Ice Field!
The temperature of the stadium suddenly dropped several degrees (just enough so breath was visual and winter-wear is needed) as the stadium floor shifted for the upcoming battle. The floor was made of extremely slick ice, which would make manuverablity, even simply standing, difficult. Crystal-like pillars reached skyward from the frozen water, reflecting the florescent lights to all sides of the battle-field. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to ICE type attacks

Jacqui entered the arena and immediately started shivering, “Daing, I should have brought a jacket!” she walked into the trainers box and waved to her opponent from across the field, “Heya!” she called, “Let’s make this a good first battle for ya!” She pulling the borrowed pokeball out of her bag and tossed it into the arena, “Go Scout! I bet you’ll enjoy the weather here more then I am!”
Scout appeared and looked around him, “Weavile?” he was with Jacqui again? Anyone would think she had stolen him or something! He dug his claws into the ice to keep himself from slipping over. “Wea, weavile wea!” he was loving the cold temperature.

Nikkou held her breath and waved to her friend.. and now opponent. "Go Sonar!" she shouted releasing sonar from her ball.
Sonar came out with a high pitched joyful screech. She flapped with nervous excitement over the ice while watching her opponent.
"O.k. ... Lets get this thing started.." Nikkou said with a nervous glance from Sonar to Scout. "Sonar, wing attack!"
with out a moments hesitation Sonar stretched her wings out wide and flung herself at Scout. "SCREEEECH!"

Scout was startled by the sound and was hit hard by Sonar’s attack, sending him skidding across the ice, “WeaVILE!” he climbed to his feet and shook himself, growling at his opponent “Weavile”
“Scout, use Metal Claw!”
Scout raised his paw, and his claws shimmered as though turning to cold steel, “Weavile!” he rushed at Sonar swiping at her face.

though very fast and alert Sonar was unable to avoid Souts attack. He blind sided her and sent her hurling through the air. She quickly stopped herself and waited for her trainers orders. She glared angrily at her opponent.
" Poison fang Sonar!"
Again Sonar flung herself at scout her poisonous fangs bared!

Scout tried to leap out of the way, but Sonar was too fast for him, biting down hard on his leg, “WEAVILE!” he could already feel the poison pulsing through his body.
“Ouch! Are you ok Scout? Let's try an Ice punch!”
Scout’s paw glowed blue as he ran at Sonar, swinging his frozen fist at her face.

Scouts fist hit Sonar square in the face. It sent her flying across the field and into the ice. A stunned chill ran along Sonars spine and she screeched angrily at Scout.
" Are you alright Sonar?!" Nikkou yelled to her friend leaning over the trainers box with a frown. " Shake it off girl. Lets try again with air cutter!"
Scout shook off the chill and pain running through her small body and spread her wings wide sending a violent cutting gust of wind straight at scout.

Scout glared at Sonar. Why did she have to keep screeching like that?! He was once again distracted by the noise and found it hard to dodge the wind attack. It sent him flying back onto the ice, knocking the wind right out of him, “vile…weavile…”
“Oh Scout! Are you ok? You’re doing really well, now let’s give her a blast of Blizzard!”
Scout climbed slowly to his feet, closing his eyes as he sent a blast of snow and icy shards towards Sonar.

325/800 <--(( I forgot to add the 25 to the first attack so i just added it here :3 ))
Sonar was pleased with her small victory and was about to send another horrible screech at scout when his attack hit her and stifled it. The ice blazed painfully across her body sending her to the ground once more.
The ice stung Nikkous face and she could hardly even see Sonar as she clung to the ice with her tiny claws trying to brave the attack and all at once it was over. " Dont give up Sonar! We can do this! One more time girl, Wing attack!"
Sonar felt more sluggish now from all the cold but she was not ready to give up yet! She launched herself from the ground at Scout swiping at him with her wings.

Scout growled at Sonar, trying to jump out of the way of her attack, but he slipped on the ice, and she hit him square in the side, “Weavile!”
“Scout, use X-Scissor!”
Scout flung himself at Sonar without a second thought, swiping at her in a criss-cross manner. He could feel the affects of the poison slowing him down but he wasn’t ready to give up yet.

Sonar attempted to dodge scouts attack but just wasnt quick enough. He hit her and knocked her down.
"Quickly while hes close! Air cutter!"
Sonar didnt waist a second. She sent a horrible violent torrent of wind right from the ice.

Scout saw the attack coming and leapt out of the way of the wind, turning his back against it, using his thick fur as a shield.
“Good job Scout! Try Metal Claw again!”
Scout's claws glistened, virtually turning to steel as he ran towards Sonar once more, taking a swipe at her wings.

Scouts attack hit Sonar full blast sending her crashing through the ice. This time Sonar did not get up.
"Sonar!! Sonar!!!" Nikkou yelled helplessly from the trainer box. she leaped down and slid across the ice to her. " Sonar!" Nikkou cradled her in her arms. " Speak to me!"
Sonars head was swirling but she could hear the voice of her trainer ringing in her ear. She squirmed in Nikkous arms and let out a little squeak.
"Oh thank goodness..." Nikkou pulled out Sonars pokeball and returned her. " You deserve a good rest my friend.." Nikkou stood up and looked back towards her friend holding out her hand. " Good battle."

Jacqui carefully walked across the ice to Scout giving him a big hug, (much to Scout’s dismay), “You did great Scout!”
Scout sighed, a very disapproving look plastered on his face, “Weavile…”
Jacqui stood as Nikkou approached, “It was a very good battle, you and Sonar did really well!” she shook her hand and smiled, “I was so nervous during my first battle, you’re much braver then I am. Sonar really listens to you too, we must battle again when I get my first pokemon”
