the manifestation would enter.
If the gods wished to meet all the manifestations, Shakuni would be the vessel which would allow that.
(( The gods have spoken through their faithful servant! They have decreed that all new manifestations are to be brought to the attention of the Divine Order and brought to Shakuni, their faithful messenger, as soon as possible.
This PRP thread is reserved for the manifestation Sephiroth.
This introductory post is very similar to the ones of the other Tabula because the Divine Order and Shakuni have not been known very long; it gives you a chance to get to know them as well. ))

Sephiroth entered the temple quietly with a guard and a priest at his heels. His icy eyes surveyed the room as he tucking a few strands of his silver hair behind his ear. "Why do you want me here?" he asked once he found Shakuni's figure. "Correction, why do They want me here?" he asked pointing up with his right hand a book un-rightfully taken from the library in it.

If she wasn't so attuned with her surroundings, Shakuni would probably have jumped right out of her skin with his sudden speech. Instead, she simply sighed. Another man with more impossible demands. These Tabula were very moody when they were first born, weren't they? They could at least let her introduce herself before walking up and going on tirades while waving books around.
"Because they do, Sephiroth." Oddly enough, she had already known his name. "The Gods have decreed that they want to see all of the new Tabula as they are born as they find them intriguing and new, and it is not our place to question their requests." Who knew when a moody god would decide that the questioning was too annoying and would find some way to shush their questioning forever. The gods were an... interesting bunch. "They may even have reasons that are beyond our human, or Tabula, comprehension."
Shakuni's eyes zoned in on the book, and more specifically, the fact that he was inclined to hold it in the air as if it was some kind of weapon. "Please lower your arm, Sephiroth. The Gods do not take well to such gestures, and you are in a place where they dwell."

Sephiroth lowered his arm slightly. "I'm raising it up to their glory." he said a small smirk etching its way onto his face. "And the book is about them, I wouldn't think they'd be that offended. But they are a bit full of themselves aren't they?" He asked Shakuni a full smirk on his face now.
"And cue the lightning" He paused for a moment "Now?" he asked snapping looking up with a cringe to be electrocuted. "Or not." He shrugged gracefully sitting on the floor pulling the book back open. "I'll be waiting for them" he yawned focusing on the print.

Sometimes, Shakuni wondered why the gods would even want to deal with these insolent Tabula. Then she apologized for ever once questioning them. She was having one of those moments now, but it was moreso because Sephiroth was being rather irritating than out of simple curiosity. The priestess knit her brows at him, but then shrugged it off and thought nothing more of the situation.
"You don't need to wait for the gods, Sephiroth. They are already waiting for you." Shakuni, rather emotionless, gestured for Sephiroth to get himself off the stone ground and follow her. "They wish to see you, but we must go to their fountain first."
She started towards the fountain, only turning around to make sure he was actually following her like she had asked. Some of these Tabula were more inclined to stay put, she had noticed.

"Then I shall grace them with my presence" Sephiroth stood up in a flurry of cloak shoving his book into an inside pocket. "Lead me away Miss Priestess" he smirked standing at attention waiting for her lead his icy eyes focused on his cloak still.

What a snide little man. She was better than this, though. Shakuni would not begin to argue with him, though she felt that she would like to. Giving up on scolding him for behaving so horribly, she headed over to the fountain, stopped dead, and swirled around while Sephiroth followed her. It seemed the man would take his sweet old time with that attitude of his, but Shakuni had all of the patience that the gods had given her. When Sephiroth arrived, Shakuni asked one last time, in a voice that sounded almost ominous with the way it appeared to echo itself, "Please behave." That was the only further warning he would receive, it seemed. The room became darker and the fountain became illuminated with all colors from white to red to black and everything in-between. "Once you have calmed yourself, Sephiroth, make your decision." (( Black is between the blue and green. ))

"Yes ma'am" he rolled his eyes looking around at the glowing colors around the fountain. "But what do each one mean?" he asked walking the circle his eyes flickering amongst the colors curiosity set into them. "I very well can't make a decision without knowing what they mean, I mean going off of favourite color would just be stupid. I could get the power of friendship and love for all I know." he laughed at himself "stupid ideas, knowledge and power is all I truly need"

"I'm not going to tell you what they mean, Sephiroth." All of the priestess's echoing voices sounded rather stern. "What is your instinct, Sephiroth? It could very well be your favorite color, or perhaps it is a color with some draw to you."
"Perhaps it is black, maybe pink. White, orange? Yellow? I cannot decide for you. That is your decision, and the Gods are watching your moves." The priestess did nothing further, standing still like some kind of stony statue. Her eyes were blank, and her face was expressionless. The priestess certainly looked possessed, or at least completely out of it.

Sephiroth stared at the priestess for a moment turning back to the lights. "Favourite color...too many to choose from." He muttered to himself staring hard as if one would just jump out and choose him.
He stretched his hand towards the black a bit then pulling it back shaking his head reaching out towards the red this time recoiling again. Once more this time for the silver his fingers just along the outer aura of it his eyes still lingering slightly on the black and red.
He turned back "Why must I choose? Can I have more than one? Why do I have to do this before I see the gods? There's so many questions this brings about" he sneered a bit his hands behind his back his eyes getting more mischevious in the light.

Sephiroth doth protest too much, or doth ask too much, or something similar of the sort. A trace of irritation moved over Shakuni's stony face before the same dead, emotionless expression returned. "This is the way it must be done. Put your hand towards whichever of the lights draws you the most. If more than one draws you equally, so be it, but I only see the presense of two hands on your person, Sephiroth."
It was hard to tell if the priestess was being sarcastic with her last remark, or simply honest in the fact that he could probably only touch two of the colors at once. "Make your decision, Sephiroth. Feel free to take your time, the gods have an eternity to wait on your choices."

Sephiroth smirked at her last remark during back to the lights gently pushing his hands through the lights of white and black. "I decided a foot might now be too wise" he laugh pulling the lights slowly in.
